I am emailing you because I have recently been put under review and I am now in lobbies that are difficult to play. I am having a difficult time understanding why you feel it necessary to put someone in a shadow ban lobby while they are under review with no reason other than someone has reported them. The way this process works we are guilty until proven innocent. I am not banned I am under review, and that means I should not be punished until you find a reason to do so. I pay for my game the same as everyone else, in fact I always buy the more expensive version to get all the game perks and because someone is upset that they have died, or don't like something that has been said, they are capable of mass reporting and getting someone removed from the game. If you are going to continue to do this process of shadow ban before investigation than make the game free. I am paying you for a service and I feel that I am not fully receiving the services I have paid for. I am not the only player that is having this issue, you are causing your players to go play other games. With a new game coming out I think it would be beneficial to you to take care of your customers and SUPPORTERS that keep paying for your games. I would like a response back.

Desired outcome: Before limiting players on their gameplay investigate the incident first. If someone is truly not playing the game right then take action but do not take action before you know.
