I am writing to request a review and resolution of the ban on my Call of Duty account. For the past four months, I have been in continuous communication with Activision support regarding this issue, but it has not yielded any results. My account was breached by a foreign Xbox account, which led to my ban. Following the instructions provided by the Activision support team, I took all the necessary steps to recover my account, including enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Although I now have access to my account, the ban remains in place, and I am unable to unlink the foreign Xbox account. Every time I open a support ticket to address the ban and unlink the unauthorized Xbox account, I receive the same automated message stating that there is nothing wrong with my account. Despite my persistent efforts, this issue remains unresolved. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a supervisor to review my case and consider lifting the ban on my account.
