I placed an order online for several shirts on May 18th with Wordans, in the amount of $61.33, it is now June 22nd and I still have not received my order. I emailed Wordans on 4 separate occasions asking for a refund or the merchandise I paid for, with no response to any of my requests. When I tried to track my order I get a message that says "We're experiencing shipping delays ". No other explanation is given.
This is one company I should have checked out with the bbb before shopping. The bbb gives Wordans an F rating.

Placed order on 4/15/18. Did not receive order by 4/30. Emailed company regarding order. Received an email response asking if I wanted my order expedited or a refund. Choose expedited. I was the. Told a confirmation email would be sent to me with new tracking information. No email ever came. Continued to email on 5/27, 5/25, 5/31, and 6/4. Have have received no further communication from the company. I have not received my order nor have I received a refund.

I made a small order on April 3, 2018 and today is June 11, 2018 and have not received it yet. Thank got I didn't make a large order although I got tempted because of their prices. What I would like to know is do they ever even deliver anything or are they just a fake business scamming people. One wonders why they have no contact number and never respond to emails.

I ordered almost $300. worth of hoodies on May 21, 2018. They were supposed to be shipped in 5 days. I still have not received them. I have emailed them several times and only get back a computer generated response. There is no tracking on the page, and now that I see so many bad reviews, I don't know what to do? So I placed an order around may 17 and it's the 29th today, I ordered from them before with no problem but now they are not responding to my emails. I tried calling the phone number but the person on the line led me to a random phone number. I tried calling again and there was no response. Please save yourself the time and don't do business with them

Have pending orders from wordans # 1926444, #1928233 & #1928877 since last April 19, 2018... April 20, 2018 & April 21, 2018 respectively... have emailed them several times but no concrete status of my orders.. found out they have withdrawn the amount from my bank... am expecting they could deliver the goods with your help or just refund the amount they have withdrawn...
I made 2 orders and have yet to receive them. one order was placed march 29,2018. the second order was placed april 10, 2018.
I have tried many times to contact customer support and never got a message or call back. I was charged for the items i ordered so they have been paid for " 50.88$ and 24.35$ "and now here it is the end of May and still have not gotten my orders nor a reason why. I am think of calling the BBB and report wordans. This is bad business, i have been ripped off. A total of 75.23$, and they can't even contact me or reply to my messages.
I would give Wordans a -5 if it was up there. Placed an order small as it was, only $24.87 on 4/10/2018 and received an E-Mail back stating it would be shipped on 4/25/2018. Paid in full nothing received as of this date. Though this was a trial order to check out the quality they still have all my personal information as they do other people. I ordered seven different styles and colors if they had come through on the shipping and quality was good I was looking to order 500 of each type. That would have been a big nut. Their loss. I should have noticed the problem with this site but I didn't until it was too late. There is no contact phone number on the home page. I ordered these shirts on April 21, 2018. No response to emails and no working phone number to get any information. I need these shirts in the next week for our project. VERY FRUSTRATED if you cannot deliver the product, do not take my money. giving them 24 hours to get my order shipped then will be cancelling and disputing charges. So many complaints similar to mine. I wish I had researched before I ordered. Will make sure it is known that they have horrible customer service and are scared to post a working phone number because they know they are scamming their customers.

I placed an order from Wordans Canada almost a month ago and when I was not receiving any response from customer service I immediately cancelled my order and I asked for a refund. I was told that I would get my refund within 20 days and I still have not received my refund. I tried ordering again and it was been over a week since I placed my order with no response from customer service. I have tried multiple times to contact them as it is illegal to take a customer's money and not provide the product. I will be opening up a case against this Company.

Do not under any circumstance do business with them! They were listed in the shopping section when doing a google search for lightweight shirts. Apparently they sell in bulk, like to businesses for uniforms, etc...
They never shipped the items I purchased. Despite saying that the will get back to you within 48 business hours, they never respond to finding out where the status of the order is, and they list no phone numer on their website to contact them. A big red flag that I didn't catch when I ordered.

Quick. Go to your bank and request a chargeback. If you ordered via Paypal, open a Paypal claim. Every single day matters. If you are too late- you won't be able to get a refund and they will keep your money as the thieves they are.
Their tactic is to stall so you are out of the refund period permitted by your bank/Paypal.
It's a scam operation, I am fighting them over $700 they've stolen from me.

The company literally took $50 out of 210 for stocking fees that is my work for a full day. Is an insane unjustified fee. Do not waist your time with it. Go miles away unless you want your money wasted.
My friend Bought other orders from them which arrived in a box with no plastic and all stained and dirty tees with dust from warehouse.

This company is a complete SCAM. I only wish I did my research before placing an order with Wordans. It's been over a month with out any contact from customer service after my initial inquiry regarding delivery of my shirts. The FTC doesn't seem like they can assist at all. I believe there is 1 person operating this company and they should be shut down completely after all the online complaints I've read.

Yes, you must escalate your case to a claim via the Paypal resolution center. You must do this BEFORE April 26, 2018.
In other words, ASAP.
Scam operation. Contact your bank and request a chargeback ASAP. If you paid via Paypal, contact Paypal.
Their strategy is to try and stall so you fall outside the accepted period by banks and Paypal to request your money back.

Ordered 3 sweat shirts on Feb 10, 2018. Three weeks later still in processing status. I emailed them to cancel the order and got a reply on March 7, 2018 to tell me that I will receive my refund in 15 business days. On March 21, still no refund, I call my Bank to dispute the charge and 2 days later my bank removed the charge. Please be aware this is a very sophisticated SCAM, they take your money a little here and there and continue doing it everyday with NO intention to send your orders. The website is still up and running today and nothing we can do! I wish there is a way to shut them down. Please spread the words on all favorite social media website "DO NOT ORDER FROM WORDANS" Just give your money away to some homeless, at least you will not be as frustrated as I am now.

No phone number to contact, and email attempts receive an auto generated response. I sent an email requesting a response and to speak to a manager, and they said they would respond within 24 hours... Contact your Bank/Paypal and request a chargeback ASAP. Wordans is a scam, they operate by stalling you with empty promises until the eligibility period to claim your money back has elapsed. You will not receive your order or refund from them.
