I’m complaining on service
I have a massage chair for a month that I financed. The finance company messed up and took full price out of my account 2999 when called them they said it would be straightened out. It was I said cancel my account they said return item and I said no problem. Went to see Mikey my sales guy he said he would not take it back. I'm being dicked around by the financial company and Mikey refuses to take the massage chair back. I don't have bugs or filthy house nothing wrong with the chair I don't want it and at this point I don't think I want to do business with abc warehouse anymore. Jacquelyn Cash

Purchased a washer and dryer in July 2020 on a 15 month deferred interest through Synchrony Bank. The deferred interest and reoccurring interest charges started in Feb 2021. From the time I walked in I was taken to every washer and dryer the salesmen Ryan wanted to sell me versus what we asked for. After the initial purchase was finalized I made a few small changes. After it was like pulling teeth I changed the sales person to Kathy. Tried to add a refrigerator and it showed up not working. It took 3 days to address the issue. In the last 3 years i have purchased 3 different appliances from ABC Warehouse and every single 1 breaks down right after a year. The managers are very rude and do not care about customers. So here it is a month before Christmas and i have to take my kids Christmas money to buy a new washer because this company does not sell quality merchandise or care about loyal customers. The Mishawaka location has horrible customer service. We waited over 2 months for our futurnite to get here. We paid cash over $3 grand and was treated unfairly. Finally after a month of me calling.. they gave us a loaner set and then after me calling again... he said he take a couple hundred bucks off the loaner if we just wanted to keep it. Umm a few hundred dollars for a used set? No thanks. I called today to give Tom, the sales man that happened to answer this time an alternative number for the delivery to reach me and he was very rude and wanted to rush me off the phone while I still had questions. We will NEVER bring our business here again. We had spent over $5000 dollars on a washer dryer, the furniture set, the day before we bought a mattress and sofa... Mike the manager is just about the commission then leaves you high and dry to wait it out. Poor communication on everyone's part and Tom was very rude on the phone to me when I had questions about the delivery. I am in customer service, a realtor to be exact, and this is not how you treat someone who is writing your paycheck.
