centurion management services is a bad company. they charged me for stuff that wasn't my fault and won't give me proof. they also kept money that was supposed to be mine. they don't know how to take care of property and won't give me the papers i asked for. don't use them.

Centurion Management Services is a total waste of time. My HOA charged me $125 for a dumb dead plant that needed to be gone. These guys found a landscaping company and charged me a crazy amount of money ($269.52) for pulling up a dead plant. Who charges that much for landscaping? They didn't even give me a receipt to explain why it cost so much. But of course, they added it to my rent anyways. This is the worst management company ever. Whenever something goes wrong in my house, they take forever to fix it but they're quick to take my money without giving me a receipt.

We changed our property management company and found out that none of our 3 properties have a move in report. We don't have proof of the condition of the properties when they were first rented, so we might have to return all security deposits no matter what condition the units are left in. One of the units was damaged by a flood from another apartment, and the damage to our unit was being covered by the owner of the apartment that flooded. We were never informed of the damage to our property, and our unit was never fully repaired despite the tenant informing Centurion. The property has since been sold, so we are now paying to finish the repairs. They renewed a lease a year ago without consulting us, and they renewed at $1000 instead of the current rentals of $1295. This is a big loss of income, and it's why we switched management companies. They didn't do their fiduciary duty as a property management company, and we want the early termination fees refunded.

Me and my roommate are getting charged extra cash by Centurion Management Services for something we didn't even do. My roommate asked Ms. Donna *** if it was cool to drop off the rent a bit later than usual, and she said it was fine as long as it was before the 6th. So, we dropped off the rent on 11/04, but then they hit us with a late fee for November on 01/21. We've been paying on time every month since we moved in, except for November . Then, on 01/29, they said we owe even more money because of some credit that wasn't even ours. But, they showed us a picture of the check and it had a different address on it. We live in a different unit, and the handwriting was clear as day. We've been doing everything right since June , except for one time, and now we're getting punished for something we didn't do.
