I travelled from Karachi to Islamabad in December 2023.
I was asked to check in my carry on as it was a full flight. I obliged and put a lock on my bag and sent it in - not realizing I had my wallet in the bag.
When I arrived in Islamabad, the lock of my bag was missing and cash from my wallet was gone.
I immediately filed a complaint in the Islamabad Airport. The agent gave me a copy and asked me to file another one when I get back to Karachi.
Upon arrival in Karachi, I filed another complaint.
I kept following up with the airline and there was no response.
Then I got told that my complaint was resolved but there were no details.
I asked for the details and my request was ignored.
I then got in touch with an agent who then told me that they understood my complaint incorrectly and that it has been sent to the correct department.
It is now April 2024 and I keep inquiring about this issue and nothing has been done to resolve it.
I asked for CCTV footage or details into what happens, but I keep being ignored by Air Arabia. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Claimed loss: $150 Canadian - the amount of money in my wallet.
Desired outcome: An apology and return of stolen cash.

I too had lodge complain, I travelled on 16th November, from Jeddah to Lahore. They investigated regarding food not served during flight, but staff lied, replied food was served but this has not happened. Very strange and shameful act of non professionalism. I feel really bad having such service. The air Arabia
did not make further investigation and no compensation. I find it strange with very simple menu and food sale during flight. what a horrific experience. Never recommend , never fly again.
