I have been playing Call of Duty for over a decade with the same Activision account, purchasing the new CoD every year. I have never hacked or used any cheats in my life. Activision states that ‘Bans will only be overturned if we determine the infraction was due to unauthorized activity on your Activision account.’ Someone gained access (hacked) into my Activision account and linked their Steam account to it, which resulted in my account getting permanently banned. I appealed my ban but was denied only a couple hours later with a generic response. I submitted proof to Activision, through the Better Business Bureau, showing someone hacked into my account. I also submitted a complaint through the California Attorney General. However, Activision has failed to look into the matter and have been unresponsive for a couple weeks.
Desired outcome: Please unban my account since the ban resulted from unauthorized activity on my Activision account.
