AccountNow debit visa card

Got a refund from a store sheepskin gifts and alpaca for $500 put to my Visa debit card from account now automatically froze my card will not give me my refund. Amount on card is $1, 429.67 call numerous people and still not getting any resolve please help I talked with Josh ID badge number i j i n I talked with cherry ID 1 CVR badge number I talked with k i d badge number one CM9 I talked with Henry 1 HCM badge number with no resolve I tried contacting green. To put in a complaint and they keep booting me out I talked with k i d badge number one CM9 I talked with Henry 1 HCM badge number with no resolve I tried contacting green. To put in a complaint and they keep booting me out running out of options all my credit is shot none of my bills are being paid my car insurance my rent all my credit is completely destroyed all because they refuse to return my money all behind a refund from a from a store .

AccountNow green dot

This card service sucks I advise no one to open up with them my husband tax return was sent to my card I never received it so I called to see what was going on they say I need to add him as a second card holder ok now it's 10 dollars to add him I pay that now I have to upload my id I dis that so now I call to add him they tell me it's gone take 5 days to add him to my account the same amount of time for them to send his check back they knew they wasn't gonna load it or what ever but had me spend my hard earned money to add to add him but hot to wait 5 days to add when I paid my money today if this not the worst I don't know what is I have a net spend and it's service way better then this [censor]

AccountNow disability deposit stolen

A few months ago I had charges I didn't recognize. I was denied dispute. In january 15, 2018 I was waiting for new card but received a statement with the last four digits of a card I had reported and was closed this card had my disibilty deposit on it and. When I tried to update the pin number accountnow gave me hard time with false information and wouldn't update pin. In february 23, 2018 my disibilty deposit was stolen off the same card that I reported that came in the mail on a statement with the last four digits of a card I had reported and was closed. Accountnow debit card denied dispute. I'm disabled, i'm humiliated need help getting my funds back please. AccountNow credit debit card fraud

They locked my account saying as a courtesy they locked my account with 870.00$ an supposed to send a new card for replacement. They said they needed verification with driver license an a bill to verify identity so I did. I called them back 3 days later an was told my new card was sent to an old address an needed more documents to verify so I sent them dl, ss card, and a bill with my address. They say now they cant verify my address an will need a recall letter from empoyer to send my money back to the sender an will not close my account! I honestly believe they also stealing peoples identity as wel. Please help

AccountNow debit card

Account now sent me a card so I decided I was going to upload my school refund money onto the card. At first they put limits on the amount I could take out up until now I didnt have a problem swiping my card or ordering anything offline. On November 13, 207 I tried ordering something from Fashion nova and it declined. I called my card in and he had money on it so. I called account now to speak with a representative and a lady name Rivfhyla asked me to verify my birthday. Which I did she told me my account has a restriction on it because my date of birth isn't the same on file. When I called a couple of months ago regarding the amount of money spent a day my date of birth wasn't a problem. She told me I have to send them a picture of my ID social security card and prove of my resident. I asked her why isn't my date of birth right because any other time I call and verify it's correct. She said she could not give that information over the phone. She also told me she's sorry but she couldn't help me. So I called account now customer service again the lady told me they would send me my deposit through a check. And that I should receive it in 5 weeks she said I didn't have to send my ID information in anymore. She then puts me on hold and says I can just go ahead and send my information in. When she just said I clearly didn't have to send it. I somehow forgot my login information for the online website I asked is there anyway she could help me login back into my account she stated no. They are a bunch of scammers trying to lowering people in to use their cards so they can take your money. I would like for them to take the restriction off of my card or give me back my remaining balance. I do not want to deal with this company anymore.

AccountNow unethical

I am just now knowing that a card that I did not ask for was sent an because I do not know where the card is because it was never received by me, I am now locked out of my account completely with no way to access my online account nor am I able to contact customer service because they are dumb and have this one man on each of the numbers that I have tried calling. I have spoken with a lawyer to action against account now because the funds are in my account belong to me and not them and with them refusing to help or reach out to their loyal customers is a pure shame and will be taking action against them. This is really against the law and if no one from Account Now is willing to help, I know my lawyer will find a way so that they will do their jobs! As soon as my money is withdrawn I will be no longer a member of this association. It is an outrage to have to talk to people who barely understand a word of English when majority of their customers are Americans!

AccountNow refund that was placed onto my existing account

on 05/03/2017 the dept of the treasury posted a refund to my account trace no [protected]-1399748 receiving financial rt number is [protected]
name is Ollie o claix on my original filing for 2016 my account number is placed on to the second page of the 1040 and the rt number placed is [protected] and account number is [protected] this is the account number I was suppose to get my refund placed onto . On several occasions I have tried to contact your com and I can not get a person to respond to my serious complaint the amount of my refund for 2016 is 5, 092.00 I never received it. I haver used the same info for 2017 and I hope I don't have issues as I have a hardship and n eed payment asap for both years but I receive a letter from the irs stating that my 2016 was deposited please review and inform me as I have exhausted my resources.

AccountNow account now/ account is closed with funds sitting there!!!

Since November my account has been closed. I faxed & uploaded documents that was requested & as of today 01-08-2018 my funds are still there. I call every week & still get the same thing. Non speaking English folks saying "I understand" the hell they dont, that's my money & I have been patient long enough not to mention I give the correct information just to view the account. Five weeks been up & it shouldn't take that long to mail a check. Account Now give me my damn money.

AccountNow disputing a charge on my card and froze account

on 11/16 account now decided to dispute a charge on my account and froze my account without contacting me first i found out when i went to get groceries and card was declined now they refuse to give me access to my money the government gives me to live on. If anyone out there wants to do a class action law suite please email me at ..[protected]@gmail.com. . Just put v attention account now disputes...i would really be intrested to know how many other people there are out there who has had the same sort of problems with this dishonest...sneaky..lieing..company full of theifs.

AccountNow my account

On 11/16 account now decided to dispute a charge on my account and never notified me before they restricted the use of my card and online account. They are holding my social security funds, and refuse to give me access to my money this is what I live on each month, I already have $150 in late fees have mo heat in our trailer or food my phone has been shut off and my storage is overdue. All thanks to their stupidity, do you think if I questioned a charge on my account I wouldn't get ahold of them about it, but what gives them the right to dispute any charge on my account. And have sent them everything they asked for on the 28 th of November still no money, I can't find not one single person willing to help me in this whole company. Said am sending a check that will take 5 weeks to get here if they are sending a check why not just release my funds, this whole ordeal is stupid and illegal. Just tell me who I need to go to to get some help please.

On 11/16 account now disputed a charge on my account for $32, they never called and said we have a question about a charge we need to talk to you about it, I found out when I went to get groceries and my card was declined. Now they have had my money the government gives me to live on each month for almost a month, we have no heat .no groceries.. Phones been shut off..storage is past due..and have $150 in late fees thanks to this company. No one has called me yet..no one helps you they are cold and rude they hang up on you put me on hold on Friday at 3:30 till Saturday at 6:45 . That's how they treat you had my account with them for over 9 years and they treat you like that. Now they want to send a check they say will take 5 weeks to get here I can't go another 5 weeks with no oney if they can send a check just take the hold off and let me get my money, plus they took their service charge out of my account when I have no been able to use my account how does that work. Enough is enough going to call social security tomorrow and let them know they are denying me access to the money the government sends me to live on lets see how well that goes over, plus the federal trade commissioner and the treasury department. I am tired and cold and hungry and fed up with them, my uncle ( a federal court judge) told me I am the only person who can dispute a charge on my account.why because it is my account and my money not theirs what they have done and are doing is totally illegal. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

So to whom was this $32 charge? And is it your claim that this charge was legitimate?

It sounds as if they have a real concern about the account information getting into the wrong hands. I don't know that the entities you're referring to will have much power to do anything for you, especially within the short term. I may have some suggestions of other contacts though.

I have no clue because it was 2 months ago, I check my online account on the 25th of every month, and use my card all the time I rarely carry cash. Who takes only $32 from someone's account? And if there was a question they should have picked up the phone called me and talked to me about it, I check my account every month if I had a question about a charge I would have called them myself, I do live on a limited income so would have called them, not just take it on yourself to restrict my card with no notification that is totally wrong and dishonest.

By this time, though, I would think that you'd be ultimately aware of why the account was on hold and, if it did have to do with a single charge, you'd be extremely aware of what that charge was and what it was for.

I've got some suggestions as to whom I'd contact, but without a clear understanding of what is going on with the card, I don't think you'd find it a great deal of help.

If you'll accept a little bit of direction, I'd have you start by contacting AccountNow, but not to argue with them to reactivate the account. Instead you need to get a clear understanding of what is occurring. If there is just one transaction that has shut down the entire account, they should be able to tell you what it was for and to whom it was for. IF IT WAS ON 11/16, IT'S BEEN LESS THAN A MONTH. Hopefully you'll remember it, or it will stand out as an illegitimate charge.

As soon as we get that figured out, we'll hopefully get the rest of the issue resolved.

They will not tell me who the charge was to and I use my card for everything rarely carry cash, no matter what can't get any help from anyone there, they asked me to send them some documents and I sent everything they asked for they said after they get them it would be taken care of, now they say something else, it just goes on and on, and am so tired of it

I can tell you're frustrated BUT ANY BANKING INSTITUTION WILL OFFER YOU A LISTING OF CHARGES TO AN ACCOUNT -- GUARANTEED! YOU SAID IT YOURSELF THAT, "I check my account every month if I had a question about a charge I would have called them myself."

Pamela, you have to do something to help yourself. Don't just complain. Do a little research.

I wasn't able to get my son's Christmas gifts last year because of false information I was told by customer service rep and I would like to file a complaint or not getting my reimbursement in time I would like to speak to a president or manager or somebody very high up to get this point very established and cross to find out I would like to get back 766.12 I made this complaint last year December nobody got back to me with previous latest action reports that was sent as information confirmation I have numerous customer service reps I spoke to and in my notes in my email I have a lot of dates have call with this previous problem please get back to me as soon as possible so it can be fixed thank you

AccountNow fake debit card

I took a survey from a popup advertisement (I have no idea why I would do something that stupid) after which I was sent two empty debit cards. Ever since then I've been receiving phone calls from some strange Indian man (I'm guessing that he's Indian based on his accent) who says he works with"The Government". He never gives his name, and he never answers my questions. He always ignores what I say in order to talk about grants and loans that I never applied for. Now, I'm being called by the IRS for credit fraud. I don't know what to do.

AccountNow my fema check!!!

My home was destroyed by hurricane Irma in sept i have been back and forth with fema to help me well i finally get my help so i decide to purchase an accountnow prepaid card to keep from giving out my personal business well guess what i was wrong after calling because i couldnt access my money and was lied to by telemarketers that now your account is ready to go after 24 hours of calling and going online i was told because of the amount i would need to fax or upload my driver license and social security card which i didnt feel good about being its a prepaid company so i drove to another town faxed them in and was told they were not received then after several calls was told to remove the first 3 numbers of my acct # to be able to upload my documents well finally after 48 hours they tell me my documents were received but now it takes up to 72 hours to REVIEW my documents i ask to speak to a supervisor and have been told continuously that they are not receiving phone calls are you kidding me
this is ridculous and inconvenience all because these people are not trained properly i should not have to wait on my money any longer i am not applying for a job i want my money NOW ! I will be calling the BBB and anyone else concerning this matter.

AccountNow my check has been sent to account now

I entered 1 Number wrong on my direct deposit form at my job some how they sent my check to account now I dont have any access to account now I don't have no credit cards or nonthing from account now ... my name is sededrick Clark contact me ASAP [protected]! AccountNow fraudulent activity

On 11-13-2017 I had 100.00 put on my card at walgreens in hanford ca. I didn;t use the card until today. When I tried to use it I was told there was insufficent funds on my card. This is not possible because I didn;t use it. Have my receipts and talked to the manager at walgreens I was told to file a complaint in which I am doing now. I greatly appreciate your assistance on this matter. Please contact me

AccountNow payment that hasn't been sent

I originally had to close my checking account because someone hacked over 400 bucks from me and paid a bill I thought it would be easy to get my money back due to the fact that I didn't have any accounts with the company that charged me I waited over a month and every week I'm being told 2-5 weeks from oct 18 2017 I have done all I can this has placed a huge set back for me. I need my MONEY and account now wont release any information to speak to anyone above them I feel stuck.. Please HELP AND THE SAD THING IS THAT THEY ARE LOCATED IN CALI IN THE STATES NOT FAR FROM ME AT ALL IM IN TEXAS

AccountNow my account now account

My name is Tremaine Jones I have Account with Account Now. I called them on today 11/01/2017 to inform the that I lost my debit card. I sent in the correct information needed to resend me another card but they are giving me the run around about my money. I am about to be evicted from my house on Friday 11/04/2017. The same guy answers the phone and will not let me talk to a supervisor or manager. The number I have for them is [protected] or [protected]

AccountNow service

Account now representative shut off my card, after I told her not to. I explained that would leave me in hardship, and that I wanted to pull out my money before she did that, and I explained numerous times, to not do that at all. I need my money and now I can't even eat, get gas or even get a hold of them, because she did it right at closing time. Fantastic. Account now deserves a royal boning!

AccountNow unauthorized withdrawal

I had just put 40$ on my card to pay a cable bill.
I tried making an online payment to them but was told the transaction couldn't be made.
The next day I make a transaction at store and the 27$ is gone.
I assumed the transaction for cable went through.
A day later I get a notice saying I must make a payment on said bill.
They claim they didn't receive anything.
So where did it go?

I attempted to make a donation to a friends site for 20$.
I was given the "pay with card" or use papal.
I chose "pay with card" and filled out the info.
Surprise!
He never received any money and pay-pal took 10$.

Tried to get an account balance and try to find out where the 27$ went.
And your site claims my 16 digit card number doesn't match the profile or user name.

AccountNow my account closed and still haven't mailed money

I close my account last week and I finally called today and it's still in there $231 now they're telling me it's going to take almost 2 weeks for me to get my check this is very upsetting and i'm going to actually have to report this to the better business bureau because this is [censor]... They have done. A one time transaction for me before.. And nowthey wont. I gotta wait 2 weeks or more. Not okay... Thank you for ur time and my attorney is going to look into it... Thanks.
