The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and he explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. The price was fair and competitive, and I appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I got ripped off by 72 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning for a quick drain cleaning that took only 10-15 minutes. They charged me a whopping $330 for it! I asked around and found out that other companies in the area only charge $100-$125 for the same service. This company is not reliable and their prices are outrageous. I'm hoping to get a refund of $200 from them. The service was done on Monday, April 11th, 2022 at *** location.

I had to replace the duck work. It was a 2 day job. The lead installer said what he would do and he did what he said. He stayed until after dark to get the duck work in right. A trait that can be hard to find today. He also made sure the heat was running correctly. On day 2 he asked me how the heating performed and made the needed adjustments. He let me know what the next steps were when the job was completed - inspections, testing, etc. I have better air flow in the home and more even heating now. I have been a customer for more that 15 years.

I had an A/C service call on May 24, 2022 and paid $95. The technician, ***, was rude and only spent 5 minutes looking at my unit. He didn't check it properly and didn't give me the OEM part I asked for. He also gave me a vague and high quote for the cost. I think I should get half of my money back, $47.50, because the service was too short.
