lost our valuable bags which was worth of $ 298 from aeropostale store and also your employees were knowing about our bags.

I am hardik patel from cleveland. i am a student at Cleveland State university and doing my graduation in Master of Computer information System. Yesterday i went to aerpostale outlet store in aurora outlet farm. i had did shopping of $96. before going to your store i had did a shopping from GAP and Tommy Hilfiger, which was worth of $298. But what happened in our store is really outbreak my feelings and felt very bad because someone from our store or i duno who has did such mischievous activity some one has stolen our 2 GAP and 1 Tommy Hilfiger bag which i had kept in our store. And also 2 of your employee knows that i had kept my bags we have kept our bags because we were having faith and trust in Aeropaostale Store and Their Employees. Also that bags which we were carrying was very heavy and we want to spend time shopping in Aeropostale brand as this is my one of my favorite brand so we have kept that bag aside in safer place as your employees also know about that situation.
After this when we came to pick up our bags there was no bags at that place and i and my friend tried to find every corner of your store but we didnt find it. and also when we ask your employees they were laughing at us, we have asked them several time but they were not responding us properly, they were looking at us and laughing which i felt was very un-ethical behavior and also when we went to store they were hardly 6-8 people and in that 4 people were doing there billing at billing counter. And when we tried to see our bags in your store, the employees were saying us you can't see such corner, i dont understand why your Aeropostale employee were doing this at one point i felt that your employee has taken our bags . They were only saying that if somebody will return your bag they will call us. Their actions are unacceptable not to mention they had itself stolen. I am assuming there are cameras in this store and the proof should be on it. I will no longer shop at this store and will tell everyone I know about the employees. Also there were lots of witnesses to back this up.
Team bags were very important for me and also we have spend whole day for that. It was Aeropastale store where i have lost my valuable bag and also your employees were knowing about that bags.
Team, i request to you and your Aeropostale managment team please look in to this matter get our $298 back. i am writing this mail because i dont have enough money for shopping now and also i am an student so i didnt get enough money from my parents and i did this shopping for my Girlfriends upcoming birthday. Also, understand my emotion attached with shopping bags of GAP and Tommy Hilfiger.
You guys cant give me the time i spend with my friends but you can refund my money back so that i can go for my shopping .

I shopped for a few t-shirts from Aeropostale exclusive store at Mall of India in Noida, India. I wore the t-shirt only twice and it developed a hole on its own near the stomach area which is looking very bad. Someone pointed out the hole after i stepped out of my home and couldn't change, I was embarrassed on what I was wearing. Highly disappointed by the quality.

Aparte que tuve que llamar como 6 veces y me decían que dejara mensaje para que me regresaran la llamada y nunca me llamaron. 3 semanas tratando de contactarlos. NADA RECOMENDABLES, MENTIROSOS Y RATEROS, PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE!

On Friday 12/2017 I stopped by the store to get some clothes, while I was walking and taking a look of the clothes I hit my knee with one of those stools, they were 3 of them right in the middle with no employees around using them, it is hard to see them since there are clothes and racks everywhere, I don't think is proper to have them right in the middle with nobody using them, I had to go home since my knee hurt very bad and I wasn't able to walk very well since I barely could bend my leg, they had those stools piled up in pairs which make them heavy and very hrd, I could have fallen and hurt even worse or somebody can fall even backwards while looking at the clothing and hit the head. This happens between 7pm and 7:30pm central in case you guys want check the surveillance cameras.

I visited Aeropostale @ Stoneridge Mall, Pleasanton, CA twice in 4 days .I had bitter experience both the times I visited.
The first time(4/8/2017) was a blonde hair guy and he hardly paid attention for my questions and I had to repeat twice to get the answer. He was more interested in paying attention on his female colleague and her friend than attending my questions. It is very hard to explain but he was very rude/mean with the customers. I don't know his name to mention.
The second time (4/12/2017), there was a lady but she was so good and was so patient to cancel my whole transaction and did again to apply the coupon that I gave later. She was so friendly. But again, I had bitter experience when I went to return some clothing and had questions that very afternoon. This time, I asked her name and it is Jennifer.
After returning I had a question about coupon and the cash card that they are giving for every $40 we spend in the store. She was so rude in answering my question and on top of it she commented that I went to return as I wanted the cash card. Of course, I wanted the cash card as they did give in the morning on 12th but not on 8th as they didn't put that offer on that day. So, I wanted to return that merchandise and buy again to get the cash card.
I had time and they had that offer. So, why not giving a try. I didn't like her attitude. Whatever I was asking, she was not at all interested to listen and wanted to respond asap.
Also, after I told her that I would complain to the management for her behavior, she joined both of her hands so loud and said Thanks in loud voice with sarcastic smile. I didn't like her behavior at all. Customer service is for satisfying customers and should pay attention to customers rather than their colleagues. I really had bad experience with these two people at cash register.
Otherwise, the deals were pretty good and I like the quality.I am only complaining that they have very bad customer service.

03/17/2017 at store 00208 Associate # 840531 Salesperson # 868211 when I approached register she was on her phone acknowledged me but was paying more attention to her phone than to me the customer did not even greet because of being on her phone it took her about 2-3 minutes while I was there in front of her after she acknowledged me at cash register to get off her phone and scanned two of my items while being on her phone texting after she finally got off her phone she was very rude and bad attitude. very poor customer service.
defective clothing
I have purchased several pairs of the "uniform" pants in different colors for a few years now. This last purchase was around August/September 2016 and I purchased 1 black pair and 2 pairs of khaki color. I may still have the receipt. All 3 of them are defective. The seem on 1 leg per pair is twisted and when I try to iron them, they don't lay normal. I am extremely disappointed in these pants and don't understand why Aeropostale chose to sell these defective pants regardless. I'm sure you are aware of this issue and guarantee I am not the first to bring this to your attention. I chose to ignore this for so long because I don't like to complain. However, I need these pants for work and they bother me with the seem on the front of my leg instead of on the sides where they're supposed to be. I'm not sure how you prefer to handle this but I would like a refund, replace, return, etc.
2 sweatshirts
I bought a couple of sweatshirts from the shop, they got very loose after using them for a short while, I followed the washing instructions on the products . I went to the shop so they deal with my complaint. The assistant store manager Mr:Ramy el shatter told me that they were supposed to be handwashed which is not imprinted on the washing instructions and when i said that is not there on the instructions, he kept saying that i washed them in a wrong manner though he did not know the right instructions in the first place . Then they refused to take the items back and they told me that someone from the customer service will call me which has not happened so far, i submitted the complaint last friday. I am very surprised from the treatment i got from a corporate as huge as aeropostale, that is my first purchase from aeropostale and i hope it's not the last. But what happened with me is very wrong. one of the sweatshirts opened under the armpits which isnot a big deal for me though it is not my fault, the other one got realy loose which has become unusable for me. Thanks in advance for giving attention to my complain as i hope .
Aeropostale Egpt online shopping.. I tried to return an order several times and sent lots of emails with no reply.. they are not posting any phone number or even a head office location. It is very frustrating to deal with Aeropostale online platform.. I do not recommend any one to buy online.

I purchased jeans on the Aeropostal Website this past week (1/16/17). The jeans did not fit once I recieved them (5 days later). I called customer service the following day. I was advised to take them for an exchange or refund to the nearest store. Once I drove an hour to get to the store (Evansville, Indiana) the employees aplogized, and called the company. When the company refused to return or exchange, not only was I upset but so were the employees. The company advised me that they would send a box to have me send back the product, which would take 7-10 business days to get back to the company, and then it would take 60-90 days before I would recieve the appropriate amount I paid back. I was hustled out of $100.00, and it forced me from now on to take my business else where. Hollister is now my Jean provider, due to the poor customer satisfaction policies. I understand why this company went bankrupt. I would rather spend a $1 more to get treated fairly.

I have concerns about an employee. Her name is Brea Butler and I have been seeing her post nude photos on Facebook and recently posted a picture of a guy eating her out for everyone to see. I have been a lot vet of this store for as long as I can remember and the fact that this is someone that represents you guys is horrifying. I will not be returning

On christmas eve, Dec. 24th around 2pm, I went to shop at the aeropostale store located at the Galleria mall at White Plains New York. I have an awfull experience. 2 of the employes (ladys) where very helpful but once i got to the register it was another story. One of my pants didnt have the sku number so he told me to go back and find another one the same. I refused. Following that he said he was getting pissed off so I asked him If i was getting him pissed off and he said no. My husband got upset and told him if he had a problem. Then another coworker aproach us and instead of asking what was happening he said the word my ni**a what happen?
I took my phone and said Im calling corporated on you guys for being disrespectfull and ask for the manager. She came when we were living the store and said she was going to speak to the employer. Never ever going back to that store. Aeropostale its my favorite store and i have beeb shopping there almost 4 years and never had a problem.

Was at store #01130 today December 26th and we were in one single line to cash out for at least 45 minutes when an associate decided a start a second line. This was so unappreciative for everyone that was waiting in the main line and as we questioned the manager she was extremely rude as to realize that they should of just split it from the front. Didn't want to give me her name, didn't have a name tag very unprofessional and had no customer service ethics at all. Rest of associates just laughing at us as if it was nothing important. Will never shop there again. Reciept/Assoc: 856675 & 810616 . To top it off they over charged us and we had to go back Need new employee in this store trainee properly and show them managements skills
stitching on a pair of pants are wrong
I bought a pair of pants from Aeropostale in green acres mall. when I opened them this morning and i tried them on the stitching on the leg part is stitched wrong. I have the receipt but because they are closing down they wont let me return it or exchange it at any location. its not right because i bought a pair of pants and i should be able to return it or exchange it if something is wrong with it. i would like to get the same 1 but i would like 1 that is not messed up. when i wear it it looks weird. I shop at this this store all the time its my favorite store. i basically just wasted my money on a pair of pants that are stitched wrong.

manager handling a matter
I was in the Lake Charles La store today, December 22, 2016 which the store is closing so everything in the store was priced at 75% off. There was an entire rack of pullovers with a sign on the top of the rack stating they were $9.88. When arriving at the register, they rang up 12.88?, but aftee informing the cashier what the price was, she had someone to go price check in which I walked with her. As we approached the rack, she acknowledged that the sign stated 9.88 and then she called a manager. The manager was condenscending and she says that "most customers read the labels"... and I stated to her and also showed her that 50 percent of the pullovers were on that rack and several others in the store were acknowledging that they thoughy they were 9.88 also because that what the sign says. She stated that people move signs all day...I am not sure what she was insinuating because the sign was still where it was stated because there were other pullovers on the rack also. The lady- manager said their was nothing she could do and the jackets were 12.88?. Because several people in the store thought as I did, i said [protected]@m the sign needs tonbe changed or items moved as she kept stating yonme that "the jackets are not 9.88". This complaint is being written because she could have simply stated and admitted that they were placed in the wrong area and she basically shouldnhave sold me the pullovers for the price advertised. Her attitude as a manager was very unprofessional.
order charged twice!
I have placed an order for 13 items for international shipping. Upon payment there was a bug and I discovered that they have taken same order twice! I tried to call them, I emailed 20 times, tried to contact by live chat, but they all directed me to email the international customer service. Which I did.20 times! And not a single response! I emailed them as soon as I received the 2 order confirmations with 2 different numbers before they shipped.no response! And now I just received 2 confirmations on shipment! The customer service is inexistant, as if they do it on purpose to grt rid of their leftover stocks! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! No wonder they are closing their stores with such bad service!
Contact your credit card company asap to have them stop payment .

I placed an order online. Order # [protected]. Because your company messed up with the online promotion, you cancelled my order! It is not my fault you messed up. I was getting some much needed clothes for my children. Your error should not be my problem. My order was $123. The 10% you offered me for the inconvenience was ridiculous. I know you have upset hundreds of people, if not thousands. Apparently, your company is not doing well or you would not be closing as many stores as you are. Now you have another problem... You not only lost my business, but i am sure you have lost the business of the others you did this to also. Ethically, you know this was wrong to do!
They said it is because they accidentally ran a double promotion.

sweatshirt that I received as a christmas gift
I received one of your sweatshirts as a gift for Christmas. I wore it one time and it already has a hole in it. The material has torn by the Aeropostale logo. Its super thin material around that area. I understand the quality of clothing isn't the way it used to be, but only getting one time wear is a little ridiculous. Is there anything I can do about this?

I was extremely upset this weekend when we went, as we do every year, to purchase my daughters school uniform pants in store at our local malls aeropostale. When asked if we could be helped i told the sales girl that we needed a size 14 and she said: "you will have to find them somewhere else, we only carry up to a size 10 in store." my daughter is a 5'3" curvy 16 yr old. We have always shopped at this same store yearly for school clothes and always found her size. Apparently they are no longer catering in store to the curvy girls.
Perhaps yopu might consider putting your daughter on a diet if she wants to wear Aeropostale! 5"3" and a size 14 is way past curvy!
