I have played this game for some time now and watch how badly this game cheats it's players the number generator is flawed it pick who wins I believe that those who buy from zynga get a hold ge advantage and theatre not Mierzwiak generator give the cards to those player, I have also noticed on a very large number of games when the other player goes out the card your are waiting for is thrown away, I believe this is a cheat again given to players who buy from this company so that hey have the advantage and win the pots... this is a pure rip off to players the game is not fair.. case in point I have lost as many as 50games n a row with no wins, I have lost a very large number of games that the last card thrown was the ne I was waiting for.. this can only be if the game cheats.. this company needs to be banned from make no games and should be sued from falsifying the game and cheating the players.. the App Store should take all of zynga's games off there site and force zynga to pay every player for cheating no them

Zynga’s support and customer service is atrocious. I have been playing Gin Rummy Plus for a year. Recently, the game suspended my account permanently. Numerous attempts to contact Zynga support either go completely unanswered or receive computer generated responses that are unresponsive or suggest additional action that is vague or unintelligible. Facebook should ban this company and protect its members from this deficient and predatory company.

I am not being able to connect the game with Facebook. I can't play as a guest even. I really need a solution as soon as possible.

Statistically, you should be able to have a better win/loss average than 30/70. The "random" card generator is a joke. Losing on the second to third card time after time is proof that there is nothing random about the cards. I, like the person above, believe that purchases certainly give you the hand up in this game. Done...took the app off my tablet and will play games that at least allow you the opportunity to win once in awhile.

I still have the 100 point on my iPad, no problem with that. My problem with the game is that it cuts out mid play and by time it re loads, I've lost a hand!

I have also found the 100 point games have gone and there are only odd 50 point games. Only 10 point games with high stakes come up now. This game has changed. I think they push you to use private tables so have to pay, which I won’t. Shame on Zynga, it is a rigged game

I thought it was my imagunation... but I am also convinced I will never get very far playing this game. For months, I've rarely gotten past 100, 000 points... And I'm a damn good player when I play the card version. it's TOTALLY RIGGED!

Left the game with over 2.0 million coins, woke up this morning missing 500000. I was told that I played a game and bet 500000 and lost. I don't bet over 10000 to 20000 per game and would never bet 25% of what I had. They told me there was nothing that they could do. GinRummyPlus is rigged.

You are doomed from the start. I have played this game and can’t believe it is allowed to get away with theft. If I came up to a person in the street a took money from them I’d be in court, so how do they get away with it. I have played games when the opponent gets out after 2 cards. I end up with a hand like a foot with no hope in hell of winning. I have finally decided enough is enough, as addictive as this game is it has to go. I just wish something would be done about the unfair play.

Recently complained to customer service about GRP. Received the same stock answer back. I lost 100k in 2 days playing 15k hands. Never won two in a row and when I did I never got the jackpot I will play until I lose my winnings and then quit. I’ll never give them a dime and will rejoice when they go bankrupt.

The game starts a game without me clicking play, so far I’ve sat here and realized a game startEd without agreeing 4 times over the last week. When I complained they told me that’s impossible. Clearly not. They didn’t offer anything other than telling me they monitor this issue. Didn’t offer coins back nothing. So when they run out I won’t be buying anymore. Customer service sucks had they have offered to replace them maybe people would over look it’s clearly rigged.

The game is rigged. I play my GF all the time. I was ahead 600, 00 to her 200, 000. She bought more money. I never bought money except the 1st time. We both play the way we are supposed to play using the basic logic. We used to be winning 50 % of the time each. Lately I cannot win. We play about one hour and she always 100% of the time wins much more than me. She now has almost 1, 000, 000 and now I am near only 100, 000. The algorithm is rigged against players who have never bought more money. I am a computer programmer and know this for a fact. You want to win fairly then keep buying money. If you are starting to lose again and again and you never have bought money in awhile then that is the reason.

100% RIGGED GAME. Zynga needs to be investigated and have a class action suit against them.

It was fun until it wasn't. I agree with all you said. I was up a lot of coins. I did watch a LOT of their ads in order to get thru the games, but I am convinced that because I didn't buy coins I started going down, down down. I decided last week if got to below 100 so I couldn't play any more, I would delete the app and that is what I did a couple days ago. I would like to find a similar more fair game that was easy to watch, but haven't yet. I noticed how I could only get close to the next level, but could barely if at all get to the next level. It was just as you said. I lost 2million or more coins starting a few weeks ago. I would get opponents who consistently won after just one or two card draws. That scenario started to become more prevalent. I also noticed that when I played against a guest, I would more than likely lose. I also noticed that when I would sign in and play the first game, I usually would lose that hand. I kept thinking at first I was being paranoid, but I don't think so anymore. I was a good game but not if it is unfair.I played at least a couple years and then as I said is went down quickly. It was taking up a lot of time of my life (but the pandemic made it easy to play a lot) but it's better for me that I quit. Maybe some day I'll start again, but I'd like to see a change in their overall philosophy. If I were to buy coins, why would I take a chance knowing the "house" was always going to win.. which I why I do not gamble with real money.

I agree 100% with everyone else who is complaining about this game! overnight I have lost $100k three nights in a row! something I just noticed today is when you are playing against another player (yeah right) watch the deck number and how it changes! when I take a card the card is shown pulling away from the deck. when the other player takes a card you will see there card removed from the top of the deck. but watch closely because only 1 out of about 6 cards come from the deck but the game makes the sound as if the card is being removed from the deck! and ironically enough when the game makes this continuous mistake, that is when the game will beat you every single time and sometimes in only 2 or 3 cards drawn from the deck! this game sucks for cheating!

This game is only designed to get you hooked and they make you spend cash to stay in!

I have been playing Blitz Gin rummy by zings and when I win I’ve the beginners amount it suddenly cuts you off saying there are no players in beginners; right when I’m about to win a large Jack pot! The game is rigged to take your money. It puts you into star Blitz and you lose all of your chips in the first game! This has happened time and time again! Do not begin playing this game!

It is a complete scam and should be audited or cancelled from the App Store!

They will get no more of my hard earned cash!

Disgusting, rip off you are Zinga!

100% true and correct. I’m pretty good with numbers and probability and the probability of some of the things I see happen while playing gin rummy on the Zynga app would, in mathematical terms, be considered so small that they would be factored in as a zero in an equation.

The app 100% is skewed against free players and will purposefully make sure that, if you’re playing well as a free player, that you lose until you have nothing left in a piss poor attempt to force those players to buy coins should they want to continue playing on the app. Guess what Zynga…because you do these shady things and I recognize that easily, I will absolutely, 100% never give you one red cent of my money. On the other hand, if you were dirty, low-down cheats and I was enjoying myself while playing gin on your app, I would gladly pay to buy coins to continue playing. Your scam has completely worked against you. And trust me when I say that I tell every single person who shows any interest to never use your app. Congratulations, [censored]s. Wonderful business strategy.

I’ve taken screen shots of one of their many cheats. There are seasonal albums where players are awarded stars. The stars are tallied and at a certain point you receive a gift. As the stars are revealed and added to the players total, the count is incorrect. The game unveils cards and the number of stars they represent, but they clearly short the players here. This is particularly true at the beginning of the album. I sent the screen video demonstrating this, but the customer support rep claimed she didn’t understand. So, Customer Support doesn’t know how the game works? They also have the game itself rigged so you’re on the losing end. They (the developers) have it set up so they can rig the pile of cards we pick from. They know what any given player needs, and sometimes your card pops up. More often, though, it doesn’t. A new cheat has revealed itself lately. When you log into the game you have to close a series of windows before the game begins. On the last window you close, when I press the “x” to close the window it suddenly acts as if I selected a game with a high buy-in. Instead of the usual $20,000 game, it directs me to a $300,000 game with two wild cards. There’s no way it’s an accident, because the area of the screen to select the $300,000 game (or ANY game) is at the bottom of the screen. The “x” to close the window is in the upper right. This has occurred five or six times in the past week, and I have to be quick to cancel the “selection”.

This game is the best in terms of how the cards are Kaye’s out an other features, but of the dozens of games I’ve played, it’s the only one that CLEARLY cheats it’s players in an effort to bankrupt them, forcing them to buy if they wish to play on.

Here is a video of their newest cheat. Look at the total stars shown of the top left. Watch the cards being revealed, and count how many stars revealed per card. When you go back to the first screen, the number of stars will have changed to include the newest reveals. But, they dare not properly totaled. They shirt you a few each time. If you play this game you’ll pick up the cheat quickly watching this video. Customer Support, however, doesn’t understand. REALLY?

I edited my comments and attached a screen recording, but I believe they were sent separately. This means that the screen recording was sent without any context.

It begins in the most recent album, where cards are collected, each card has a star value. The stars are totaled and used for prizes.

This screen video shows one set of cards being unveiled, along with each card’s star value.

The beginning total (shown top left) is 50 stars. Five xards(I believe) are shown, each having a different star value. The total number of stars for this group of cards is 7. When the screen changes to reveal the updated total, the number 50 changed to 54, rather than 57. The next few sets of cards were ALL the same thing, with the total number of stars shorted. This is an issues at the beginning of each album’s “season”, but towards the end of the season the numbers appear to be correct.

Unfortunately, I had to shorten my video and could not visually demonstrate the incorrect tally of EVERY SINGLE CARD.

I've also been taking screenshots, I am honestly thinking of contacting an attorney at this point. I have screenshots of them replying on social media that they don't use bots, but I believe they absolutely do. The number one reason: if all of these people I beat in the first game proceed to DOMINATE me (unless I pull a card from the discard pile that I absolutely do not need and disrupt the algorithm, I ALWAYS win when I do that against the fake opponents, and they then immediately "sorry I have to go" every single time (I've played some over 5 times before trying my method and winning the game) why are none of their names ever listed on the "tournament" leader boards?!?!? Seriously, not one person I've ever played against has been on the tournament board, and, if I have enough money to play the joker games, I win every single tournament during the time I play. Something is fishy with this game, and my number one issue is the developers are lying to us about how they run the game.

Also, there is a lot of info on reddit about hackers on the game to earn something called "swagbucks", if I can easily find that why haven't they and done anything about them, if they aren't really using bots?!?!
