Dear Team,
I would like to raise an issue and encountered situation regarding the pre-owned vehicle that I bought from Al Futtaim Automall in January 2019. Toyota Yaris 2015 model. Indeed, it was clearly mentioned that this vehicle had 0 accident. However, I have decided to sell the vehicle after 3 years and after completing the inspection to estimate the car value for resell, the price given was very low compared to the amount I paid to buy the vehicle, almost 45,000 AED car value, I did a loan for 5 years to buy this vehicle. The report came to me and I was completely surprised when I discovered that this vehicle had 5 accidents in 2015, 2016, 2017 and the full body of the car is repaired and repainted. It's very disappointing as I did a personal loan and this information was never given to me or else will not buy this vehicle in 2019. The car value is very low compared to the price I paid. Please refer attached to all documents and online accident report for your consideration.

Accident Report/Parts report
The accident report that came out for Um Ramool dealership in Dubai was not fully focused on as some parts that needed to be fixed were not listed in the report itself. When I took the car back to them, they made me wait 6 days for the insurance to reply and the end the insurance denied the report because 20 days have passed since I received my car. My complaint is about the lack of commitment the their jobs at the service/parts branch and they gave the insurance company an incomplete report.
Car sold to us faulty
We bought a Jaguar F pace from Dubai investment park showroom in Nov 21 there has been so many issues with the car since it has been sold which I believe al Futtaim have not checked correctly.
The car went in for service in April after we called 8 times to book in and still there is issues with the car and we cant dive it as its unsafe
they don't answer your call tell you they will call back and no one does they wont give you a complaints number or management
Desired outcome: I would like someone to contact me to show me all the details of have this car was checked before selling to us.

My name is Mathew John. I gave my Toyota Yaris for the repairing of gear shift assembly at your Sharjah service centre. I was given agreed for service contract and paid 50% charges and also agreed to pay the charges for replacing the gear shift assembly
Later the same day the person called and informed that parts are not available and i need to pay for inspection charges and the take car back with out repairing.
I paid even the 50% of the service contract and still you want the money for inspection of gear shift assembly.
As you are not able to repair the car and i need to take the car with out getting repaired, i cannot pay so claimed inspection charges

Honda Unicorn Bike
We bought a honda unicorn on 02-07-2022 under our company name. Mr Gebriel Gizaw is the salesperson. I never experienced a person like him, Very rude and disrespectful person. I am not getting a word to tell about him. I don't know why he is behaving like this. My only concern is I need to get our bike get registered.

Misleading information for car price / agreement
I called Toyota Call center sales dept. on 30-June-22 and inquire to buy a new car Corolla Cross Hybrid 2022 model, the price informed me 102900 full option, also confirmed that there will not be any extra charges and for booking I need to Pay AED 2000. The same day (30-June-22), I visited the Toyota Abu Dhabi-Musaffah Branch around 7:30 Pm where, I met with Mr. Anas, he said he is busy, cannot entertain me today, neither any other person from sales was available. As I informed Mr. Anas that I want to book Corolla Cross so he asked me to send him docs and further he will proceed tomorrow which I send the same time.
On 1st July 2022, I send whatsapp msg to Mr. Anas at 4:12 to remind him, after an hour he send a voice msg that the link is sent to me to pay AED2000 for booking that immediately I paid and informed to Mr. Anas, after which he send me msg that right now, we are selling 2023 model, no more 2022 and he send me specification 2023 as attached showing new price 106900 and asked me to consider AED 3000 more for shipping and color and received a purchase agreement (attached) which is showing 110900.
I want to make complain for the following:
1. The price mentioned on the Toyota site is not the same which mentioned in the agreement?
2. Why, after making payment, such hidden charges shared with me? neither from the online sales team and neither from the sales representative?
3. The price in the specs for 2023 mentioned 106900 inclusive of VAT, so why added VAT again on the agreement which makes to 110900.
4. I chose black color why extra charges AED2857?
5. why addition delivery charges of AED 952 on me since I am purchasing locally.
Kindly, resolve my case to the priority.

Gecko in shopping trolly
Greetings,
I visited carrefour Mirdif City centre on 11th June 2022. @ 6.45PM and while I was requesting some items from cheese section . I found a gecko in the shopping trolly. I asked one of the stuff to bring supervisor who came and just took the trolly to outside without apologising. While I went to bring another trolly by myself, my wife noticed that the staff in cheese section are laughing and mocking instead of feeling sorry to find such thise thing inside carrefour.
We felt bad and unrespected due to the reaction of the stuff and the supervisor. On the other hand, having doubt for safety and cleanliness of items if such these things are found in trolly.

I bought recently a brand new toyota corolla cross from your sales man in al Badia branch, when I received it, at the same exact moment when I drove the car realized that there were a tore part in the leather inside the car at the front and immediately messaged the sales person and got a promise that he will sort it out, but sadly was been ignored for days and weeks while I kept messaging and calling afterward he responded saying to call shiraz when he didnt even bothered offering the number of shiraz then I called to the costumer service for incidents as well they promised to get back to me and give me a call and I have been waiting and its been a week and more when nobody even bothered to give me a call or resolve the issue which made me hopeless and really regret buying a car from al futtaim even thought its a professional industry and ill be safe with them, so am hoping this to be resolved after wasting my time and waiting for long even tho I accepted to receive a brand new car with an issue like that, please make sure to look into after sales since I have a 3 years warranty with the company and its been only 20 days since I got the car, what a bad service
Sound from the car.
Dear Alfuttaim,
I'm Afsal abdulgafoor. I bought a second hand corolla SE+ 2 from alfuttaim auto mall on 10th of May2022. Since the after the delivery there is a sound from the front side of the car and the same has been reported to the sale person on the next day. He said the car has been idle for quiet some time so the sound will go off after few kilometres. I have already driven 2k kilometres the sound is still exists. In between I have communicated via mail and called him many times .Moreover I have communicated to the service centre. None of them call me to solve my issue so far. Kindly help me to solve this issue. I still have the trust in Alfuttaim cars. I strongly believe that the sound is from the suspension side as the sound comes when breaking and when crossing humps. Kindly do the needful.

Charging for service
Last two month before I buy Toyota rush 2019 model and deal with sales parson Mr. Wasi he said you have two service Free.
And now I visit Al futtaim for service my car they decline and we don't have any deal with them
Car service
I had given my car Land Cruiser 2022 for service for 2nd 10000km and when i got my car back it was super dirty. Instead of cleaning it was more dirty. And when I asked service centre they said they wash the car, so why my car wasn’t washed?
I had to get car washed it was that dirty.
Very disappointed with the service.
The service centre was Al Badiyaa and I had even taken appointment. And I had received a call from company that car is serviced but no one said we have made it more dirty. Today i called to complain and was said that i will receive a call back but still waiting.
Al badiya care service
Today 20may I drop my care for service ,but really no rules get your service any one can take your place Mr Kapeer who’s should mange my care and call me when he get report to explain the time I can get care back also the cost,he never did even I tried to call him several time he not pickup my call now 5 pm going to close and he didn’t call me to explain my care situation , I can understand if same one busy but in this case he should git 2 minutes to call back , o don’t know about other branch but I can’t advice any one to deal with Al badiya service Branch I hop in futures I dint advice to deal with Toyota also ,waiting for Mangmet support please

I purchased a cord eco sport from the Al Futtaim festival city showroom on 18th March from sales assistant Karim Ali.
Upon receiving the car, several issues were noticed I informed them immediately about the issues - crackling noise, break lights not working, shaking screen. I was promised a call from the workshop… weeks pass despite several calls and being told I would receive an urgent call back - no one calls back.
It’s now almost a month and no one at all call back. Really disappointed I thought, I bought a car from a trustworthy company, but Al Futtaim is completely disappointing but their customer care is appalling - save your money and buy elsewhere !

Urgent Service booking is not possible
I bought a Mazda 6 from Al Futtaim DIP office. Service time was the end of March.
I am trying to schedule an urgent service for my car, but it is not possible.
My car needs to be checked and fixed soon.
I called the call centre several times and even talked to a supervisor. He promised me to follow the subject . Nothing happened. I visit DIP showroom and ask them to help. Everyone tells me someone calls me for a booking, but no one is calling me back. It is really disastrous. If I go some other service my car quarantee will be end. I thought, I bought a car from a trustworthy company, but Al Futtaim is completely disappointing

please allow me to express my deep disappointment and frustration due to the non transparency , miss lead and absolute violation to the basic customer service principles.
issue:
on April 2021 i do purchase Toyota Prado from Abu Dhabi Auto mall showroom and all inspections ,traffic procedures was done by your team .unfortunately the car has so many issues with the tyers ,AC and more and that was reported to your team back and they advise me to go to Fast fit center which is belongs to al Futtaim as well (please check fast fit record for your reference).
I do assume that i have chosen well known company , trusted and they will for sure take care of their valuable customers , unfortunately I came to know that the tyers is very old since 2017 and it is cracked and that put me and my family in a safety hazard for almost a year , that is really shocking!
that is simply shows non transparency ,careless to the customers family life's.
on April 5th ,2022 the car was failed to pass the inspection for renewal and i was told that the tyers is very old (2017) , i do communicated to the call center and filed a complain and keep on following up on daily basis with no response and they send me an email on April 8th that the case is resolved and closed, that is shocking as no one from your team has communicated to me .
I do file another case and till date there is no response and i do receive 1 call only requesting for the inspection report and it was submitted and there was no response despite of the several calls to the team member with no response to calls (can provide evidence).
in fact that should not be my reward for my trust in your respective company and your team being part of big organization and I'm sure Al Futtaim group will never accept such miss lead ,behavior from the team to their customers .
looking forward for your positive feedback to sort out this issue and replace the tyers and compensate me & my family for the safety hazard i was in due to the miss lead and non transparency from your team.

I have been faced by unprofessional behavior from Zeeshan in the client service centre at the Imm Rammoul Service Centre.
I have delivered a call 48 hours ago, and he called to confirm that it will take another 24 hour to be checked, because "he was on leave" and "he didnt recieve the car earlier".
I am filing a complain to Dubai Consumer right for holding my car for a small service way longer than it should.

HI,
This is Manoj, owning a Corolla SE+ 2015 model and the mileage of the car is 92000 kms till date. I gave my car for regular service to AlFuttaim Mussafah Branch, Abudhabi on 19th Oct 2021 and 28th Mar 2022 respectively.
Attached are the reports for your information where on 19th Oct 2021 as per the service center recommendation i have agreed to do the machining of the Brake discs to remove corrosion though it is expensive.
Again when I gave the complaint on the next service that is 28th Mar 2022 to check the response of the Brake, again service center people informed me either to do the machining again on the disc or change the discs completely.
What I didn't understand is why the discs are corroded in UAE climatic conditions where there is no rain and moisture during this period.
Am totally not happy with the way suggestions are given to perform machining / change the Discs, If changing the Discs are mandatory it should communicate to me in the 1st place during 19th OCt 2021 service.
Now I have to pay twice the same amount of cost which is worrying me about your services.
i just need clarification on this regard

Today 07.08.2022 I went for my YARIS renewal,after getting pass in RTA system showing Your vehicle is under defective list and contact Al Futtaim.
The same things happened in 2020 also,and after getting written letter from me,your staffs removed this block and I spent for 2 weeks.
