debiting my credit card for products I did not receive
I was called numerous times by someone from the US wanting to ship my product. I was told it would only cost $3.95. There was no mention about signing up to an ongoing subscription or that it was a trial only for 14 days. These aspects were definitely not mentioned.
All I have received is a tiny cheap looking jar weighing 30 mls that says day and night moisturiser. It was from Abellamayfair but my credit card was charged by Pretty Face Today and Beautiful Skin.
I would like a full refund as I signed up over the phone with my credit card and was not bale to red the Terms and Conditions referred to. Which of course exposes your scam like trading, where if you don't opt out you are charged the full price which is $89.98 US for ?/ one product and $99.95'US.
This is fraudulent misrepresentation!
sample anti wrinkle
I went on line to order free product on 25/12/17.
I did not get confirmation that the order was processed.
On 10/1/18 a small parcel was in my letter box.
I did open the box because I was surprised to have received any product what so ever.
I rang my master card office and they told me $139.85 nod was debited out of my account.
I do not want this product or any further products.
I will be happy to return this product to you asap to the return address on envelope.
I would like a FULL REFUNDd credited back to my Q Master Card.
I would also like you to give me a further 2 week extension for shipping and handling.
Thanking you kindly
Rosana Wirepa
advertisement on the 90s wrinkle control cream supposedly free sample
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to report on false advertisement by Abella Mayfair on supposedly a free sample only need to pay for postage to Australia at AUD5.95. This turns out to be a monthly subscription of the cream for US99 a month but it was not explained at all at any stage until I emailed them to ask why there is another charge of US99 after the AUD5.95. Now it is too late to even refund the sample because it has to be within 14 days of order but this was not explained at all and it should not be advertised as free sample.
Please make them change the advertisement so no-one else fell for this scam
Regards,
Anita Muljono

You promised youth and beauty to people trapped in a society that makes you feel worthless if you are not their idea of perfect. You play on low self esteem and fear of inevitable ageing and what next?! Rip their hard earnt dollars straight from their pocket! Thrives, scoundrels and all in all, nasty human beings. There was NO information or sign up agreement, just a "trial". I wish you all a lifetime of a poor and ugly existence, and hope you all go to jail and return everybody's money. Oh, and I hope you crash your Porsche into your mansion and it all burns to the ground. Also it broke out my acne. That's it.
HOW TO CANCEL! I've seen many people complain they had to cancel their credit cards because they were refused cancellation rights or couldn't find any information on how to cancel. If you go to the website and scroll to the bottom there's and select Contact Us there is the option there for quick cancel. BUT don't be fooled, read carefully because the first option is Quick Cancel (but one more $38 payment is taken from you). Select more options and you can cancel with no further payments you UST have to enter your email address and cancel each product INDIVIDUALLY. Please share this information and let's hope they get what's coming for them and prey we get our money back.
abella mayfair sample tube 0.5oz
I sent for free trial, agreed to pay for shipment. On 22 Dec I was charged $5.31. Received 0.5oz tube on 3Jan. On 4jan, $132.21 was illegally deducted from my account (by smooth skin for me-whoever they are) without my approval, as I did not order this product.
Is this a scam using Kate Middleton as a front.
I would like my money back. And no products.
I am another sucker who thought I was receiving eye and wrinkle cream for $5.37 and $6.73 as a trial offer. There was no mention of any ongoing orders or having to cancel within a certain time. I have currently been billed over $500 and am having the bank investigate a fraud claim.
Do not deal with these people as they are fraudsters and crooks!
These sites where you only pay shipping for a free sample are a Scam. I tried a sample for a weight loss product for a shipping cost of $4.95 . I was immediately billed the $4.9 5 Twelve days later I was billed $89.95. When I complained I was told that because I didn't cancel in 14 days that they would keep sending me one bottle each month forever until I canceled. I cancelled and a week later received a charge of $29.95 . Called again and was told that I had cancelled but was being charged for a magazine that was associated with the other product that was never listed and had to call separately for that one. When I complained I was told they would refund 50%, and tried tom pressure me to continue it. Not until I threatened them with the BBB did they agree to refund the whole $29.97. THESE ads for a free sample for only the shipping cost are a Scam.
90 second wrinkle control
I originally authorised the purchase of a trial 90 second wrinkle control cream on 20/12/2017 for $3.95USD, and declined to participate in any further promotions or deals with Abella Mayfair. On 22/12/2017 the $5.30 AUD was deducted from my bank account by Pearl skin daily.com. On 5/1/18 I noticed another transaction from Pearl skin daily.com for $131.62 AUD. At this time (720pm on 5/1/2018) I have not received the trial product promised to me, which was meant to be delivered within 7-10days. After doing some research on the internet I have discovered that I am not alone in my plight, and this seems to be a SCAM that is run on a regular basis by this company- innocent people purchase a sample product, never to receive the item, and a larger sum of money is deducted from their account within 14 days. I would like to say as I have not received the trial product, I am not willing to commit to the ongoing purchase of said item ( and never gave authorisation for deductions to be made from my account other than the initial purchase of $3.95 USD) and would like a full and prompt refund of all moneys deducted from my account to date- $136.92 AUD
maximum moisture 24 hour day & night cream and 90 second rapid wrinkle control
The online offer was a free sample of the eye cream and moisturiser with only shipping costs to be paid. A monthly charge for ongoing orders would be charged if I was to continue with order of these products.
I ordered the two products on 18/12/17. The shipping costs were immediately debited from my credit card on 18/12/17.
On 02/01/18 a further $99.95 was debited from my credit card for the moisturiser and a further $89.95 debited for the eye cream.
Note, no product was received as at 04/01/18.
On 05/01/17, the so called free samples arrived.
I then retreived the email confirmation of the samples, which by now I had forgotten about and cancelled the 'subscription.
In an attempt to have my money refunded for a product I have not received (only the free sample arrived) I spoke with a customer service rep who was rude, aggressive, unwilling to accept that this practice to deduct money from a credit card without authorisation is fraudulent and refused to refund.
I now have to cancel my credit card and go through the arduous task to prove to my bank this was an unauthorised, fraudulent scam!
Beware! This is a scam!
The product is terrible! Pharmacy moisturisers are cheaper and better than this!
unauthorized credit card charges
Warning for everyone.
I had placed an order on 8th December 2017 with Abella Mayfair. At no time did I get a shopping cart total for confirmation or for printing. At no time was I aware that I was signing up for repeat orders and authorization to debit my credit card.
The ordering process was very pushy with continuing different screens popping up throughout the ordering process that you just couldn't seem to get to the end of and did not know how to exit from.
Two emails were sent through from Abella Mayfair Support with my order confirmations, one being for Maximum Moisture Order Confirmation Total $4.95 usd and the other for 90 Second Wrinkle Control Order Confirmation Total $3.95 usd
What products arrived in one parcel were four 90 Second Wrinkle Control Facial Cream, two Maxim Moisture, one Softening Facial Exfoliator and one Triple Effects Eye Serum.
What actual charges to my credit card is as follows on the 11th Dec. 2017
smoothskindiamond.com $3.95usd
shiningbeautynow.com $19.95usd
timelessbeauty.com $99.95usd
prettyfacetoday.com $29.68usd
pearlskinnow.com $18.71 usd
healthyeyescare.com $4.95usd
on 27th december
healthyeyescare.com $89.95 usd
I have tried to cancel the Abella Mayfair account. I have requested to return all the unopened products. I have been given a confirmation number to return the products at my own expense but have been given a short time frame of 18 days or I will be charged $99.95. Fingers crossed that they make it back in time as I'm returning them from Australia to Canada.
The product labels lists the company in Las Vegas. I have to return the products to P. O. Box North York, Canada yet the parcel was sent but Swiss Post Zurch.
In a moment of weakness we believe these products might just be helpful and the advertised price they are pitching was obviously too good to be true. Obviously this company does not stand by their products otherwise they would be more transparent with the whole process and not have to rip of hard working people.
unauthorised credit card charges
I ordered a sample of 90 second wrinkle control at a cost of $3.95 (US) and a sample of maximum moisture at a cost of $4.95 (US) for the wife on Christmas Day evening after a great day fair enough. But to my disgust on boxing the I looked at my bank statement and saw that they had taken an extra $50.31 from Enlivened Health LLC, $38.58 from Income Coaching Group, and 25.93 from whole Body Health LLC. Dirty blighters, what can I say about them, spineless, filthy rodents that hide behind a computer ripping hard working folks off. To afraid to live in the real world and work for a living let alone face the people they rip off. PUSSIES! Come visit me and I will teach you some good old fashion manners. What. Shame I have cancelled my credit card so no more money for you from me, nice try. By the way try not to get hurt over the festive holidays, all those you have ripped off would be so sad I am sure. Hope the new year brings you a jail sentence where you can make lots of new friends. Anyone reading this I hope you have not ordered from this company already, if so get on to your bank ASAP and cancel your card.
unauthorised credit card charges
I applied for Free sample trial of Rapid Wrinkle Control Cream and Triple Effects Eye Serum on the condition Ipay postage.
Products arrived and postage debited from my Visa account on 11th and !2thDecember.No agreement for further deliveries of product.
On December22nd my Visa was debited $132.62AUS in name of Gloriouslooknow.com.
On December24th My Visa was debited $116.91AUS in name of OBL*optimumeyebrooklyn. Also bank transaction fee of$3.92.
I have cancelled so called subscription and will contact my bank re refund.
sample of skin cream
I ordered a sample product only to pay 3.95usd postage only to find that 2 payments were deducted from my account andtoday another 130.32 has been taken from my account without any approval from me. I have reported to my bank, had my card cancelled and will dispute with visa to get my money refunded. Not happy at all
I dont understand how I pay for a free sample only to find that 1 i havent received the sample and have been charged and then to find you take out further money without my approval, nothing on the free sample offer said that I will be automatically billed for products that i dont even have yet.
Very sad because if I had received the sample and like it i would have purchased it however now I will not and will not use the site.
please refund the money back into my account asap

unauthorised and fraudulent credit card transactions.
I authorised an amount of $5.50 (AUD) for a sample beauty product. Nil T&C displayed or nil opt out option displayed online. Recieved 15mil tube of skin cream. Further $133.22 deducted on 8/12/17 without authorisation. Contacted Abella Mayfair and refusing refund. Refusing to send copy of T&C and refusing to supply with invoice.
I would like a full refund of the unauthorised transaction of $133.22. I would like nil further deductions to be made. I would like to see this business taken offline and court action taken against them for fraudulant business transaction and misrepresntation of T&C's.
free trial
I signed up for free trail only paying for postage from a fbk page stating 'free Myer skincare product'.
I have only just received item in mail and further $132 and $117 taken from my cr card.
I DID NOT sign up for extra products I HAVE NOT given authorisation for money to be taken from my acc.
My money is to be returned asap and stopped immediately.
abella mayfair skin care products.
I signed up for a 'free trial' for two products and only had to pay for shipping.
The add said I could cancel the automatic order any time.
When I cancelled my automatic order I was advised that I would need to pay for the return postage of the remaining products or if I decided to keep the products after two weeks I would be charged for the full amount of the products.
Non of these details were advertised so it was not possible to make an informed decision.
There was nothing free about it which was how it was advertised and relevant information regarding costs was never mentioned.
It was completely deceptive.
I broached the subject with the company and was advised that I would have to 'shoulder' the cost of the returned products and no mention was made regarding the deception.
sample cream
I was on facebook and received a notification saying that I could have this free trail cream and all I had to do was pay for shipping fee. I received a debit out of my accounts as used debit and credit card from pureskin and cosmetics on various dates for 3 big amounts totally 450 amounts and 3 charges for foreign fees. I have been Mayfair site. I tried to contact them but they offered me small amount and claimed some subscription but never was I informed this was the case and this was yesterday so I find them fake big time!
unauthorised credit card charges
I applied for face cream sample one night online, since then I have been debited the staggering amount of $397.41 from my credit card account. I have been sent one parcel which contained one jar of night cream and three tubes of rapid wrinkle control cream. I will send these items back as I don't want anything to do with your company. I demand you stop taking money from my credit card account and refund all money back to me immediately! The dates of these payments are as follows - 08/11/17 $131.11, $5.18, $6.49
22/11/17 $132.74
24/11/17 $118.34, $3.55
abella mayfair maximum moisture and 90 second rapid wrinkle control
I was on facebook and received a notification saying that I could have this free trail cream and all I had to do was pay for shipping.
I received a debit out of my account from pureskin on 5 Dec for $132 and a further $118 on 7 Dec.
I have been on pureskin's website and it seems unprotected and unsafe. I don't think it's a legitimate business.
I received the cream yesterday and went to my bank who told me that I should put through a fraud complaint.
I have sent emails to pureskin gmail account as it is listed on the site but I have not heard from anyone.
I cancelled my card to be on the safe side.
I want my money back!
everything
After ordering a sample ive been changes hundreds of dollars for products i did not request.
All are still in original packaging and i demand a refund as i wish to return all products. I am so so so so angry that this has happened aside from taking months in talks with my bank to try get funds returned and trying to find a way to contact this stupid company. Ill be sure to make sure everyone i know and everyone they know finds out about this total violation of my trust.
Its a sad day for me and i shall never trust this compant or any of its products all due to the deception
smooth skin. me skin cream
I answered an advertisement in late Oct for the above products, all I wanted was try the samples. However my name has been added to your mailing list without my permission my credit card has been debited $99.95us and $89.95us for products I have not ordered and have not give permission to charge my credit card. I have not received this order and I don't want it, please remove my name from your mailing list and please reverse the charge you have made to my card. My bank tells me it is easier and faster for you to do a reverse, otherwise the my bank passes it over to Visa to do a disputed claim, where they debit you then credit me.
I did not authorise the purchase of these products nor did I authorise you billing my account.
Please reverse this charge.

unauthorised credit card charges
Date of Incident: November 23rd 2017
Client #: I have not been allocated or received a client number.
Invoice #: I have not received an invoice nor any invoicing details.
In the first instance, a 'third party company', whom I have never heard of nor given any authority and/or permission to do so, has charged my credit card, for a product I never agreed to remain in possession of. I also have not received any correspondence in regards to this product information, nor regarding any terms and conditions in relations any product account.
A desirable resolution would be to provide a refund directly, in exchange for the return of your product, and given reasonable time to do so, due to international time frames.
I look forward to hearing from you.
