aaa furnace and air conditioning is a good company. They came to my house and fixed my furnace. They did a good job and I am happy with their work.

AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning was chosen by my home warranty to fix my AC unit. The technician came and didn't do an inspection. Instead, they cut the wire off and took the motor out of the unit. They asked for a $198 furnace clean fee, which wasn't covered by the warranty, and suggested a furnace replacement for $3600. I asked them to put the wire back as it was before and decided to seek a second opinion.

wen my ac unit stoped cooling our home i called aaa and asked them to fix my ac unit as soon as possible i explained that it was not an emergency but it was a matter of my health i have parkinsons disease and hot weather leaves me seriously impaired after diagnosing the ac problem as a refrigerant leak we discussed and implemented a plan to replace my 13 y/o unit the new ac unit was installed 3 days after my initial contact with them i am very pleased of note we have been customers aaa for 12 years and we intend to continue this relationship

We had a really old furnace replaced and AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning came out to give us an estimate. We picked AAA 'cause they're family owned and been in business since 1957. Rich came out and checked out the whole house, attic, number of registers and where the best place for the compressor should be. We then went inside and he showed me all the different equipment that was available and which would best meet my needs. He was here for about an hour and a half and there was NO pressure to commit and the price was SOOO reasonable no one else could beat it. On Aug. 3rd the crew came out right on time and started to take apart the old system, installed the new furnace, evaporator, expandable ducking under the house, the electrical and coolant lines, also under the house. All this was done in one day. The second day, again arrived on time, Miguel continued working on the furnace/evaporator wrapping everything, strengthening the furnace platform and covering every little hole that a critter could possibly get into. He was so meticulous it was unbelievable. Jorge and Alberto went up into the attic and installed all the new expandable ducking, installed a new register and put the compressor in place. Miguel then wired up the compressor and attached the coolant lines. He attached the Freon tank and let sit for 24 hours to make sure there were no leaks. Again, all in one day. Day three again on time, finished up some minor things, wired the service center and ran the system (furnace and air) for some time to be sure everything was working to spec. Miguel also showed me how to shut the system down for the winter without using the service panel. I wanna say, these three gentlemen, Miguel, Jorge and Alberto were so polite, so knowledgeable, enjoyed their work and enjoyed doing it, that it was an honor to watch them. Their workmanship was impeccable. Being a retired machinist with a QA inspector as my wife, believe me, we know good work. We highly recommend AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs.

I had AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning come out to fix my AC that wasn't working. First American Home Warranty sent them to me. They said I needed a new condenser and charged me a lot of money for it. But the AC still didn't work. Then they said I needed a new coil and furnace. They installed them, but still nothing works. It's been really hot and the City inspector failed their work. I've spent a lot of money and still have no AC. There are a lot of complaints about this company on Yelp. First American Home Warranty isn't helping me either.

7/22- they came to check my HVAC and said it needed a full clean. They said they had to remove the blower unit because it was really dirty. 8/2- a technician came to do the job. They only vacuumed inside the walls of the HVAC unit and didn't remove the blower unit like they said they would. They also checked off things on the list that they didn't actually do. I told the manager and they said they would send another tech, but they never showed up. The air intake below the HVAC was never cleaned and had holes in the wall. The HVAC unit is still really dirty and it's causing respiratory issues. They won't give me a full refund even though the tech didn't do what they were supposed to. I saw on Yelp that other people had bad experiences too. My home warranty picked this company, not me.

I had a technician from AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning come to fix my HVAC. He fixed a broken fuse and charged me ***. He also looked at my systems, but didn't do anything. He didn't mention that this would cost me money, but later on the phone, he said it was a courtesy check. He convinced me to buy a $517 maintenance plan and waived the service fee for the call. When I tried to cancel the plan on January 10th, they said I would only get back $120. They broke down the costs, including the service call fee, the fuse used for repairs, and two furnace check-ups. None of these costs were mentioned during the visit, and the paperwork said the plan value was *** and included the service fee. He was only there for less than 30 minutes. I want a refund of $517 - $175 = $342.

They charged us for changing the blower motor, but we think they caused the damage, so it should be free. They did regular maintenance on our heater on 11/24, which we had planned and paid for. During the visit, they said it needed cleaning, which was not included in the plan. We agreed to pay *** for the service, and it was scheduled for 12/21. When they left, the heater turned on, but we noticed a few hours later that the house was cold. We checked and found that the furnace turned on for only one minute before switching off and staying off for at least an hour or two before turning back on for another minute. It wasn't working properly, and it was freezing in the house. We left a voicemail that night, and they called back the next morning and said they would send another technician. The technician came on 11/25 and said the blower motor was bad and needed to be replaced, which would cost ***. We argued that it didn't make sense for the motor to stop working right after their maintenance and that it seemed like their fault. He refused and said we had to pay and talk to their office about it. We want a refund for the blower motor charge because it was their fault for faulty maintenance.

I had a problem with my HVAC cooling system that was repaired by AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning in November . It cost me $889 to fix and it worked fine until August when it stopped generating cool air. I called them hoping that the "protection plan" would cover the follow-up repair, but they said I had to pay an additional $175 service fee plus any possible ensuing fees. This seems unreasonable to me because the technician who repaired it claimed that I could call them for follow-up repair with the protection plan if the cooling system failed to work within one year. They also charged me $568 for cleaning service which I suspect was not necessary. Overall, I am disappointed with their service and would not recommend them.
