WSS review: Return refund policy 1

Hello, Christmas eve 2022 I was the last person to purchased a girls nike coat & boy jordan sweat suit for about $105. From the WSS store at 1551 S Buckner Blvd, Dallas, TX 75217. On December 29th around 7:20pm, I returned the items & was told it would be returned back to the card. January 9, I went back to the store & asked the manager "How long does a returned refund take" & was told 30 days. I contacted support & they couldn't do anything without receipt. I went back to store & they couldn't do anything. I do have the statement & transaction history still. And I just recently read my bank statement could be used if receipt was unavailable. Its been months & still no return. I contacted cashapp & they don't see a return from WSS but see the transaction. A $100 is alot for nothing. How is this even possible to keep happening? Its clear I'm not the only person this has happened to. Basically thief because If I was to go into a WSS & take $100 worth of products. It's considered stealing, but because your return policy has this & that. You get to keep my money.
