Zynga review: Zynga poker account

I was playing poker and seen that my account had been somehow compromised as a message appeared on my screen stating multiple screen open i left the game and went on facebook to check and was logged out someone had hacked my facebook and hacked into my zynga poker i could not enter the game at all untill i reset my passwords then i go on my poker and relise my chip stack was down to 3.4t from 4t so i reported to zynga customer service and carried on with my play untill all of a suddon i was take out of the table and out of the game was left shocked by this to find when i tried to log back in there was a message stating account violation account restricted for one week, i went on to report this to the customer service help and got a email back stating they had looked at my account and decided there was a violation and will not open or restore my account and stated it will be reinstated on the date it shows and referred me to look at there policy guidelines, i did not do anything wrong at all apart from play poker the did not tell me what if any violation occurred and if so i did not do this as my accounts and password were comprimised i feel dissapointed in this as i really enjoyed playing the game and hope someone looks into this for me and restores my account asap
