I was forced to deactivate an old yahoo account of mine. A few accounts I needed still sent it's data to that account. After deactivating it, it would always tell me it had trouble logging me in. I waited a while, and now it only tells me my inbox is empty. I've even tested it by sending myself emails. I still don't get them. This is ridiculous. As of yet, support is extremely unhelpful and stupid.

Why can't I just simply put my passwords during log in instead of sending CODE to my phone? It's very time consuming and unfriendly, sometimes when i'm charging my phone I need to turn it on and wait just to read your CODE so I can sign in. This is not the way it was before i'm an old user of yahoo. mail, please put and option if I like receiving CODE or not. Please FIX it. Thank you.

At one time I could indicate those stories I didn't like or didn't want to see but that was taken away at some point. I would like to be able to bar fox news feeds from my Yahoo news feed home page. I am 100% wanting to rid myself of fake news and basically political diatribe and I want to start with Fox News the biggest offender.

Please tell me how I can accomplish this.

repeated pop up of disgusting advertisement on my computer by something called 'athletic'-it shows a revolting wad of fat and says some comments about losing weight-this has no relevance whatsoever to me and then an advertisement pops up with some women peeling skin off their faces-there is no option to delete these annoying ads-please remove them as this is unethical behaviour

My yahoo email is [protected]@yahoo.com. Suddenly I am unable to log in my account and I got the message that Yahoo can not recognize the login. I am sure that my login, password and phone number are right. This incident happened after activating the new "key" service. But it never worked and everytime I tried to login to my email, yahoo informed my to get the key from my mobile but I did't get anything and I forced to use my emergency other email to get information to get into my yahoo email. This incident repeated three times and after third time my yahoo email account disappeared!

I love your home page as I use it to get the latest news and keep up on current events. I've noticed recently as I scroll through that there are numerous ads on your homepage. The ads and their placement are extremely annoying and unfortunately I'm looking around for another browser to get my news stories. I have a Yahoo! account, which I set up over a decade ago and it's difficult to try to remember and reset my password to sign in and change any settings. I'm not sure If there's anything Yahoo! can do, I just wanted to share my feelings about the new ad layout.

I need follow-through from Yahoo.com on this matter.

This is not a consumer-type complaint, but I've written Yahoo in other venues, and I receive no response.

Yet, I keep receiving warnings from yahoo via my email account that, "someone is trying to hack into your account..."

So here goes, again:

Brian Tevis Cox -- either directly or through another person -- is trying to hack in to my account.

He recently hacked into a friend of mine's phone on Verizon, in order to get my phone number and to stalk me further than he has already done.

I've asked Yahoo back in reports, to note that it is this person... I've given Yahoo his Yahoo email account name... I will re-list this below.

I need a reply from yahoo, asap.

I need yahoo to tell me via email immediately, before it gets hacked — or, is it already hacked — how to do the following with my contacts list. I need this immediately:

How to print it, simple, a simple process.
How to save it to my USB drive.
How to then Delete the list.

I need for yahoo.com to properly contact this person, letting him know that this is a felony. That to stalk a person is a felony.

We are doing what needs doing on our end here.

The potential hacker is either Brian Tevis Cox himself or, Kurt Coffey of Indianapolis, Indiana / ~ 52nd & College area. 46208 or 46220 / possibly 46205. Not certain of last name spelling.

Another potential hacker is Jeff Clendenon, of IUPUI (his post is there). It would be the more likely to be Kurt Coffey.

I need a response immediately from Yahoo as to, how this is getting handled to get it to stop on my account, and hopefully then, beyond my account. I need this reply immediately.

Yahoo you see, has emailed to my account, 3-4 notices in the last 2 weeks telling me that "someone is trying to hack your account..."

I emailed them back in another venue, on that first notice from Yahoo, but have received no response from Yahoo.

I need a response asap.

Not much to say. Of all the pages I use my Yahoo homepage is the only one that seems to (right) consistently lock up. "yahoo homepage is not responding" is the error message. Time and again.

Great. What is going on? I have been a yahoo fan for decades. I would like to continue being one. However at this rate, locking up when I open the page, I will not be.

No real details. Open page, scroll, click, wave hand, move mouse, drink coffee, whatever. "yahoo webpage is not responding". Sometimes it is even hard to close the browser. This does not happen with other webpages. No, I have tested it. Even with MSN, and Netflix, I do not get this lock up and freeze. So. A little help with my now less than favorite web page would be nice please.

I couldn't get into my email. Kept getting the wrong password. The problem was I couldn't talk to a live person. If this garbage keeps up (and you keep changing my email to include more ads) I am abandoning my usage of this email account and deleting it. You people are pissing me off. Put simply, your greed and lack of customer service is incredibly bad.

For a long time now I've refused to switch to the "new, improved" Yahoo Mail.

Tried it a couple times and hated it so I continued using "Classic Mail."

Today I log on and my theme is gone - now some hideous green/blue combination. I see Stevie Wonder is now designing your website.

And the sidebar has new garbage under "Views" like photos, coupons, travel, etc., none of which I need or want!

I use it for email, period.

For quite a while I've wanted to close these accounts and open replacements on Gmail where I have many others. But I've been procrastinating even though I hate using Yahoo mail.

So thanks Yahoo - your unacceptable forced change is the catalyst needed for me to stop using your horrible site.

I do not like being forced to download the yahoo mail app in order to check an email account that I used to be able to check without any issues by going to yahoo.com. Also, with said app, I can't logout of the email and login when I want, it is always logged in. This is not convenient for me. Please let me know if there is a way to access yahoo email without using the app, otherwise I'll be leaving Yahoo for good.

Thank you for years of great service from Yahoo. I hope you can help me stop some junk/spam emails that I've been receiving on a regular basis.

I'm having trouble with spam originating from skyldu.archdeals.net and Fubar at [protected]@helpfory.com that is repetitious, offensive and doesn't seem to react to 'unsubscribe' requests.

It would help very much if I could stop the spamming. I'm also getting repetitious emails about joining a team from numerous names, same message with a different entry code. Here's just one email sender Nicholas [protected]@comcast.net but the same message is generated with a different sender & code

How can I stop these repetitious and unwanted emails.

Since last two months I have been receiving warning mails for updatation with 48 hour otherwise my account will be terminated. Although my account is updated still I am receiving the mail. These mails are from different mail. id

I dont know whether such mails are authentic or not.

Kindly resole the mater for not termination of my mail.

it occured to me twice or three times since I created a new account with yahoo.com
I had one account on Yahoo, but I had to delate it. Now the same situations occure with my another Yahoo account.
I created a new login and password and I wrote them into my notepad and by the next signing in my password was false, althought I wrote it down right. It occured to my several times.

Therefore I think that somebody has stolen my password or has a preview to my account. Such things could not occure any more, because my rights of privacy are broken.
But please, don`t tell about my sorrows to my far polish cousin Dorota T. from Yahoo in Dublin, because maybe she is so interested in my matters.

I `m expected that my complaint will be taken seriously by the Yahoo company and that situations occure no more.

I `m waiting for Your answer and final losing of my problems with my accounts.

When sending emails, my contact card shows my profile photo from Facebook and my phone number. This is absolutely unacceptable and clearly against data protection laws. It is also unacceptable not to have a way to contact your customer service about such matters via email. I went through your help page, nothing about complaints. Should this situation not be solved as a matter of urgency, I will escalate it to the competent authorities.

My yahoo account keeps getting used to open various Facebook accounts and it's been used to try and get into his Apple id but gets locked as password is wrong also he receives many inappropriate emails which I do not want to be receiving I thought yahoo was more secure than this if it continues I will close account down and go elsewhere

Several years ago, yahoo changed the visual appearance of their email service. It was an offer. I did not want it. But later I was forced to do that, in order to have access to my email account. And it was also wrong behaviour of yahoo.

But then I discovered that it caused a problem! I could not have access to important attachment files that were saved in the drafts folder as email. Only the clip symbol of the attachment icon remained since then, but no files. That email is from 2014!

I complained to yahoo, but they didn't answer! Please help me!

Sir, I am having an e-mail account with Yahoo for past so many years.
Since yesterday (i.e. from 4th March 2018, the mail account is not opening even when I sign in with correct password.
All my important work has been stuck as this is my official account for all business work purpose.
It seems that Yahoo has a major problem which they could not solve/
Please note that my Internet is working fine. All other websites and email accounts other than yahoo are working fine. Also my security level while login with yahoo mail is also fine.
