I am complaining about the service of the game hidden chronicles on facebook. Cool game, what with it's glitches and rules that sometimes don't make sense, but I am not complaining about the game, per se; I enjoy it, and that is what really ticks me off! The fact that I cannot access it. For the last 12 (twelve) hours I have been unable to access it. Which is so infuriating that I sent a message to thefacebookteam, who promptly answered and said it wasn't a problem that they could solve and directed me to your services. In the meantime, I have been able to access and play another another game of yours (slingo) without problems... Please explain. I am not in withdrawal symptoms - not in the least - but yet I do not think it is fair or correct to fail so... If need be, I will re-contact facebook if in fact it is an issue of their responsability, however, do not forget that it is us - the gamers - that give you the dollars...

not so long ago, i was here, complaining about zynga's misconduct over fake chips and failure to do anything to keep people's account being safe. i play on their site alot and til i reach 1 billion of fake chips, however, it got reset to 1 million for no reason, they cannot verify the loss of it and therefore cannot restore the chips that was taken away. so i bought again some to start me off, within 3 weeks, i managed to reached 1 billion again, playing overnight and just for it to be taken away again...not even a month had pass by and they have managed to get back what i paid real money over fake chips. they fail to tell me again what happened. they replied me with the same email that they sent me 3 weeks ago. they cannot restore it back. so many people are getting ripped off by zynga and i really want someone to do something about it. for it to happen to twice in not even a month, its just unbearable...some of my friend's chips are also being taken away, same day as me 3 weeks ago, 2 buds got reset from 1billion to 1m...yesterday when they've taken my chips again, left me with 100k only...and a friend was playing on table...her 900 million chips disappeared before she could blink. and same as what they told me...they cannot verify the loss and therefore cannot be restored. it is really sad. please help somebody
I have been ripped off so many times in the last year after spending quite a large amount. I have been playing for many years all their games but problems are getting more frequent and their expedited support is a joke, taking over 6 weeks to address and dozens of email only to get a form email that "after a thorough investigation no abnormalities were found with account" or "do to the activity on your account we found no" and here is a response given about a recent purchase where I did not get 23 skill points with my purchase. Please notate that at the time of purchase by buying their currency they had a virtual card you received punches and the larger the purchase the greater the award. for 2 weeks now I have been complaining about my purchase done on 10/30/2012 that no skill points were credited to my account and the following day I made another Purchase Trying to get my skill points and did receive the 15 skill points.

And in this response is proof I never received my skill points, the 2nd response they actually did answer and after i sent the previous one telling them this is proof of my claim. The only difference between both emails was the previous one did not have the time for each purchase. And if your going to give all this detail but never do the address me 23 skill points that I claim I did not get and if I had then it would include that 1 punch 8 skill points and the 2nd 15 skill points and then go on about the 10/31/2012 purchase getting 1 punch and 15 skill points. the whole basis of the claim is the missing item on 10/30/2012 and dozens of email and now they offering 1/4 of that because I am a valuable player and not because I did not receive. robbed of cityville cash by zynga
I purchased $50.00 of Facebook credit for Cityville cash by zynga. The game began malfunctioning and zynga restored the CV cash. It happened again by being charged for the +60 energy they gave to me as part of zynga calling themselves making things right. This +60 energy was placed in my inventory in Cityville. I have emails from them and myself along with screen shots to prove ALL of what I tell you here. Well, they CHARGED me for the +60 energy THEY placed in my inventory which is what they GAVE me to pay me back, which really was unacceptable to me but I went ahead along with it trying not to make a fuss. But zynga, as greedy and sneaky as they are made it so they wouldn't lose a penny by charging me what they gave me as my restoration. Also, then added and continues to add this +60 energy in my inventory and I used it thinking they're giving it to me. Keep in my NOTHING in your inventory is bought by clicking on anything in there. But not so because this is how they did me for this +60 energy they gave me. Well I had a total of about 504 cityville cash. They took me down to a negative 29 (-29 cash) then up to positive 11. I now get NO responses from them via my email. Facebook, the cowards that they are are equally as sneaky, greedy and evidently condone this type of "any kind of a way to grab dollars" scam. I have now disputed the $50 on my debit card.

I had recently purchased a game card from wal-mart in the hopes of taking part in the excellent chip sale that was going on yesterday. Upon redeeming the card, I was shocked to see that I could only purchase a 1/3 of what was offered at the same price I paid for my game card. I emailed support and here's the ongoing thread in its entirety, although in the the act of copying and pasting, the first contact is on the bottom. Thank you for providing a link. However, it doesn't contain any clear information relating to this issue directly. The link does not contain anything about purchases with game cards being specially regulated, it basically states that you, zynga, like all stores, set the terms for purchase of virtual items. However, unlike most stores, your not living up to the standard. It's almost laughable really. To walk into a store, in my case walmart, and to purchase a $25 dollar game card for $25 with your company name all over it, bring said card to your site for redemption and not get the same value that other customers just because they gave you their credit card is ridiculous! As I asked earlier, money is money, right? In case you haven't read what the link in question contains, here it is:
Purchases of virtual currency or virtual items sold on our site are subject to the zynga terms of service.
Some terms that are particularly relevant to your purchase include:

Am I missing something here? I saw the sale price and wanted it. I purchase $25 in zynga cash, went to your card redemption site and got jacked on the price with no explanation other then the vague terms listed in rule #4 which is the same rule used by damn near all companies. What I saw is what I wanted. I didn't reset my computer and lose it. I was cheated out of 22 million in chips! No where on the card redemption site or in your terms of service does it state that you cannot receive the sale price, anywhere! Please reimburse me the missing 22 million in chips that I purchased from you.

Thank you for your prompt reply. So, the $25 real dollars I spent on a game card would have been better spent on buying the chips directly? How does that make any sense when I purchased an actual, issued by zynga, game card? Money is money right? I didn't want to use my debit card for this transaction hence the reason I bought the card. It's not that I don't trust you, it's that I don't trust the internets privacy levels.in fact, according to the purchase screen, the charge, had I used my debit or credit card, would have been $0.51 cheaper. Therefore, you guys made more money from me and gave me less chips in return. This is not acceptable as fair trade. Also, no where does it state on the site that I cannot receive the sale price or that I am prohibited from getting any deals by using the game cards. Please email me the link on where to find this information, then post it to the game card redemption page for others like myself to view. I thought I was using a more secure means of payment by using a prepaid card for this transaction. Instead, I am left feeling like I got ripped off. I feel like I am still owed over 22 million in cips. For example, if I were to receive a pre-loaded card to verizon or wal-mart, I would not be denied sale price on any item unless otherwise specified. I purchased a physical zynga game card valued at $25 today because I saw a sale going on that was giving 50% more chips, and for the next 24hrs only, an extra 20% more chips added on for a total of just over 33 million in chips. I planned on purchasing this deal with said game card. Upon purchase, I noticed the amount as the normal 11 million and thought this to be a glitch and that the game card site hadn't been updated and purchased anyway on the good faith that this oversight of 22 million in chips would be corrected on checkout. It wasn't. Why wasn't I able to receive the sale price through using a game card? This is unfair. I was first missing 3 million chips that mysteiously disappeared out of my account, contacted Zynga to only receive some weird emails from Pokeman, Salvador, etc? stating they investigated and couldnt prove that I lost them? 2nd I purchase an official Zynga Card $25 for security reasons after finding out Zynga has "no" customer support for any problems you may encounter. I find out after redeeming, I was ripped off millions again just because I used a "Zynga" (not another party, but Zynga themselves game card rather than paying with a debit card! Unbelievable that Zynga Poker can scam people this way! Seriously? I wish I had seen this thread before my son bought a $25.00 gift card with his hard earned money. He is special needs, and once he turned 18, I said he could join/play Zynga Poker. He has no debit/credit cards. He saved up $25.00 in order to take advantage of the 33 million dollars worth of chips he could buy for THAT amount of money. Zynga, it is YOUR responsibility to put up in BIG BOLD LETTERS on your Poker Site that ZYNGA Game Cards that are purchased for CASH, are only worth 1/3 of their value! I was playing Zynga poker and suddenly my laptop shut down and when I restarted it, I wasn't able to connect to Internet.
I used another laptop and I entered again and all my chips had been stolen. But the worst problem is that I haven't been able to connect to Internet after that problem.
Now I cannot connect and I use my laptop to work and study. All the problem was due to zynga security issues and they just say that they are
"unable to verify that the reported loss was the result of a compromise or hack on your account. As a result, I cannot credit any lost chips back to your account."
Right now, I don't care about my chips. I care about my laptop that hasn't been able to connect to Internet again after I was hacked.
And all the problem has been due to Zynga's security issues. If they are not able to control hackers, they shoudn't keep their site open.

Jeff Michalski have done none of these. I wouldn't know a hack cheat or bot if I saw one. I have not been approached or allied with anyone to do so. Nothing that you describe has been done by me or on my behalf. And now you have even removed the possibility of rejoining the game with your draconian offer of lowering my winnings by 14 million. This seems like revenge for me fighting against this injustice. The shame is on you. My earnings on Zynga have been my own. This is just wrong.

failure to resolve issues
I've been trying to get zynga to fix frontierville for four months. I haven't been able to open my game, let alone play it. I was exchanging emails with zynga for the first two months, but they've stopped responding and I can't get anyone to talk to me. Is my game unplayable now? Did I spend money on those stupid horseshoes for nothing? I don't know, because they won't tell me.in the beginning, they kept giving me freebies to make up for the inconvenience, but then they would ask me to log in to my game to verify the stuff was showing up in my inventory... But I can't get into my game. I have no idea what my game even looks like now. I certainly have no access to pioneer trail, either. After getting no response for two months, I tried complaining to facebook, but getting assistance from them is even worse. They just direct you back to zynga.

After playing for years, I was able to make 1.3 billion that is 1301 million. I was so happy. 8 hours later when I tied to access my account it says zynga took my money away cause someone hacked my account? I think this is all bull #. I should know better but I had try one more of their stupid games. And just like before, the big problems/bugs don't start popping up until you start reaching the higher levels. By then, you've invested hundreds of hours playing and don't want to quit without giving hem a chance to fix their bugs. I went 3 months this time waiting for Empires & Allies to get the bugs out...what a waste! Plain and simple: Unless you like to be frustrated, DO NOT PLAY GAMES MADE BY ZYNGA...they all have major bugs! I was hacked earlier today and loses 400 million of my chips. I was playing poker and it start to freeze up on me and caused me to lose chips. Later I saw an email that said it was sent from zynga to my FB email account so i open it. It states that i have been chose from zynga to claim 180 million due to random drawings. Well it say to enter my email address and email password which i did so to claim my winnings. Once i did that my chips start to disappear faster and my computer starts to freeze up.. I want to know is there a way that I able to claim my chips back from ZYNGA? Becasuthe email they sent me is believable due to facebook email. thank you for your time...

The game is suppose to be fun, but it's just frustrating now when you get bot after bot going all-in on every hand. I may have a good pair of cards but most of the time i'm not game to match on pre-flop of millions of dollars.

You make millions from people playing your games, the least you can do is make it fair. Why should I buy chips with my hard earned cash just to have some (Insert appropriate coarse language) idiot basically steal them because we can no longer get a decent hand because of these bots.
Make a rule - if all you do is go all-in all the time, you're suspended from poker... Isn't that simple? I know all-in is a part of the game, and I am not saying that you can't go all-in, but not every freaking hand, or just fold fold fold fold fold fold fold fold all-in fold fold fold fold fold fold all-in fold fold fold fold fold fold...
It's absolutely ridiculous and I am to the point of total annoyance. Today i've lost 10mil because of these bots because i've finally got a good pair of cards that I don't want to waste, so I match them... And of course my pair of q's loses to the bots paid of t's because a t comes up in the flop and no q. Hell, i've even lost with pocket a's and they've gone all-in on a & 2 and get a flush or something.

I know the difference between a bot and a real player feinburgrl, I'm not stupid. I'm level 72 and played well over 20, 000 hands. Don't come here and tell me it's me and I can't play and all that crap. You're prob using a bot too.

These are known to be bots. They are run through a created programme by the people who sell illegal chips. You can tell these days who is a bot in 3 ways or actually 4 ways. Heres how you can find out if they are a bot...
1. When you mouse over their picture you will see the information, how many chips they have, what network they are on. If the Network is blank they are 100% a bot.
2. These bots will always be a level 29 shark, the level is set by the programme they use, I have seen over 200 bots and they all have the same levels.
3. These bots will never have any buddies. If you check their profile you will see they will have 0 buddies added.
4. Bots are programmed to only keep hold of pairs or high cards, if they have these type of cards they will go All-In, they may lose sometimes mostly they will win. If they don't have pairs or high cards they will just simply continue to fold fold fold. Even if they can check they will still fold it.
5. Bots will never talk! you can try your upmost hardest to try and make them talk and you wont get a word out.
I hope this helps everyone. From now on you have these ways of finding if they are bots or not. Remmember if your playing with them and they call All-In's do it at your own risk, they can pretty much know whats going to come out and this is how they get their chips up so stupidly high. These illegal chip sellers can sell you 100 million chips for only $20 thats a great bargain for sure, but your just feeding these scammers by calling their ALL-In's.
Want to help crack down on this scandal? Help out by doing the following things below.
1. If you see a bot just leave and go to a table that doesn't have any on.
2. If you do stay don't call their All-In's your just feeding them for everyone $1 chips they make is 50 cents earned for them. May not seem alot but they have 1000, 's of accounts they do this on everyday so you do the Maths.
3. Let everyone know about these bots, and warn them not to play at the same table as they are and not to call their ALL-IN's if nobody played with them and nobody called them, they will simply just be drained of chips. Because all those folds they make and the auto blinds they pay will just constantly drain them.
Zynga can't really do anything about this problem unless they have a huge force of employees behind them to scour the rooms everyday and ban them personally. This will not happen, it's simply down to you guys to do the following ways of how i said. And this problem will be cracked.
Let's enjoy poker again how it should be and not feed these fat cats anymore. Post it on your walls and tell the world!

I have been playing for a while now. My experience points haven't been registering. None of the gifts people leave on my estates show up. I have never gotten credit for playing Hidden Chronicles. I have the same issue in Farmville2. Friends are missing from the in-game MFS (Multiple Friend Selector) windows. These are the windows in which you send requests to specific players for help, building or crafting parts, crew, etc. Zynga states that this is a known issue, and one that their development teams are actively investigating and pursuing a solution on. I did get my friends back 3 days ago, and then they are gone again. Here is a number you can call for Zynga, [protected], press 2 for support. Good luck!
I would like to know what has happened to all my Zynga friends list, as they do not come up for request for parts, so my game has slowed to practically advancing nowhere. Enjoy the games heaps, but when I was directed to change to Avatar all my contact list was gone. Still no email has been sent to me regarding logging in via the new upgrade, even though I have numerous times now asked for the email to be resent it still has not happened. Any ideas as to how long this will take to get back into order, or do I simply give up now and move onto something else. Not really happy

Have been playing the game for a while now.
It seems the more you get the worse the connectivity of the game gets.
I have all but given up on it.
I have tried countless thing to try to correct the problems
But the next time I have a go I get the same old problems
