Adam & Eve review: I feel that the women are cliquish, their rude and which is why no one stays long. I feel you need an entire new staff

Worked here for two weeks. The employees were always high. I never was trained because management and the key holder, took 30 minute smoke breaks every 10 minutes. Your Key Holder and her boyfriend sell marijuana outside of your company. The key holder also stands in front of the register when shes not outside smoking or constantly on her phone. She got an attitude with me because I helped a customer and was told to ring them up. After this happen on 10/10/2022, over one sell, she became stand offish, didn't talk or train me. With her dry attitude. Also before I rang up the customer we were just talking about our day and I mentioned to her it was my mothers birthday and for her birthday celebration I tried a drink. My mother's dinner was at noon and I wasn't due into work until 7 pm. I showered brush my teeth and came to work. So, on 10/13/2022 I receive a call that she had a "concern" because I smelled like alcohol the day before, which she informed me was by an employee. I only work with the upset key holder. Also I'm the only African American woman and the key holder throws the world "[censored]" around me as if it it's her first language. Which of course is unprofessional and and rude, which made me uncomfortable. I feel that it needs to be know the everyone in Hot Springs, Ar are awatre of the four ladies that work there that the on drugs and racists. I feel if the key holder who is illegally selling drugs on your property is fired, Im contacting a lawyer.
