Zynga review: Suspended zynga poker account

I have play zynga Poker before and deleted when I had enough playing it. It has been close to a year, maybe 10+ month since I had the app on my phone. I just downloaded the app a few days ago, but I haven't started playing any games yet. When I opened the app to play, I saw the message saying my account is suspended. I emailed support to ask what happened. They stated that I violated the terms of service. I emailed back asking for specific because I just downloaded the game and haven't done anything yet. I even explained that due to their data breach, my information has been exposed and it has to be that my account was hacked. They replied saying that I did chips transfer to a suspicious player. Again, I just downloaded the game and haven't done anything yet and I also don't know how to transfer chips and I don't even have friends in the game because I'm not interested in that stuff in the app. I just like to play for fun. They finally replied saying that they aren't going to reply anymore because they explained as much as they could and there is nothing they will do and my account will remain suspended. To be accused when you haven't done anything is unjustifiable especially when I didn't even play the game yet. I truly believe that if I did what they said I agree with what their system flagged, but I wouldn't come here and do this when I know I didn't do anything and it isn't fair neither just.
