I am very disappointed and upset about my first experience with wordans.
I was able to collect my parcel yesterday after being messed about the location of my item by ups who wrongly stated that my parcel was ready for collection twice. This item was supposed to be a present due last weekend.
I wasted my time and drove to the pick up point who did not have my parcel. I had to make several phone calls, write an email to ups and call the pick up point.
My parcel was dropped of at bridgefield convenience store in a terrible condition. One side of the box is missing completely and you could see the cord through it - I have attached photos taken in the bridgefield for your information.
The parcel was not securely packaged at all! Wordans posted in a flimsy manufacturer box which clearly had been squashed and thrown around several times by ups.
I refuse to accept what is supposed to be a brand new item in this condition and it certainly would be an embarrassment to gift it.
I therefore request that you arrange a pick up and deliver a replacement that is securely packaged to prevent any damage this saturday as I am not willing to take an emergency day off unless you are willing to cover my loss of earnings. I also expect to be reimbursed for the inconvenience, wasted journeys, phone calls and my time. I sent an email to the company and no one replied to my complaint.

Their website looks customer friendly but if you need to call them good luck! There is absolutely no way to speak with someone. They do not issue refunds even if they have made a mistake.
In my case, the product showed inventory at the time of my order. I know they ship fast so I placed an order. After a few days I noticed it said it was waiting for stock. This was too late for when I needed the items for so requested to cancel. They do not cancel, only issue credits at best.
I will be going to marketplace on cbc.

order not received, no live customer assistance
I ordered 35 onsies on april 30 for my daughter's baby shower may 20. They said they were shipping the order in 3 separate orders to make sure I got my shipment in a timely manner. Today is may 9 and I have received one onesie. They rest of the order says "shipping soon." on may 2 it says the order was partially shipped. That is 7 days for shipment. I wanted to find out if the other onsies would be delivered by may 20, otherwise I wanted to cancel my order. There is no response from the "orders @wordans.com" site. The phone number gives recorded messages with no ability to speak to a customer service agent. There is no way to request a cancellation or refund other than an email that goes into some unknown queue. I ended up ordering the product on amazon prime with 2 day shipping to ensure product in time for the event and spent 1/3 less money. If I am unable to get my order in time, or get a cancellation, I will dispute it by paypal. I think registering a complaint with bbb is fairly useless, but I do believe a complaint should be lodged with the attorney general's office as these business practices are clearly misleading. When a phone number is given on a site, the consumer is lead to believe they can have contact with a person to find out about orders. On this site, I see complaints that are very similar. Partial shipments, lengthy shipping time, inability to resolve issues with an agent. When I look at the responses given from the company, I see canned responses. The messages given on the phone only direct you to online communication, but there is no chat available. There is no return information included with the shipment, and on the site the return policy states "all returned or refused shipments are subject to a 20% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking charge in addition to both outbound and return freight costs and cod charges." it also states that any cancellations must be requested within two hours of creating the order. There is no exception to the company's inability to provide the product in the time stated on the website. ("95% of all orders leave us in 48h") with the stated time for shipping to my state as 5 days.

I wish I would have researched this company before I purchased from them. Beware of sites that are unknown to you. Look at complaints before you purchase. Best to just stick to amazon. No wonder why they are taking over internet sales.
No compensation necessary. A change in business practice would help others though.
In all fairness, I received an email stating that my order would be delivered by "said date". I did get a response from the helpdesk and they have promised delivery. I still feel if there were a problem I would have a difficult and time costly road to resolution, if any. I was shocked at the return policy stated above. There is absolutely no return of printed or washed items, which is understandable, but if you buy the wrong size, you need to change your order in the first 2 hours after purchasing. Other returns pay a hefty fee. The "cheap prices" are useful if you are purchasing large quantities, such as a corporate event, but otherwise the prices are similar to other sites. I did like the variety of colors from this site, which is why I chose to order from them.

I placed an order of over $270 on may 2 and as of today (may 9) I still do not see order out of the pending state. Wordans is a complete fraud! They said on their website orders will ship in 24 hours, yea right. I have contacted them by phone which is a joke because you can't talk to anyone and only get referred back to their website. I have emailed them twice and again no response. And of course they have already charged my card on may 3 and no order or communication! I am getting ready to call my credit card and tell them this is fraud!
I have looked at previous complaints several months ago and the company's response was the same thing. I didn't pay shipping cost because my order was over the amount for free shipping. So there isn't a way for shipping compensation. It would have been different if someone would have answered one of my 4 emails to you but no one did until I filed the complaint. You have just lost me as a customer!
false advertisement on shipping
I ordered shirts from this company expecting to get my order on friday april 28th like it said when I placed the order and i'm still waiting. I placed the order on wednesday april 24th... My order still says pending. I tried to call costumer service and they don't have a live person to speak to whwn you call them! Worst business every! I wont order from them again!

shipping of my shirts
I order 6 shirts on april 10 which were all suppose to be shipped the in 24 hrs. After one week of not receiving shipping confirmation I contacted sent you and email requesting for a cancelation of this charge and a full refund of my money. Today is april 25th and I open my door to your shirts are at my door step why? Where is my refund? I want my money back send the return label and take your shirts back. I don't want them.
they owe me
I had the worst experience with wordans. I made my order and purchased $200 worth products from them and they charged me twice and in total took $400. I immediately contacted wordans and they said that was just an accident and assured me i'll get my $200 back within a couple of weeks!
Three weeks later I received part of my order and there was still no sign of my money. I contacted them again and they said that my order was shipped separately and did not even explain why. Regarding the money, they said that sometimes it took longer than two weeks.
I got nothing but headache and trouble! Second part of my order arrived later, but up until this day there is still no money! Total scam!

return of an incorrect order of t-shirts
I ordered 2 t-shirts which were supposed to have pockets which they didn't. I have tried repeatedly to talk to someone about a return without success. The order number was 1063419 and my customer number is 236121. The incorrect product numbers were 8493624 & 8493691. If I don't hear from you in the next few hours I will cancel my payment to you and not order from you in the future. This is ridiculous!

I bought four shirts from wordans because their website stated most orders were shipped next day & had a map showing it only took 3 days to get to my location. My order still had not bern processed after 5 days so I requested they cancel the order. I told them their website said fast shipping. The rep who emailed me back stated you only get fast shipping if you pay for expedited shipping otherwise they can take 5-10 days just to ship (if that's the case their website is very deceiving). I again requested they cancel my order which they did not then they shipped the order on the 6th day. This is a horrible company. I will never buy anything from them again.

I bought two shirts from them and delivery was taking too long so I decided to cancel my order and buy elsewhere. When I contacted wordans and explained the reason I decided to cancel they said that was impossible.
They said they were sorry for slow delivery and asked me to be patient. 15 days later I received a message stating that my order was cancelled! Are you kidding me?
I asked them to contact me as soon as possible because I wasn't able to understand what actually happened but they never bother to do that! As far as I know my order was 100% cancelled but the question is - where is my refund?

On 13-Mar-17, I placeed an order at www.wordans.com for two Hilton brand Rockaway shirts (Red/XXL) and one Hilton brand Retro Quest shirt (Red-Blk/Lg). Upon placing the order i never received an order #, invoice or any other reference to the order that I placed, e-mail or otherwise. I paid for the order via PayPal. Though I see no record of the transaction in my PayPal history, I do see the transaction posted, in the amount of $60.54, to the personal bank account that is linked to said PayPal account. The transaction posting reads as follows: PAYPAL *ERICGAUTIER [protected] 03/13 Debit card transaction (...1670) –$60.54
To date I have yet to receive the order which in and of itself is not of any great concern to me as its only been 8 days. My cause for concern was brought about when I tried to track my order via the Wordans web site. Orders can be searched using either an order number or -email address that was used to make the purchase. Seeing that I had no order number, I queried my e-mail address to no avail as it was not recognized by the company's web site.
I have submitted two e-mails to Wordans, yesterday and today, as well as a complaint to PayPal earlier this afternoon.
Ideally I would like the shirts that were ordered. If that is not possible I demand they refund the full amount of $60.54.

Hi,
I ordered 14 items. I've waited 3 weeks for my order and when I checked my tracking info it says my order was canceled and to speak with a wordans team member. I did not cancel it nor did I receive a refund for my purchase. I am very upset because the email address keeps sending back an error message and there is no way to speak with customer service on the number provided online. This website is a big scam. $100 down the drain. I will be taking legal action!

refund for fraud
On saturday march 11 my niece ordered a sweatshirt for her boyfriend with my wells fargo debit card. I did not authorize this. My partner and I had let her use the card number to order college books for haverford university in pennsylvania last fall. We were unaware that she still had this number. I emailed worsens as soon as I got the confirmation email about the order and let them know about the fraud. I sent another email this morning as I still have not heard anything. Wells fargo is replacing the card but I want a refund. The order was pending when I sent the first email. It is processing now with no acknowledgement. I am getting ready to sue them. I am going to refuse the package when it arrives. Help please. There is no customer service number for an actual person.

This company advertises 3 days max to deliver anywhere in the country. Wrong! My order took 12 days to come in from florida to louisiana! I could have walked there and back in that amount of time! Completely ridiculous! When I sent an email about this I still have gotten no response, and of course you can't find a customer service number to contact...

I have sent several emails online requesting a update on my tshirts that was ordered 2/1/2017 I have also called the number listed only to be referred back to your website. I was under the impression that these shirts would ship within 24 hours my event is this thursday and I haven't heard anything back. I guess I should be looking to buy from somewhere else due to lack of communication I have people depending on me.

This website wordans is a scam, save your hard earned money and don't buy from them! They don't have a customer service so no one will be able to help you. These guys don't have a return policy, no matter what happens you will not be able to return your item and get a refund. Quality of their items is poor! When I received my shirt I was very disappointed...

That was the first time when I ordered something from wordans and definitely the last. I must say that this site wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for their terrible customer service. I've purchased 10 t-shirts from www.wordans.ca and when my order arrived two were missing. Customer service was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional, they tried to assure me that all 10 shirts were there and that I need to check again. Are you kidding me?
They were very impolite and ignorant, the most customer unfriendly company I have ever dealt with! No matter how hard i've tried they didn't want to listen.

waste of time
I have ordered a custom t-shirt for a friend of mine and did not receive it. Wordans customer service was no helpful. Before they finally agreed to cancel my order they gave me nothing but empty promises. They gave me a delivery date, and then another one and another. I was already sick of their hearing their lies and demanded a full refund.
Recently I finally got the money (it took them forever to refund me).

Unable to call them as phone #'s don't work. They don't return emails, but it says you need a return auth #. I just want to exchange for different size. but if they don't want more business I guess I'll go elsewhere.

Placed and order for some t-shirts on 08/31/17 (order # 1523263) and as of today 09/12/17 order still shows processing. Buyers beware, they will take your money and never process/ ship your order. No working customer service phone numbers.
This company is a fraudulent scam. I placed an order 4 weeks ago and was told it would ship in 1 week. It still has not shipped and I have tried every email and phone number available and cannot get a response from the company. The phone numbers actually are not even in service. The people behind this scam should be arrested.
I placed an order on 9/2 today is 9/13 I have yet to receive my order I was suppose to get it by 9/7. I have sent them several emails and have not yet got an response. I will not order from them again.
