I bought a website from your platform but I have not been able to get the activation link to my account profile so I can begin working on it. I created the Yahoo mail after I realised it didn't exist anymore so I've been waiting for it for almost 24hours how. Please help me get the link do I can enjoy your services and begin building my web. I don't want to miss this chance and I have already been debited for it and it's not even available anywhere else online so I need to access my profile through the link as soon as possible

I notice that people who make complaints against yahoo cannot receive comments on their opinions. In addition, i have noticed that they only present very biased news! I agree with others who have a similar complaint but I notice that comments arent allowed or aren't posted. Do we now live in a country where thoughts and beliefs are dictated and freedom of speech is censored? A person can only believe what they are told and cannot have free will or disagreement isn't allowed? I agree with others who say that yahoo is very biased against republicans and President Trump. I don't appreciate my email box to be bombarded with all this FAKE news! Please stop this news coming into my email box when i didnt subscribe to it and don't like it.

With reference to the news article by Katie Archer in the web link above dated 14th October 2019 regarding memoirs by Elton John, I wish to complain in the strongest terms the loose and prejudice language used by the clearly prejudiced writer, Katie Price, who displays ill-informed contempt and bias regarding a news service that she is paid to represent.

o quote from a celebrity their words and sentiments is one thing (factually reporting what Elton John believes), but to then attempt to colour the story and the writer's prejudices and bias is another' she describes Jackson as "the disgraced late star". Jackson was cleared on all prior counts in a trial and was investigated and cleared by the FBI. The latest allegations are spurious and based on lies and wild inaccuracies, many of which have been exposed as such if Price had bothered to do some basic journalistic research on the failed and sensationalised documentary 'Leaving Neverland', which was simply the mouth-piece for two liars who are trying to procure money from Jackson's estate. Therefore Jackson is not 'disgraced', any more than any other person is considered innocent such allegations are proven. To state otherwise is a complete miscarriage of justice and an abuse of the journalistic process and Yahoo is making itself open to defamatory action by the estate and relatives of Jackson if it allows such claims and accusations to be published.

Furthermore, the use of such licentious words to describe the do-called documentary as 'damning' again is an unqualified use of language and Yahoo should not tolerate this and should expect its 'journalist' writers to adhere to basic codes of reporting. The statement, "Jackson was the subject of a damning documentary, Leaving Neverland: Michael Jackson and Me" is wholly biased and is predicated on the writer's own unfounded assumptions and laziness as she cannot even be bothered, it seems to do some basic research herself, simply writing from assertions made on the basis of ill-founded allegations and lies. The documentary was not 'damning' and proved nothing. It was a kangaroo-style trial by TV without any evidence. The documentary has since been severely edited and much has been taken out because so much has since been shown to have been inaccuracies, lies and false claims. So how can someone be judged on the basis of lies and false representations, and for that to have been 'damning'?

I am furious that Yahoo is allowing such poor journalism to be represented in its global news service and by allowing such poor writers expressing personal prejudices and a lack of journalistic skill, yahoo are acting irresponsibly towards both its customers and others whom it is reporting on, whether those people are alive or dead.

I hope that Yahoo will resolve this matter in the standards of integrity and decency.

The recent changes to Yahoo Mail (within last 12 months) have completely screwed the use of Distribution Lists. I had written earlier to mention my initial concerns - but they were minor - my most recent learning of just how bad things have become is way beyond those first concerns, and way more unacceptable.

As well as being forced to upgrade, we are forced to accept poorly working software that now (with a bit of hunting) will allow us to update Distribution Lists. BUT, having updated them, these new lists are NOT used when accessing the newly updated list - it displays as though NO UPDATE WAS EVER DONE.

In reality then, I can't adjust the Distribution List at all. Maybe I could retype the whole thing - but I am not even sure this ropey software will even allow me to use any new List !

This is shocking and quite unacceptable. For years, with each little new problem thrust upon me by Yahoo, I have muttered that I would go elsewhere. This time you may have done enough to force me to do just that.

So a loaded article, written by the man whose sole aim is to Brexit...even giving his party a favourable line within the body of text...this is a conflict of interests and entirely bias, on a site which is suppose to appear as a neutral news source... surely this is against journalism standards? The EU Army is no further along than 5 minutes ago, with the link to the article being Telegraph subscribers only, this is in fact bias, restrictive and fails to allow the reader to determine for themselves just what is true, as there are many who like me do not have access to the Telegraph. Will and access is being stepped up, subverted and trappled. Yahoo this is a disgrace that you have allowed this to be published beyond the Telegraph.

The spelling in all of the articles is wretched. Could you please use correct grammatical syntax and structure . Apologised is beyond, beyond, beyond spelled apologized. If you are writing to millions, and millions if not billions of people can you please spell correctly, that way the children of tomorrow will not learn in an incorrect way. You are Yahoo, I want this email to go to all of your quarter billion employees. Sincerely.

My email has been unavailable since Thursday evening 3rd October 2019.
I have followed ALL instructions and still it says "we are unable to access your mailbox please try later "

I have cleared cookies and cached data - still says the same
I have logged out and back in - still says the same
I have turned the account off - still says the same
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app - still says the same.
I have tried the desktop -still says the same.

I am pretty irritated and frustrated I am waiting for a number of important emails that I can't access.

You give me the option if paying £4.80 to speak to someone by live chat what a joke ! Just provide the service you offer.
You tell me there is a firm online I can contact you at another joke it's just more instructions on the above.

There is nothing wrong with being liberal but when being liberal is used as a cover for advocating an actual leftest agenda there is something wrong. It's quite obvious that Yahoo has become a proponent of a leftist agenda. How is this slippage noted? Yahoo reports every faux charge against our dully elected President and never has the same vigor when reporting, which isn't often, President Trumps accomplishments. Basically, Yahoo prints the lies as truth and ignores the real truth.

you have separate sites for different information, as SPORTS, ENTERTAINMENT, NEWS, NEW PRODUCTS. Why Don't you separate these, instead of everyone having to navigate through news we neither care about or do NOT BUY? we do not have the time or inclination to read all the polttical BS and stories about people in La La Land that are in a world we will never inhabit.

I am very concerned with the language and defamatory content of this new item and the use of an AK machine gun to murder 200 MPs and for him to dance around a pole is unacceptable, this is inciting extreme violence which will is totally unacceptable, I feel this does not meet with the guidelines of publication and I am totally shocked in its content and deeply concerned that this was allowed to go to print.

I paid for a flat screen TV and all I received was a woolly hat from China. What a con.Disgusting that Yahoo does not screen out fraudsters. I will never trust any Advert carried by Yahoo ever again. When payment is made, I was directed to another site (the name of which I have no record) which took my payment. No email confirmation was ever sent to me. Shortly after this, I was then emailed by the second company saying that my purchase had been dispatched. This was totally unrelated to what I had purchased and when I replied to inform them of this, I was totally ignored. A week later, I received a woolly hat from China, and then an email saying that my purchase had been delivered. A clever fraud because all this took about 3 weeks and made it impossible to do anything about it.

Please stop putting winners of shows right in the headline the morning after the finale. You are ruining all of my shows. Most people dvr and don't watch live. I would have liked to have seen who won America's got talent on the show not in a headline the next morning and this has been the 3rd year in a row you have done this. You should make the headline generic so it doesn't spoil it for everyone. Make it so they have to click the article to see the winner or least wait a few days to give people a chance to catch up. I guess from now on I will just stay off your site until I am caught up. I will be changing my homepage right now!

I am writing to complain the recent post of yahoo news HK of a biased "story" of HK protest.

I believe yahoo should be neutral in political point of view instead of posting or reporting some unreliable sources of news or stories from unknown media/biased media.

I am using the Yahoo news / Home page. Every article that I try to read has pop up windows in the middle of the screen relating to other stories.
That is a horrible presentation and I will be forced to dis-associate with Yahoo and it's sponsors.

You state that the complaint is too short. Sorry if I am concise and do not want to waste your time. If you don't understand the issue without wasting time on unnecessary chatter, I can see your problem.

The service was down for whole day and their speed of fixing problem is too slow. Frustrated with service. You guys need to fix the problem ASAP. We can tolerate for hours but cant believe such big company and their service was down for the whole day. Seriously you guys need to work on this. I am a loyal customer of yahoo and had been using this service for decades now

in articles comments of anything political- not just trump articles--pictures or advertisements pop up where you would print a comment or read others comments- all day yesterday and today..can you stop it emailed and talked to friends all are having the same problem and 3 people commented on it in non political articles, to see if happening to others..so not just me ..is it Yahoo doing it or is their a political bug?

Whenever I try to read an item on your newsreader, the subsequent page come up wwith two advertisements overlaying the text of the article I am trying to read, making the article unreadable. Unless you fix this (the other side of the page has plenty of space for ads!) I will stop usinf Yahoo as a source for my news.
