We(my partner and i) experienced one fight cancellation, booking overnight TWICE due to cancellation or delay and the last leg of our trip from Toronto to LAX was delayed by one day after ticket reissuance, after the cancellation of Munich flight, and the Air Canada ticket rep did not tell us that the airline unilaterally booked us one day later, necessitating that second overnight stay.
nobody was apologetic.
nobody tried to fix the error
i am an Aeroplan member and i used by Chase Aeroplan card for the purchase of the business class seats in excess of $9000.
Please advise how Air Cananda is going to make good on this miserable return home.
