My complaint appears to now be with this complaint board. It wants me to add information. ZestAds sold me three drones and a warranty. I never got anything. So I have been searching for where I am supposed to file a complaint with the company and all I get is a referral to this web site. It is not clear what it can do for me or how it intends to get my money back after I write this narrative. So this complaint site is beginning to appear to be a black hole also in order to misdirect your recovery of money. Hmmm

I made an order for the weight loss patches and I have not received anything it says it was shipped from China over a month ago but that's all I got there's no next location no tracking number nothing this is ridiculous I looked up and have seen all the complaints against you guys and nobody ever getting their order I am struggling with my weight and if it was something that worked that would be great I am very low income so sending that money was a Gamble to maybe help me lose some weight but I really shouldn't have done it because I couldn't afford it and now I'm seeing all these people that you guys have ripped off it really just is a load of crap I will be contacting my lawyer

This is supposed to be two separate orders. Track.net can't find the shipment number. I've seen the other complaints about this Maylasian ripoff company, to my sorrow. I'd like the drones or my money back.

I ordered, and paid, via PayPal, for earbuds as advertised on YouTube. I was charged yesterday for them, but have had nothing since my initial receipt of order notification. I intend to open a complaint with PayPal tomorrow, starting that I am still waiting, and that I view this transaction as a scam. Go on and prove me wrong, send me what I paid for

I purchased 2 of these, as there was a discount when you purchase 2. When it arrived, after several weeks, and we noticed both of the boxes were damaged. We took it out of the box, and it looked very cheap. There was no invoice or shipping slip so I didn't remember how much I even paid for the heaters. My husband plugged it in and turned it on. It smelled like burning plastic right away, and within a minute, it stopped working. We waited a few minutes thinking it may have overheated, and turned it back on. Nothing. I have no idea who to call or where to return this to. Crazy. Please help! I remember it was quite a bit of my for the 2, maybe $100. I definitely want my money back. This is the worst product ever!

On February 1st 2020, I paid 50.85 through my PayPal account for a Weight loss patch. A Patch I NEVER received. Company named "Isumi" I either Need a full refund, or my Product ASAP. If this case is not resolved in a timely manner I will be forced to go to the United States General. I will use every resource I need to to resolve this! Thanks in advance

I ordered an pair of wireless ear buds via Pay Pal on Feb. 1, 2020. I have been charged for the product but have not received the product. By law, you cannot charge for merchandise sold online unless or until the product has been shipped, delivered, and/or received. I was charged for the ear buds on Feb. 3, 2020 which means the product must have been shipped, delivered, or received on 2/3. I assume the product was shipped on 2/3. I would like to know how long it takes for delivery. My name is Tamala Flack and I can be reached via email at [protected]@colgate.edu. The amount charged was 102.95.

As stated above product was ordered on 1/3012020 ID:6SM691285G372342H for a total of $45.90. I have not received the product and if not avaiable please refund my credit card. It was the weight loss product. To be perfectly honest with you I would perfer a refund and call it even.. I hate having to wait this long for something to be shipped so I feel the refund would be the right thing to do...

Originally purchased 220 slim patches, then accepted an "up offer" for an additional 50 pieces. When I received my order, it only included 37 patches. After filing disputes with paypal for both transactions, I was told the seller would refund the money for the original purchase, provided I return the product received to their address in hong kong. That return shipment cost $54. Paypal sent me a response on the dispute for the second transaction saying they could not investigate further until I filed a complaint with law enforcement or another government agency. My advice... Don't vuy anything from this company, and don't count on paypal's protection to actually protect you.

Can anyone tell me where my items are or if I'm going to get them? I swear this happens everytime I use PayPal, every time! They don't care who there giving your money too, could be terrorists, as long as they get Their money!
