I'm a absa account holder, I was using savings account there after I was advice by a consultant to change from savings to cheque account. Now my cheque account takes more than R300 each month, I went to absa branch to ask why is it so but no one is willing to help me, one of the consultants said it my fault because I choosed to use cheque account but honestly that what I was advised to do, I went there for a second time still no body is showing interest on my issue, I am now writting this message because I want to change my account back to saving or closed it I am totally not happy with the service that absa branch in Pretoria wonderpark provides, it not fair how they treat us as customers, my cheque account is always showing that it overdrawn and I really don't understand what's going on and becomes hard to understand since they those consultants don't want to help me
