Two parts: A) Business to this day has not called me back. I made 12 calls over a month period, 4 were answered by the receptionist who continued to acknowledge my calls and assured I would get a call back from the regional manager. This never happened. Because the information they are withholding results in me paying the property $25 additional per month, I left a *** review expressing my frustration. All I wanted was the payment information for money gram, Money Gram is unable to send my rent through because the business has entered my name incorrectly. B) The response to this *** review blamed me, said they were not affecting my ability to pay (they are...) and brought up an issue that was not related to the issue at hand. The business openly discussed private financial information on a public forum. I believe it would have taken them the same amount of time to provide the information I have called 12 times about. I have photo evidence of all phone calls, the response to the *** review etc.

I went to the *** Apartments office on June 1. I talked to Kirsty S, the property manager, and she said there were available units. However, she was too busy to show me one. She told me to apply online, so I did. I paid $40 for a credit check. After a few more visits, they said I had to wait until later in the week. Finally, I got a message saying I was approved, but now I had to pay a $100 application fee through the website. I had to visit the office, make phone calls, and send emails many times, but Kirsty never responded like she promised. I waited for weeks and then asked for a refund since AMG didn't do their part and my situation had changed. Kirsty said I would get the refund in 30 to 45 days. It's been almost 2 months, and I still haven't heard anything or received my money back.

Refund time exceeds 7 14 days. Today I can't get a refund on 200 at all. But for the last month, I've been given false dates of when I get it. No one knows where my money is. Today on 12/14, I was told I couldn't get a refund of my $200 holding fee at all. But I've been calling every other day and they've been giving me false dates of when my check would be there. I withdrew my application because I no longer had interest in the community. I was told I'll receive my full $200 holding fee refund in 7-14 days. It's been a month and still nothing. On 12/07, I was told my money would be there on 12/09. When I called and spoke to manager Melissa, she told me now it should be ready by 12/10 in the morning. I called back, they said it'll be there 12/10 in the afternoon. I get to the office at 430 and then they told me they don't know where my payment or when I'll receive it. I feel like they have scammed me out my money. It's been a month and still no payment. The management as well as the corporate staff were very rude to me about the situation. They have told me lies day after day, week after week. Now on 12/14, they're saying I can't get a refund. When I've continuously called them and they continued to tell me new dates I'd receive my refund. The property under Advanced management group is paradise square apartments. Thank you.

During the state emergency, my kids needed internet for virtual school. I told the company and they said I could get WiFi when I paid rent. I moved in on 3/4 and paid rent in advance until 3/25. During this time, my state was in a state of emergency. My kids couldn't go to school and I couldn't work because my job was non-essential. When I filled out the paperwork, Jenny didn't mention any weekly WiFi charge. So, I thought it was included in the rate like hotels or extended stays. But now, my kids need virtual school and my hotspot doesn't work in my unit's location. I called the office and spoke to Monique on 3/22. She said she would talk to management and get back to me. No one called me back. I called corporate on 3/23 and spoke to Luis. He said someone from the office would call me. But I still didn't get a call. On 3/25, I called again to ask why no one was calling me about this important issue. I spoke to Luis again and he said he would handle it and give me the WiFi password. About an hour later, Terry, the manager, called me. She said I had to be current on rent to get 30 days of WiFi for my kids' classes. I said okay and ended the call. It's disappointing that the world isn't coming together during this tough time.
