B&M delivery issue from XDP 1F382A15470
Today my parcels was delivered when my wife was at home. I want to specify that my wife is pregnant (36weeks), the driver told to my wife that he cannot bring the parcels to our flat (2nd floor), and my wife asked him to bring this up on our floor on the corridor, the driver agree. He left the parcels on ground floor, and he came to my wife on 2nd floor to sign for delivery. My wife refused to sign because the parcels wasn't on our door. I want to specify that 'cause we paid for delivery 7.95£. My wife went on ground-floor with the driver to check the parcels. She told him again she is pregnant and he cannot leave the parcels down next to exit door, due to security door because anyone can come and pick them up. He took picture to my wife with parcels, her face was in the picture and she asked him to delete that picture because this is confidential, and illegal. He said is not deleting any picture and because my wife refuse to sign he kept that picture for their sistem in front of her signiture, my wife was telling him not to leave until he delete that picture and take another one without her face. He didn't listen and he left. I will specify again that my wife didn't sign for delivery. I took the parcels up to our flat at 5pm when I came back from work and my wife check all day up and down on the stairs to make sure this are not stolen.. this delivery is not acceptable when you pay for it
Packages not being delivered and false claims of attempted delivery
I have been expecting a package - consignment #ZDBZXG157639 for a few days now. On the original expected delivery date- it was claimed an attempt was made and the proof provided is a picture of the floor which is not the front of my house.
Via the app I have requested a re delivery for 6th December and the update on the app has remained unchanged - saying it is at the depot. Today is 6th December and I expecting the delivery.
This is the second attempt at a parcel to be delivered by this company. The first was claimed to have been delivered, but they were not able to provide proof of delivery.
Desired outcome: I would like my parcel delivered, as it is no longer in stock at the company I bought it from which was nearly a month ago delivery was expected
Item found and delivered!!
Absolutely disgusting what I’ve had to put up with by XDP, the staff at Motherwell especially, manager REFUSED to give me his name, none of them are willing to help, woman called Yvonne also cut me off because they know there is a missing item and are refusing to help it’s just disgraceful. XDP are refusing to show photographic proof of an item they claim was delivered and wasn’t! I had an Aldi gazebo dumped at my doorstep, burst box, damaged item…. A photo of that was taken by XDP, but as I said..THAT was returned! iIt was collected by FURDECO and Aldi ordered a replacement. Which I received last week.
IN. a separate order however while waiting on the replacement for the original one aboveI ordered another gazebo in a different colour, this is the missing one which XDP claim to have delivered! They show a consignment no which I have never seen! The Cumbria office said they have no knowledge of this item being with them and that it went via XDP in Durham. No one will give me the Durham no, or contact them to get them to trace this missing gazebo which I paid good money for! I asked XDP in Motherwell to send me photographic proof of the item at my door or the signature which would have been taken or ask XDP in Durham! They refused! They cut me off, even the Motherwell manager refused to give me his name. I have now contacted police scotland who are taking a statement later today as this is now considered STOLEN by XDP as they will not provide proof of delivery! No one at XDP Durham is willing to contact me or at Motherwell. Motherwell claim the missing gazebo was delivered but I know they are referring to the original damaged one! Not the second from a later order!
MY postcode is TD5 8RD… XDP SHOULD HAVE DELIVERED AN ANTHRACITE GAZEBO AND HAVE NOT,! I want proof of delivery! Or explain to police!
Delivery from The Range
I ordered a wardrobe from the range on the 5th august and was given a delivery date of 9th August, the item didn’t turn up, the next day I had an email from XDP giving me a time slot for delivery on the 10th August and again it didn’t turn up, I then get another email with a time slot for the 11th august and this time I downloaded the app to track my delivery, the delivery driver actually came to my town and then went in the opposite direction and I received an email to say they wouldn’t be able to deliver, friday 12th I get another email with another time slot and again I tracked my delivery, the driver was within 10 miles from me but never turned up and no email this time.
Desired outcome: Ideally I would like my item delivered as soon as possible

I ordered a hot tub on the 25th July from the 27th to the 5th august I checked the tracking and every day it had been allocated a delivery courier however I am still waiting g for my parcel. It was pid delivery for up to 7 days
I have tried emailing and calling both B &M stores and XDP who have admitted they have lost the package B&M are not getting back to any of my emails or calls

The delivery was delayed and wasn't updating properly, originally I was meant to receive the item on the 16th then got pushed back to the 18th and then eventually turned up on 20th with not one update or notification to tell me this and then once it was delivered it was just dumped outside my front door without even alerting anyone in the house only way this was found out was by another delivery arriving at the house a few moments after and the courier knocking the door very poor and substandard service I think the company that uses you needs to revisit their courier options because your lot are not it XDP you have got the worst rep I've seen to date and that's saying something. Also to add to this the box arrived damaged and doesn't look like any duty of care was taken with my item unfortunately I do not have photos at the moment due to me not being at home to take them this information was passed onto me via the resident in the house.
Desired outcome: Desired outcome would be some form of refund for the poor service received if that's even an option.
i have been promised a delivery for 2 days running---without success
yesterday and today,the 3oth and 31st May, i was informed by this company my package would be delivered. This hasn't happened. I still don't know why not after waiting in 2 days! Although I was given a time slot on 2 occasions, no further notification was given after they elapsed.
Desired outcome: I need an immediate delivery.
XDP delivery service
An absolute joke. Why any retailer uses these clowns is beyond me. They must be the cheapest option available on the market as there is no reason I can think of why anyone would willingly use this joke of a so called delivery service.
My deliver was due on 13th May . I was given a 2 hour time slot but apparently they turned up 2 hours early, so I was not in. Instructions on our front door say to leave parcels at side of the house yet these clowns took a picture of our front door with this sign on it and said we weren’t in ! I tried to rearrange delivery and got confirmation on their app but they did not turn up on the rearranged day. After 12 calls to the retailer delivery was meant to be on 20th May. Again XDP failed to deliver. I was given a 2 hour time slot in the morning and non one came. Somehow my tracking shows that the goods were delivered at 6.30pm that evening but when you click on the tracking the delivery location is not my house and nowhere near me.
They even had the cheek to use the picture of the front door at my house taken the week previously to show in the tracking even though the photograph is time stamped and dated a week ago and it shows this on the image ! You can’t get in touch with XDP by phone easily and they don’t even answer once you get through. Live chat doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails. I beg anyone who reads this , if your retailer says they use XDP then get them to use another courier or buy from someone who doesn’t use them.
Delivery did not receive my item
I'm not happy I ordered some bedroom furniture for myself. I got a txt and a email saying that there would be coming on 8 April at 4.20 to 6.30...the app did not update and could not track the driver. So I emailed the seller and said there would update the system Monday 11 the April when there went back to work. So Monday came and I looked saying there delivery that day but didn't. So I went onto XDP and it say it got delivered Friday 8 April and someone else has signed it because it was not my signature and I think the driver has made a boo boo. So anyway contact seller made a case open and then closed the case saying I got the items which I did not. I'm fuming because I've got no drawers and no money back to claim my refund which I would like back.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund back and I shouldn't have to go back and forwards to company and sellers. I am the honest person ever and I can't afford to get another set yet. This is the first time that sommet like this has happened to me.
Delivery of ebay purchased item.
I purchased a greenhouse from ebay and item number is [protected]. A 10ffx6ft greenhouse. It was supposed to be delivered on 06th April 2022. On 08th April a delivery of 1 of the 2 boxes arrived via xdp express. The driver said he only had 1 of the 2 boxes so I returned the delivery and signed his delivery note and marked as refused. Apparently on 11th April 2022 I received my delivery which I did not. My wife and I were home and I think I would have notice a 10x6 greenhouse left. I have been refused a refund from seller in China, I am not allowed too talk to xdp delivery only the account holder can. Ebay said I have too complain but everything I open the complaints page it says network not available. I need to know why xdp have said it was delivered when it hasn't.

They have said that they made my delivery today, a day later than they said. They have not. I was in all day, my block has 24hr porter & cctv. The pictures they provided as so called proof of delivery are just a red background & a label with no signature. Has the driver stolen my 5 parcels? It's been impossible to contact XDP except by email, which is just ignored, the phone number is a scam to make money out of anyone that calls it as you are just put on hold & never answered, charging you 7p /minute. I feel like my parcels have been stolen & will be reporting them to the police as the cost of the items are quite significant.
Desired outcome: I want my 5 parcels to be delivered to me with no more lies.

Was due to be delivered 02/10, took a day off and sat a waited. No delivery came then at 6pm tracking updated to state failed delivery.
Wayfair advised me they would deliver the next day so took another day off work however it sat in the depot at XPD so wasted another day. tracking updated this morning to advise it would be delivered today between 10:30-12:30 however we have now gone past out slot and at minus delivery so assuming this is not coming again today.
Where is my parcel and why is there no way on contacting anyone.

Absolutely shocking! Ordered an expensive wooden garden bench through eBay. Initially stuck at depot for a week, then updated with a delivery estimate of 25/6 2:30-4:30pm. Next update to tracking was 29/6 saying delivered at 08:48 - the delivery image is merely a bad photo of the consignment label. The worst thing is they will only deal with the account holder. The seller was responsive at first, but not getting anywhere so raised a case with eBay .. they advised to raise a "denial of receipt claim by phone or email". Well now sent emails to 3 different addresses & no replies 3 weeks later ... eBay also advised to call on [protected] & guess what they do not answer the phone at 7p per minute ... either cuts off after 10 mins or queues forever. Absolutely appalling. I am that angry that I'm going to make a small claim against them. Tracking information is clearly dodgy & either they have dishonest or just stupid drivers ...

I would like to file a complaint for XDP UK.
Yesterday 3rd June I should of had a parcel delivered by XDP. Upon arrival the driver rang to say he cannot find the address. I have tried to explain where and what neighbour to leave it with but he had no bearance to listen me and quickly asked me if I want it delivered another day. I said it depends when as I need my parcel by the weekend when the engineer is booked to install the goods in the parcels. He said it will get delivered Friday 4th June. By lunchtime I have heard nothing so I went on their site and try to track it to see where it's at. I was shocked to see that my parcel been "carded" (it has not been carded at all, the driver has not been at my address at all). And the next delivery day it would be 7th June . I got panicked, tried to ring some numbers for XDP but could not get through anyone. Out of desperation I rang same number the driver rang me the previous day. I had asked him when he will deliver my parcel as per heya he agreed and he shouted at me that he has not even started, that he does not know where the address is etc then I hold him responsible for what the agreement was the previous day ...then he started to shout whay do I threaten him ...which I was not, I wanted to know when he will or if he will deliver my parcel as online it shown to be sat in the depo. I told him that I am a customer that needs to sort an issue and I suggested him to lower his tone . He shouted even louder and threaten me that he will speak with his manager and he hanged up. He left me in tears, never ever in my life anything like this has happened. I had to leave work as I could not hold it together, I had a driver that lied that will delivery parcel just to get out lazy man, then shouted at, engineer that I have to pay for booking but he will not be able to do the work for me because the XDP driver could not be bothered to do his job. After I have read reviews online about XDP delivery service and I was mortified. The company should take customer care seriously and make sure that drivers like the one I had don't deliver, it left me traumatized, hours after and I am still in shock and disbelieve . I cannot believe that all this is actually real. No way to get in touch with the company, no one to help you, nothing.

Four piece rattan lounge set
XDP Lost my consignment and won't take responsibility. I emailed them 12 times and eventually had to phone which cost me £16. After them telling me they were looking for the goods. Again another 10 emails sent to be told they cannot find my consignment and to get replacement from retailer. Retailer no longer had lounge set so refunded my monies but had to buy replacement which cost £20 more. Have asked XDP for £16 refund for telephone call and £20 for extra cost of goods as they were the ones who lost the consignment. Sent another 10 emails to complaint dept and louis john director. Also sent letter in post to louis john no response. This was a gift for my daughter who has been working in critical care for the last three months and this was a gift to say thank you for all your hard work.
terrible delivery service
XDP received my package into their depot 2 weeks ago. Last week I received a text saying the package would be delivered the next day and the driver would call 30 minutes out. No phone call, no delivery. Their website was updated saying delivery was attempted, carded and notification sent to my email, all untrue. Tried contacting XDP but there is no number, online chat is disabled and emails were not replied to and the website is almost entirely broken. Contacted the company I purchased the items from, they contacted XDP and said delivery would be reattempted today. Item was finally delivered, but again no phone call 30 minutes out and the box was nearly destroyed. Fortunately the item appears unharmed. Two weeks with no contact or explanation is unacceptable. This company should be held to a higher standard .

You said I'd get it today in before afternoon and I didn't! I took a day off and what am I to do now? I have been waiting all day, now it's evening and you are too busy to talk to me on the phone. They promised to call me back and forgot. I contacted them by myself, but no one picked up the phone. Great!
My order from Wicks arrived at the depot, tracking shows that they split it into two consignments, they delivered one and left the other at the depot, got onto their chat line only to be fobbed off and abruptly dropped from the chat, diabolical customer service. Note to Wicks - use an alternative courier this company does you no good
ZDBAQJ003615 This parcel should have been delivered by 23rd November but has been sat in their delivery depot since the 22nd and not moved although the parcel has been scanned 3 times since it arrive there. No way to contact them other than by email with 24-72hr response time, piss poor service
I wouldn't bother reporting a complaint here, they are such an awful company, there's 50 unresolved complaints, they do not care. Either don't use them or ask the company you have bought from eg wickes to stop using them.
I wanted to contact them about an sofa i ordered and the chat refused to open up and it did worked i had to wait for hours for contact. Never got notification of i was connected.
Pretty much the same as everybody else on here. Ordered a rug off wayfair, who are not the problem, its Xdp the delivery service they use that are the problem. No customer service number, no response to email, no delivery. Appalling company
