I am writing to you regarding the most disrescpect and unprofessional conduct received by Marli van Biljon.
I am a tenant at Acacia Park and j have been contacting the offices to bring to their attention the WEEKLY water situation I have been going through. I'm in Bkock E and the boiler has been leaking and it was reported and assumingly fixed but the problem is still there. On the morning of 26 July 2023 I contacted Yomi who confidently told me the contractors have been despatched at 09:07am and it's 2pm now and no contractor is on site working on the problem. The reason for my frustration is that I have been diagnosed stage 2 colon cancer and I had 30cm removed.
I urgently need this issue sorted out as I have to take a sitz bath every hour.
The matter regarding Marli, is that she did not allow me to explain to her the situation but wanted to have the last say and she ended up dropping the call. Outside the unit there is water and starting to smell which is unhygienic.
Desired outcome: Have Marli send me an email copying in all her bosses bosses apologizing for her conduct and sort out the constant water issues.
Poor Service
If I read this reviews 3-4 years ago I swear I would have saved myself from dealing with unprofessional rude idiots from Zelri. I moved out 2 months ago and to this date I have not gotten my refund or any communication whatsoever. I had to face a stupid white lady who brought a bunch of papers which showed maintenance issues they never resolved before I moved out. I don't advice anyone to rent there. Save your money!
Deposit refund
I moved out on the 28th of December 2020. Till this day I have not received my refund instead every time I communicate with them they give me empty promises. According to their lease and the message they sent me, they said my deposit would be refunded within 28days, till this day I have to be the one asking about it. Their service is the worst and they do not care about their clients because they respond at their own time as though they making you a favor. I don't know what I should do going forward because as for my money, I want it.

My complain is about the deposit refund.
My complain is about the deposit refund. I resided in 15 Ezra flat owned by Zelri properties and vacated the flat on 31 December 2020. We are now in the middle of March in 2021 and my deposit is still to be refunded. I have been speaking to a lady called Eumarie at Zelri who I was told she is responsible for refunds, however, the lady has been making empty promises every week since January 2021. Each day I call, she will give me a hope that money will be deposited into my account the same day. I have emails to bear testimony to my claims. I have a feeling that Zelri has no regards for its clients to be lying to them with a brave face.
Desired outcome: I just my deposit refund
I second this. You legit have to beg for your deposit. It’s been 4months since I’ve moved out, till this day all I’ve been getting is empty promises. I regret the day I considered moving in with them, but I believe our reviews will be of help to someone else who is considering moving in with them. Their service is the worst, their lease is of no importance because they do not abide by it. The same energy they put in when they want their rent is the one they should use in refunding people. They are the worst!
Refund of the deposit
I Noluthando Ziqubu used to reside in Park Crescent, unit number 324, Pretoria. I vacated the flat End Of March 2020. Since then I have not recieved my deposit money. I've been calling everyday and sending emails which non of them was replied to. The receptionist (Letty) always takes my details but no one has ever contacted me. I emailed my banking details to a guy called Andrias on the beginning of July, it's already August ant I haven't recieved the money still. When I called I'm always told he's not on duty, the next person who can assist is not taking calls but will reply to emails.. Non of my emails sent to her (Madalaine) was replied to.
Kindly assist with this regard.

Zelri properties in Pretoria will take you from pillar to post with your deposit they will never refund you, they dont even respond to your emails even if you cc the whole company.i moved out of their unit they promised to refund me even now i'm still waiting for them.i moved out end of novemeber its almost christmas now even when you call to leave a message they will never get back to you.
Zelri properties will take you from pillar to post when they have to pay you your deposit, All employees even if you send an email and cc the so called principal they will never reply it, the lady by the name of lizelle she will never get back to you and she is the one dealing with deposit their are racist their service is poor.I have been renting their flat for over ten years but they dont even care that i was their loyal client.I urge everyone not to lease any flat with them they are very poor when coming to service you will kiss your deposit goodbye.

Zelri properties has appaling service they ignore emails even when you cc the whole company including the principal. My lease states I will receive my refund in 14 days Monday was 14days when I call in they tell me they don't work on weekends fair enough but Thursday is 14 working days and today is 17days that we have been out the unit and they tell me they can't gain access but we did the exit inspection and handed in keys on the 29th 17days and they have done nothing. If I don't get my deposit by Thursday I am taking the legal route I have seen far to many complaints about this company and deposits to just sit back that R12000 is mine I need to pay new landlord. We ensured to leave the unit in great condition. They treat people disgracefully and they don't communicate with you they just down right ignore you. I won't sit back.
3 days no electricity, no service delivery
We have had no electricity at Zelri Properties for the past 3 days. We were notified that the transformer was burnt TWO Days ago. In the interim We were told a technician was brought in and the problem would be resolved. It has now been 3 days and NO electricity. We cannot live like this. We will not be compensated for the inconvenience nor will we be compensated for the food in our fridges that have gone off instead we are still required to pay the full rental amount at the end of the month. From Leaking geysers, to ridiculous turn around times. We have had ENOUGH!. Is this the type of Service that you are going to give to customers?
I reported a toilet that is leaking at 90 Willowbrook, Kosmosdal with the Zelri properties office beginning of March 2016 and spoke to a Zandi. A week later I sent an email to Chantal and copied Zandi to remind them as I had not been contacted since I called to report the leaking toilet. Another week later, the care taker of the complex saw me parking my vehicle and getting in to the house and came to me to tell me that the maintenance guys are around the complex and would like to have a look at the leaking toilet. I told him I was actually at the house to pick up documents for a meeting I was rushing for but from the meeting, I could rush back so they could have a look at the toilet. The care taker was gone and 5 minutes later one of the maintenance guys was at my door and asked to please just give him a minute to check where the leak is. I did and he ended up trying to fix the toilet, and when he left, he told me the toilet was fixed and it should be fine. I noticed 2 days later that the toilet was still leaking. I phoned Zelri properties office and got hold of a Zandi again. I told Zandi that the guys came to fix the toilet but it is still leaking, I then went further to ask her to please next time to inform me to make arrangements when they will be sending someone, at least 24hrs prior. Zandi responded by saying that they had asked the care taker prior to arrange with me so it is the care taker that never made the necessary arrangements, so I asked Zandi to please then speak to the care taker to make sure that happens. Two weeks later after that telephonic discussion with Zandi, night of the 11th April 2016, around 20:00, the care taker knocked at my door and informed me that a maintenance guy by the name of Jan would like to come through the next day to replace the toilet system. I told the care taker it is fine I could make time during the day from 15:00 but unfortunately in the morning I have meetings confirmed to attend to. He asked if I could not leave the keys with him if I was comfortable of course and I told him no I was not comfortable with the valuables in the unit, so he understood and said no he will let the Jan guy know then. I went as far as taking the Jan guy's number so I could phone him as well to confirm times with him for today. This morning, 12 April 2016 around 09:00, as I was preparing for work, meeting I was already running late for, the care taker knocks at my door and tells me that Jan is insisting that I wait for him he is on his way because he is traveling in the afternoon to Cape Town. I said to the care taker no that is not what we had arranged, as it was I was rushing for a meeting but I said to the care taker I will call Jann. I then phoned Jan from my phone and told him that apparently he was insisting that I wait for him to replace the toilet system because if he does not do it when he arrives the morning he will only be able to make time again next month! I told Jan, this toilet was reported beginning of March already, and I was only told last night that you would like to come through to replace the toilet the next day and no time was confirmed. Jan was aggressive, basically trying to bully me to stay for him because him and his office do not know how to communicate effectively to the tenants, and with respect as it is a private space they would be working in. I sent Jan a msg to let him know I shall phone the office then. After my meeting I phoned Zelri Properties office and spoke to a couple of people and eventually I was transferred to a Zandi. I told Zandi my complaint once again and she told me that it it not their fault because they send people to fix the toilets and the care taker confirmed that he was always informing me and arranging prior for the maintenance guys to come through, and went further to tell me that was what Jan and told him this morning. She told me that who is lying then between me and Jan and the care taker, because apparently even the care taker confirmed to her that he is always making arrangements, apparently the three times the guys had been "assigned" to my unit. She also further confirmed that Jan is traveling the next day, 13 April 2016 to Cape Town so he has to do the job today. I said to Zandi I do not have a problem with today, 12 April 2016, I can make time @ 15:00 and did tell the Jan so but he told me that he was traveling to CPT the same afternoon. Zandi then said to me no Jan will not be able to fix the toilet at 15:00, him and his team are driving back to the offices now, and she cut off the phone on me!

I didn't re-new my lease and I moved out on the 28/02/2011, I tried to claim for my deposit but I didn't get it from ecclesiate as they informed me that they are no longer managing the flats.
