Zurich Shield Protection review: Environmental warranty

I purchased a vehicle and was able to get the remaining 3 months of warranty transferred from the original owner to myself.

I noticed oxidation/dulling of the paint on the roof spoiler so I put in a claim. I was denied “for waiting too long to fix this problem”. So I pulled up my warranty online to see if there was a time frame and noticed I was charged 1,000 for 3 months of coverage that I’m unable to use.
