worst cover ever!
I purchased a spa cover online from this company last March and, not only was the cover made incorrectly, it was such poor quality that it did not hold up 6 months. I tried to contact the company repeatedly with no response. I filed a complaint with my credit card and they were able to illicit a response but since goods were delivered I was out of luck. They did provide me with a different number and stated that the company was under new management, so I called again. This time I spoke with a service rep who felt that I definitely deserved some kind of restitution, but then when she referred me to the new owner he was a blatant jerk who basically told me I didn't buy it from him and therefore he did not need to do any thing to help me out. I really wish I had not invested the time or money in this company. Their service and quality are so bad... the only thing I know to do is save someone else the trouble.

I ordered a spa cover on 12/18/2022, order number 164066, for 335.00 from
Affordable Spa Covers out of Clear Water, Florida. I have not received the cover and the email tracking link is disconnected as well as their phone [protected].
I paid for a cover and never got it! Now all there phone numbers are bogus! They ripped me off totally! Order number #149010 4/21/22 it's been a year!

We placed an order with Affordable Spa Covers on 09/13/2022 Order ID # 158916 for a new Hot Tub Cover. They have delayed shipment several times and now they are not responding. It appears that others have had this same issue and at this point we are requesting a full refund for a total of $528.99.
