Noticed on May 6 account was banned, I have never cheated in any previous titles or current titles. Submitted a ban appeal on the same day and was automatically rejected even though it is supposed to be reviewed by someone.
Got into contact with an Activision Ambassador that helps with unfair bans on accounts. Submitted an account recovery on the same day.
Also submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) on May 7th (Complaint File #[protected]) but was met with no success on that end either. Received a generic response from Activision that they will look into the case on May 8th, telling me to check my emails until Account Recovery responded.
May 13, Activision Support Account Recovery responded saying that they are unable to process my account recovery request (Case Number [protected])
Claimed loss: Multiple microtransactions and 206 hours into the game
Desired outcome: I would appreciate if they would unban my account
