I have been a yoox customer for 8-9 years despite the eroding customer service.
this was the final punch. I recently purchased a skirt, a sweater and a coat.
the coat was on sale for $700 and change dollars, I thought about it several times before I bought it. It was expensive but I finally decided that it was worth the investment at $700 change.
When i processed the order and approved the order my total was $1000 and change.
I recently went to my order to see when the order will be delivered to see that the charge was $600 plus minus more than what I approved.
I am very familiar with dynamic pricing and a frequent online shopper. With yoox whats happening is they show you a price and charge you another price. its like i walked into a store agreed to pay $1000+ tax and i pay the money and as I walk out they take another $600 from my pocket.
its appalling, the customer service seem to think its a joke, and use generic language like we will report your complaint. No its not a complaint, its fraud and you should be fined for it or go to jail for it. it is a crime to steal people's money after a transaction has been agreed upon. what body can i report this. i have been so patient with yoox but the way they handle soemthing this serious is completely unacceptable
Desired outcome: call with an authority to look into customer journey and a proper explanation and apology
