I recharged my prepaid connection through my online back account just to see that the balance got added and validity was not extended. When i called the customer care they lodged my complaint and told after three days that " you will not get validity if you recharge through online bank account".
My question is Why didn't they guys tell me this when i called you up at the first go? I see no where its mentioned that i shouldn't recharge my Cell using online banking!

I got an airtel prepaid connection this month. Its number is [protected] and sim number is [protected]-1133. The moment I purchased the sim, they started my connection and I was enjoying their facility. But 4 days before they stopped my incoming call and after very next day they stopped my outgoing facility too. I was asked to submit my documents again, as I was told that due to negative verification they have stopped my services. I submitted my documents again at their Sahara Mall Office in Gurgaon on 20th August 2008 at 1:30 p.m. with ticket number [protected]. But, still my calling is barred.
PAST THREE DAYS MY SIM CARD IS ALMOST DEAD. PL.RECTIFY THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.

I am using the prepaid services and on roaming now in a different state. Whenever i try to recharge from chennai it is not getting recharged.Pursuant to the complaint lodged with airtel customer care they only tell me the system is under upgrade. I am neithr able to recieve or make any calls. It is totally disgusting and airtell staff seems to have undergone training in maltreating customers!

For the past two month ( nov 2008 to Dec 2008) . I cannot able to contact customer care executive, about this i gave a complaint but still now there is no action on my complain. I hope within two day the problem will solved.
A deduction of Rs.630/- has been made from my outstanding balance on 25.2.2009 from my Airtel Prepaid Number [protected] on account of various Airtel Service like [protected], [protected], [protected] etc.whereas I has neither subscribed any of such service nor downloaded any of these contents. I simply tried to login Yahoo Messger WAP portal but failed time and again. The matter was brought to the notice of Customer Care at 121 as well as GPRS technical helpline but no satisfactory reply was given.
This is also brought to the notice that I am using this number from November, 2003 and I have never downloaded any of such contents ever. The matter may be looked into failing which I will be compelled to discontinue the said services due to the charges willfully imposed for the services not utilised by me.

I have lost my mobile so required the same number. so I went to the Airtel office which is situated in Grugaon in Sahara Mall on 16th March 2008 at 16:00, after submitting all the required documents I purchased a duplicate sim @ 75ruppes and was informed that my number would be activated in next 4 hrs so I filled the great feedback form for them But, still my calling are barred both incoming and outgoing, I called up many times to Airtel customer care helpline number ([protected]) but every times I got the nonsense replied saying that it will take another 4 hrs as it would be handled from the office where this sim was given. Also inform you that after dialing the helpline number calls were disconnected and got the sms from them to give the feedback. I just want to ask them what we should to write if our problem has not been resolved and just waiting for any a single response

I have been continuously making a call at customer care number but I use to get only fake promises that it will be deactivated and for my satisfaction they use to send any sms; for your reference please find the details as mention below:

IF customers got rejected for Airtel prepaid account, your agents are not willing to return the (id proof and other docs) proofs which the customer has given before. This might cause a serious problem in future by mis-using these proofs by the agents. This is for your information.
My self i am HariBabu, i have applied for a prepaid account on February 7th, 2009 and submitted the Residency proof of rental agreement and 2 passport photos. Same day number got activated and after 3 days de-activated saying that rental agreement is not valid.
After some days i have submitted another proof of voter id and 2 photos of my wife. Still my account doesn't got activated. They have given a reason that, since i have given the proofs one month later, this SIM card is not valid.
Okey, i am fine with that and i have requested my proofs to return to me. After many times visit, they are saying that If the connection got rejected, they dont return the proofs to any body. Please take some necessary action in this regard and do needful in this matter.
