Xanterra Yellowstone review: Flood of 2022…. Did not get refunded for reservations

I had reservations at Canyon Lodge for 3 nights. Monday June 13-Wednesday June 15th. I was refunded for the first night but not for the other 2 nights. I have tried calling several times with no luck. Please if anyone has a number or advice please comment. My reservation number is [protected]. I have tried calling several times but when I plug in the reservation number… nothing happens, that is far as I can get. No person will not pick up.
