Do not order from wordans! I placed an order over a week ago. My money was definitely taken but no information on shipment at all. Their customer service numbers do not work, they don't respond to emails! This company is a fraud! The package tracking link doesn't work as well. They have a map saying how many days it takes for your order to ship which is 4 days for me. However, I still have no word on it being shipped. Everytime I check the site it says that it's still being processed. I need answers now!

Our company ordered clothing but didnt have the option of express delivery so we went with 3 to 5 day shipping, the order was placed on 0ct 23 early in the morning, we have still not got confirmation that the items have been shipped, the tracking system wordans offers still says pending! I messaged 5 times in the past 2 days to make sure the order would be here for our customers for halloween... Still no response. Tried to call the number provided... To busy for phone calls.. Probably complaints im guessing. A simple courteous email would have been sufficient. We just want to know where our clothes are and if they will be here in time. The last email we sent was to cancel the order as it is still pending, but can not do that because no one will answer the phone or return a simple email. Our customer will not get their clothes in time for halloween so I will be stuck with a bill for all the clothes ordered. Thank you wordans

Ordered 25 black t shirts, Oct. 11th, and nothing! No phone number in service, won't reply to email, tracking shipment is a bogus page,
and order page just says processing!
I see there are some similar complaints from around these same dates too.

I ordered 32 of the same item on the 10th of October and paid for 3-5 day shipping. There was no other option and I believe the price was 11.55. It is now the 22nd of October, my items still have not shipped and of course no information from the company. This is the second time this happened to me with them so I don't know why I even ordered from them. Total disgrace of a company. Never again will I order anything from them. Can't even get a response via email or twitter. I filed a claim with the BBB. When I check their shipping info page, my state is in the 3-5 day shipping area so I really can't understand why it takes so long. Why did I pay for 3-5 day shipping if it is taking almost 2 weeks!?

Do a search online for Wordan reviews and you'll quickly see that they have a very high NEGATIVE rating.
I think credit card companies need to start keeping track of companies that accept their cards for payment that if they cannot maintain a semi-decent rating should lose their merchant accounts and no longer can accept credit cards.

I received my order but need to return a few items & Wordans provides NO way of doing that. They have NO phone number to reach them, they say to email them and they will email you back but that hasn't happened yet. All the phone numbers you can track down are either disconnected or have a recording. They only allow so many days to make returns. Their prices may be good but it is NOT worth the savings with NO customer service. Will NEVER recommend.

I ordered on September 13th, 2017; it is now October 9th, 2017 & my order is still lost somewhere, or at least I think it's lost because I have tried emailing and calling and all I get is a "we'll get back to you". It has been about a month, and all I see when I try to track my order is "pending" or "processing;" this information is completely useless. I am very upset and unsatisfied with wordans & I highly doubt I will ever buy through here again. I still want my things as soon as possible, or every cent of my money put back on my card (full refund).

Just started my own buisness and have yet to receive and packages. It has been over 3 weeks since I ordered. Can’t get ahold of them at all! Very frustrated and disssapointed that companies scam you like this. I have reached out to them on a several different occasions and I have got one response and all they said is we are working on it. That does me no good! Where is my packages?!?
doesn't ship and doesn't refund
I ordered 8 hoodies in June. They shipped 2 and cancelled 2. No word on the remaining 4. After repeated attempts to get an eta on the remaining 4, I cancelled the order in late June. I've contacted them repeatedly for a refund on those 4 but to no avail. All I get is "we'll check on that" and then no reply back after that. Do not buy from them unless you have money to throw away!

First of all, they don't provide a tracking number. You have to write them to receive them. Bad the fact that it takes them one to three weeks for replying doesn't seem to be nice. Moreover, I have never received my order. So I paid for the air.

order of chairs

I orders 4 chairs on the 27/08/2017. I have had little information about why there has been a significant delay, the money has been taken from my account.
I have asked for the address to be changed as we were in the process of moving when we ordered the chairs but thought we would receive them long before we moved. It's been over a month now, there is no tracking information it just states 'pending', despite receiving an email stating 'processed'. My account information on your website is still my old address and not my current one (69 Shaftesbury Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5TA). I did telephone to update my new address.
The whole process has been frustrating for the following reasons:
1) over a month delay with no update regarding my order.
2) No proper tracking service.
3) Unhelpful Customer Service, poor quality phone line connection.
4) Customer Service being inconsistent with information.
I feel like we are not going to receive them items we have ordered.

I order over a week ago.. I have yet to recieve my order I try to contact them by email nothing! Please can somebody tell me how I can go about getting my money back this is a big inconvenience for my business now I will have to spend more of my money to buy the tanks I needed from another company I am very upset I can't believe this is suppose to be a big company they are very unprofessional no number to contact them or anything thanks

I placed an order on September 5. Have received just half of it. The tracking number for the other shirts comes up as invalid. I've sent 3 emails, all they say is that items were shipped in groups. It's almost 30 days later... where are my shirts! I run a business, I was depending on these. I get no Phone call. The phone numbers listed for them are all out of order. I can't get anyone to explain to me when I will in fact get the rest of my order.

My name is Scott Winters, owner of Alpha Wear. I have spent over $1, 000 in merchandise and I considered myself a preferred customer. I have sent 2 emails and received no response. I just ordered over $700 worth of clothes and I only received my 1st of 3 shipments. That shipment had 1 damaged medium purple rush v-neck (next level 6240) and 4 missing items. 2 Large vintage heather blue sweatshirts (Jerzees562mr) and 2 large purple crew (gildan 8000). Whatever the issue, I would appreciate some sort of explanation/response as a loyal customer I believe this is the least you could do.

I placed the order this evening for 2 youth shirts order number 1602339 when I place this order I didn't notice until after I made the order that I put the wrong ZIP code I am trying to correct this before y'all send this stuff out so I can receive my product with no problems I don't need something I'm paying for going to the wrong location. I made a purchase on 9/11/2017. I received a conformation email with tracking information but no tracking number. Shipment is still pending today 9/21/2017. I have emailed them 3 different emails with no response what so ever from this company. I paid thru PayPal and the money was taken out of my account on 9/11. I tried calling a couple of number and they are disconnected.

Ordered six t-shirts online with Wordans on 9-2-2017. It's [protected] and still nothing shipped to me. Their phone number is constantly busy (disconnected?) so voice communication is not an option. They cannot claim the Hurricane is the reason since it hit 8 days after my order was made. So many complaints against them - wished I'd seen them before ordering. Steer clear of these losers!

I have had the same thing happen. I ordered on 8/28 and emailed the next Tuesday asking where my order was. I didn't receive a reply until Tuesday, September 12. At that time, I had already ordered from Jiffy Shirts and received my order. I replied back to Wordans and asked them to cancel my order. I received no response. I get an email today saying part of my order shipped today! This is beyond frustrating. I have never ordered from a company with such horrible customer service!

Ordered over a week ago and when you track my order still says processing. They charged it already to my account, imagine that it's not still processing. Tried to call phone numbers listed and not working numbers. I'm done with this company. Now to get my money back. The date order was placed on is September 3, 2017. This is also the date the charge is showing on my card. Order #1531587, looked on their shipping information and it states 4 business days for shipment. It still says processing. If I don't hear from anyone today, I'll be calling my card to have the charges dismissed. Attached below is the invoice for the order. Emailed yesterday and no word from anyone.
