Used this company for a state to state relocation move. Spoke to Jason who appeared nice. Upon my decision to use them, Jason was on point with contacting me for payment and services. The actual movers came from East West Movers LLC which Allegiance used for the move. Mohammed from East West was adamant about receiving 50% payment preferably in cash before the movers could take anything (boxes, furniture, etc). Provided payment. Movers placed items in truck (I assumed because I lived in an apartment building). When I received my items days later, my computer desk and hutch were missing, boxes were wet - see photo, bedroom dresser damaged and deeply scratched on one side (wood fragments can be seen in 2 spots on same side (as if the dresser was dropped on that side) - see photos, wheels that were on the bed frame were missing. etc. Every time I called Jason, now he transfers me to customer service. Customer service stated that based on my complaints they will look into not using East West Movers again.? OK, I initially thought Allegiance would have provided services? Obviously not (Paying Allegiance and East West separately). DO NOT USE ALLEGIANCE NOR EAST WEST MOVERS!

Moving with Allegiance Moving and Storage
Do not use Allegiance Moving and Storage and do not confuse them with Allegiance Van Lines as I did. They send horrible carriers to handle your move after you pay them a large sum. Their customer service reps and Quality Reps are distrustful and not nice people. They are done with your move once you pay them. They do not help you with anything. Once you pay them a deposit and more money before your move you cannot change the carrier they want to send to your home to move your personal belongings. Do not use them
Claimed loss: I filed a claim with their insurance company and the insurance company sent the claim back to the carrier which has not made good on the settlement.
Desired outcome: payout for the merely 0.60 Cents per lb. on all my damaged goods.

Canceled services and requested a refund
HORRIBLE Customer Service. I’m still waiting for a refund that they “say” is pending. I canceled my contract the day after I signed it and I was well within three business days. That was 8 days ago. Asking for a refund shouldn’t have been that difficult but here we are.
I’ve been assured that they have issued the refund, but as of today, it has not posted into my account. When I mentioned this to the customer service representative, I received a rude, steaming, threatening and quite honestly, an immature response. Unbelievable. He basically called me stupid and told me there was something wrong with my credit card. I just had to laugh! Telling me that this is not their “first rodeo”. Trying to intimidate me. Again, ridiculous and all I can do is laugh. Save yourself the aggravation and time and DO NOT GET ENTANGLED WITH THIS COMPANY. They are NOT a moving company, they are brokers.
Desired outcome: Refund for initial deposit
Moving broker
I knew Allegiance was a broker but decided to go with them anyway after calling around a little and getting a $13,000 or so bid for my move from Allegiance versus $19,000 or so from other moving companies. I saw the bad reviews, but also saw “new management” and thought that with the price difference I would give them a chance. This turned out to be one of the worst mistakes I have made.
I walked room by room with the Allegiance rep to get the bid. Listed everything I had in as much detail as possible. This was 3 months before the move. I knew that $13K was probably a little low, and that I needed to get another walkthrough before moving day because most people purge stuff to bring the price down. About three weeks before the move, I started to call Allegience to get another in-person walk through. (The fact that they didn’t reach out to me should have been a red flag.) I was either ignored or ghosted until 5 days before the move, when a rep finally called back and said he could do a video call. His estimate now was $19,000, which I got down to $18,500 by getting rid of some things that I really didn’t want to, because now I had no time to find anyone else and so no choice.
Moving day came and the movers showed up with far too little labor because Allegiance had not communicated with them properly either, and the movers informed me that the real price was going to be $29,400. The head of the moving team helped me get it down to $24,800 by getting rid of a lot more things, but again, what else could I do? Borrow the money and keep going. Moving day was delayed by one day so that the team could get more people, which ended up costing me more money.
The worst part is that there was no point to me even using Allegiance at all. They only provided everyone they dealt with either false, misleading information or no information at all, and offered zero support and follow-up to make sure that the movers actually did what was on the contract. (Like putting together the furniture on the other side which did not happen.) Why didn’t I just deal with the moving companies directly?
Check the reviews, check the Better Business Bureau, and believe them, even if they say new management and offer amazing prices. You won’t actually get them and you will pay people for a service that is worse than nothing at all. Never again will I use any broker, and Allegiance is a complete scam.
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed the difference between my quote from Allegiance and what I actually had to pay.

Bad service
After paying them a down payment the first time, then I needed to contact them again, you cannot get ahold of anyone they wait it out till moving time then they finally call you back. And they need more money I did send it to them within 24 hrs I called back to talk to someone, since I couldn't get ahold of a person I left a message to cancel everything and send all money back. Behold someone called and informed me I only had 10 days from original date to cancel to get it all back, even though they set a new price and paperwork. What's even better when the movers made it they added another $5000 to the bill.
The moving company they hire lost some of my items, damage my furniture and did what he wanted when unloading not one box labeled made it into the designated room.
You can explain to the moving guy what you wanted, since he doesn't understand english or pretends he doesn't, he did exactly what he wanted. This company is not doing anything but getting paid from customers who thought there items would be taken care of.
Desired outcome: Close them down
Moving and storage services
High recommendation is to stay away from this company. First, they are not a moving company. They contract out all moves and storage to other vendors, those vendors can then contract out your move again meaning you never really know who or where your belongings are. Secondly, never go off of the estimated price -- as you see from other reviews, and I can confirm from my experience -- my total doubled just at the point of loading my belongings. It will go up again because I had to use storage though I cannot get a straight answer on what the new total is. The communication from Allegiance is horrible. I could never reach the person who was supposed to verify my inventory prior to pick up. Items I listed in the original quote were not on the movers quote and they increased the price because of that. Since, I have called repeatedly and am always told I will receive a call back that never comes. I have been trying to get my belongings delivered from storage for over a month and cannot even get an answer as to a date range that it will be delivered.
We went with this because we were led to believe it would be cheaper and more convenient than getting a UHaul and hiring movers and possibly a driver -- no chance. This ended up being way more expensive and I'm not even finished paying yet. Save yourself time and trouble (and worry about where your belongings are) and do the move yourself or hire actual people and a truck that will stay in communication with you.
This company does not disclose that they contract out work, the number of times your move can be contracted out, how that can affect price and certainly does not communicate or follow up. I was actually told by a supervisor to stop contacting her!
Terrible experience, entirely misleading.
Desired outcome: All I want is my belongings delivered to me! If we could do that without any more excuses about driver shortages and dropping off that would be an added bonus.
Final update: I found out that my move/belongings were contracted out a third time and ended up with Safeway of all places. Never heard from Safeway after trying to reach them multiple times. Finally got a text last Friday that they wanted to drop off my belongings the following Monday. I was fine with that. They arrived within the time window and brought three people to help things move faster which I appreciated. Many of my boxes were crushed and items were delivered to me that didn't belong to me and were never part of my move. The person wanted us to keep these items stating that it had our moving sticker on it so we should keep it! OMG! These are things that may be treasured by someone else. Needless to say, I insisted that they be taken back, and I will be going through my own things thoroughly to ensure that nothing is missing. Just goes to show what can (and judging by the other reviews; usually does happen) when you deal with a broker like Allegiance who ultimately does not accept any responsibility for your move once you give them that deposit and sign their paperwork.
Want to add, that if you become a disgruntled customer, your immediately pointed to the "legal" documents you signed and are cast over to the company that they contracted your move to. They tell you in the initial conversations (to gain your business) that they use "carriers" but, they don't explain how that works logistically and those carriers can further contract out your move. Its unethical and they pass the buck the minute a customer becomes upset. They tell you to deal with them to call their number, to receive updates there but, the minute you are upset you are cast off and told to stop contacting them (Allegiance.) Completely, just bad business.
I spoke with my carrier this morning as a result of being given the legal "you agreed to go after the carrier" from an Allegiance Supervisor Needless to say, no one else that I've spoken with has good things to say about dealing with Allegiance either.
But I don't need to say anything further -- you can tell simply by the number of complaints (all basically saying the same thing) that this is not a company you can expect to have a good experience with. I wish I had done more research and found this page prior to signing up for this horrible ride. Do yourself a favor and learn from us -- Stay away, stay away, stay away.
A move from NY to TX
I have been offered a measly 13.80 for the trouble your company caused us. I'm disgusted. To top it off, I discovered after the fact that my antique lamp was intentionally disfigured. That cost me 200.00. Your company is gross.
When we used Bekins to move from AZ to NY, they sent a professional to our home who knew how to make an accurate estimate. The movers showed up in an 18-wheeler, and they inventoried every item loaded on the truck. They showed up in NY and spent the entire day at our home unloading and helping to set up all the furniture. The cost of the move didn't change. 7k for professional movers to haul from one side of the country to the other.
Why I didn't go back to them, I can't explain, but I truly regret it. For some reason, I started over and found Allegiance Moving and Storage. After all, all I had to do was go online and google top rated movers. They showed up every time.
The main problem is that they don't send anyone to your home. The reliability factor is the person who isn't a mover, lives in all the "stuff," (aka, the owner) and then has to translate it to someone who can't see what you're talking about. He then types it all into a computer to do calculations. My initial cost over the phone, after I translated our belongings, was 5k. After a lot of packing, our second consultation went up to 9k. (This was one week ahead of the move, so I couldn't cancel.) After the movers showed up 26 hours late, it went up to 11k.
I have crushed boxes that have the word, 'fragile' clearly written on them. I had to throw two broken items that originally belonged to my grandmother. They were also in a box marked fragile. (Isn't the word, "fragile" an indication you don't want things stacked on it?) My grandmother's antique chair that is decades old, is MIA, as is our two wheeler. The chair was one of three items the movers tried to leave in my garage in NY. We had to call them back to pick them up. The other two items are here. The chair that goes with my Grandmother's bedroom set didn't. It probably looks like junk to these folks because it's broken. I had planned to get it restored while we were here. I have an email to the company letting them know I want it here, but as is the pattern of treatment we have been experiencing, there is still no answer.
The worst part of the entire experience wasn't the late movers. It was the lack of communication from the company. The ONLY time we heard from them was when a dollar bill was involved. Michael, the representative providing quotes and taking my money, disappeared into thin air after taking my second payment. This also happened to the second quote he provided to me. Customer Service had no interest in letting us know why we had no movers at the allotted time. They had no interest in keeping us in the loop when they had information they could have shared. They told us 6 AM and then didn't bother to call when they knew better. I guarantee we have 20-30 unanswered messages from the day of the proposed move. We learned the hard way that the 24/7 notice on the website means they have an answering service taking messages that don't get returned.
We had to do a final walkthrough with our buyers around all of our boxes. The closing for the sale of the house was at 1:00. The movers showed up hours afterward, keeping us in a house we didn’t own until 10:00 that night. We had to pay a hotel fee of 300.00 for the out of state folks who thought they were moving into their new home that day. We also had hotel fees for ourselves. We have 5k in escrow money that was held back because of our movers that still hasn't been returned.
May 26th was a very long and scary day. I honestly thought we’d been scammed out of a lot of money and spent a good deal of time trying to create a backup plan to move our home from NY to TX by ourselves.
I am grateful the majority of our things made it and are whole. I'm also grateful it was so fast. The movers on both ends of the country were very hard and efficient workers. The movers in NY killed it with the furniture and the way they wrapped it all up to keep it from being damaged, although, I fear they didn’t mark those three items before putting them in the truck, which is why my Grandmother’s antique, irreplaceable chair is missing.
Desired outcome: 5000.00
Communication is terrible
Do not use this company!

DO NOT USE ALLEGIANCE MOVING AND STORAGE. They are brokers, not movers. They contract the movers, who then move your stuff from truck to truck (without telling you this is going to happen) as it progresses through the country. Bekins used the same truck/driver on both sides. I would recommend Bekins in a heartbeat. They are your ticket to a more organized and less stressful experience. I regret it that I didn't call them.
I have paid my bill because that's what someone with integrity does. I currently wait to hear back from them with news regarding the chair and the two-wheeler.
Desired outcome: Compensation for the late movers, my chair and a replacement of my two-wheeler.
Moving
DO NOT USE THEM EVER FOR ANYTHING! THEY HAVE MADE THIS EXPERIENCE A NIGHTMARE.
literally the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. It took them 3 days to move us out of a 2-bedroom apartment not because it took that long but because they barely worked, did not wrap anything, did not dissemble the furniture even though that was part of the contract. We got a partial delivery of about 10% of our items, almost every piece of furniture was damaged because it was not properly wrapped. We still have not gotten most of our belongings and it has been over 2 months. Every time I call and complain and try to get answers at best, they say not their problem at the worst they yell at me and hang up. Now they tell us they don't know if we will ever get our stuff and it is completely up to us to take legal actions. This move cost $13,000 and it was been absolutely horrific.
BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING WITH ALLEGIANCE PLEASE MESSAGE ME, IF I CAN SAVE ONE PERSON FROM THIS NIGHTMARE IT WILL BE WORTH IT.
Desired outcome: We get our stuff, and get properly compensated
Moving services
My recommendation is to stay completely away from Allegiance Moving and their moving contractor IMovers! They both deserve negative stars.
The Agent from Allegiance who booked our FeqCalifornia to New York state became unresponsive as soon as we paid our initial deposit, which was required to be paid immediately with a money transfer. He first gave us a reasonable quote for moving and gave many assurances as to the quality and care of work provided. He did not tell me that Allegiance did not have trucks and would not be doing the actual moving. That they were only a Broker who would put our job out for bid to unknown and apparently unqualified movers. I also understand there were standard pamphlets or informational sheets they were required to provide us regarding Interstate Moves, which they did not do.
At his request, I had provided an itemized list of our belongings and discussed our inventory with him by phone, but he put us off when I asked for a physical inspection to ensure an accurate inventory and estimate. I discovered after the deposit that he, in fact, did not provide an accurate list of our belongings, despite having the list. We attempted to correct it several times. The agent ignored my requests for correction, for information, and for confirmation their movers would show up for the dates we needed, etc. He would not respond to phone calls or emails.
I finally called and asked for his Supervisor, but I was sent over to "Customer Service" instead. This was three business days before our move. The end result of my call with a terse and abrupt customer service agent was that Allegiance bumped our cost up several thousand dollars and required that we pay it immediately by another money transfer. I still didn't know when the movers were going to show up.
The day before our planned moving date, I received a short phone call from a woman with Allegiance informing me that IMovers would arrive the next day, would call us when they were an hour away, and that we needed to have our second payment ready in US Postal money orders. I tried to ask questions, but she cut me off and hung up. When the movers (IMovers) came, they didn't bring the expected big Semi moving truck as I've had with movers in the past. They brought a rented UHaul and told us we could only take what could fit in the truck. That was when I found out they were a separate company independent of Allegiance. Plus, IMovers raised the cost AGAIN, by several more thousand dollars. I called Customer Service at Allegiance for help and they told me these movers had the right to do that and they could do nothing to help us. So much for a "Binding" Estimate contract with them.
We were stuck, which they knew, because we HAD to be out of our place by the next day and had neither the time nor the money to pay a second moving company. We had to leave behind our refrigerator, washer, dryer, a bed, a computer desk and chair, small kitchen appliances, lawnmower, yard tools, hand tools, BBQ grill, a large urn from The Philippines, and other belongings. No chance to sell them or even give them away, just had to leave it all and take the loss. I was in tears. If we'd wanted to get rid of our stuff and limit ourselves to the size of a truck rental, we would have rented the UHaul and moved everything ourselves, and saved $16,000! That's right, our initial Binding Estimate for $8500 actually ended up costing double...$16,000!
When we got to New York and called to confirm our household goods would be delivered, we were told that in order to get our things, we had to have the final payment ready to give the movers in cash when they arrived. Again, we had no choice if we wanted our belongings back. To add insult to injury, when our stuff arrived at our new home, the movers from IMovers had ruined my $1500+ queen bed mattress and box spring, broke several pieces of SOLID hardwood furniture, ruined wood antique pieces, and did more damage than we can list here. They also did not take the boxes to their marked rooms, but put them in one room, completely filling it, and many of the boxes were literally just thrown in. A huge mess. They did not put all our furniture back together, and some of our items are completely missing. We have pictures of the destruction they left behind. I have not been able to download them to my computer yet, but can add them later if that's possible.
IMovers also didn't put any floor protection down and tracked mud, snow, and salt across all our freshly cleaned carpets, nor did they wear facial masks. I am immuno-compromised and had to dig out some of our masks to have them wear. Only one did. Then they actually asked us to give them a tip. In my opinion, Allegiance and the movers they use (IMovers) are a complete scam and rip-off. I have moved many times for my previous job and I've never experienced such awful treatment of myself and my belongings.
I'm disabled, have several chronic illnesses, live in a lot of pain and on a fixed income. I definitely feel that I was taken advantage of and my situation was used against me to make them all some extra money. From my perspective and experience, if folks value their belongings and their savings, do not use Allegiance Moving or IMovers.
Desired outcome: I'd like a written apology, a refund of the extra charges added to my original Binding Estimate of $8561.59, to see them held officially accountable by the relevant government agencies for their unfair, fraudulent actions.
Household movers
Here is how the con worked in my case. My house was packed and in a storage unit. They indicated that the price is based on the square footage. Since my stuff was in storage, this is an easy calculation. We calculated my price based on my storage space being 100% full when in fact it was less than 75% full. I paid a large deposit and scheduled. They waited until days before the pick-up and called me to request an inventory of the storage space. No problem. I start to list the items in the space. While I was still listing items they interrupted me and said it would be almost $2000.00 more than the contracted amount. Clearly they intended to do this regardless of the items on my list. They demanded a new contract, additional deposit and further demanded that all remaining payments be in CASH! They said I could use a Post Office money order which is the same as cash. They had me by the short hairs and they knew it. I had already moved out of state and was living in a hotel. They had almost $3000.00 of my money that I had no delusions of getting back. Under duress I capitulated to their extortion plot and paid the thugs.
Before they quit taking my calls, I caught them in several lies. I once politely pointed out one of their statements that their coworker exposed as a lie and asked that they please be straight with me moving forward. They responded by shouting me down. I did my best to deescalate the situation and was super polite and friendly as they had the upper hand.
Once they had all my worldly possessions, all bets were off. They maintained a hostile posture and refused to take my calls, return my emails, or provide me any information, like, when my stuff would arrive. I couldn't have been nicer. (I had no choice) I just wanted to know how long to reserve my hotel. Too bad for me. They would leave me on hold for 45 minutes at a time then hang up. They quit answering emails.
I was given 24 hours' notice by the carrier that they were coming. The truck finally showed up 3 weeks later missing my expensive portable generator and damage to my furniture. I'm sure they generator was no accident. People love to steal those portable generators. I filed a claim but without additional insurance I get .60 per pound.
In closing, these motherless thugs are not to be trusted with your move. Run, do not walk away from these guys. They will quote you an enticing price but in the end you will pay at minimum market rate and suffer their service. There are no mistakes. They are calculating and know exactly what they are doing.
Desired outcome: Criminal Charges
Unethical behavior
Paid to get my shipment here within 5-14 business days. It's been 6 weeks and its being delayed another day while adding on a $400 fee to get a van to get into the apartment complex. I already informed them that it was an apartment complex and they said that if they would have known at the time of pickup they would have picked up in a van. They did pick up in a van.

ALLEGIANCE MOVERS a review
The first thing you need to know about ALLEGIANCE MOVERS, which of course they make sure they never tell you, is that they are not actually a moving company; they are brokers, who hires moving companies for the various trips across the United States. Frequently these companies or drivers are not available and the truck holding your belongings sits in a parking lot or warehouse in various locations waiting for drivers to become available. This fact CONSIDERABLY lengthens the amount of time that it will take for your furniture to reach you, even though their standard statement when they are hired is "it will be anywhere from 8 to 10 days to receive your furniture - tops" This statement is but one of many intentional willful deliberate knowing lies this company will tell you.
The second thing you need to know about ALLEGIANCE MOVERS is that they are among the most expensive, if not THE most expensive, moving company in the United States. It does not matter if you proceed as I did, with a tape measure moving room to room listing precisely each item to be moved and it's precise dimensions. The estimator you will speak to is merely jotting down information and coming up with a rough approximation of where in the truck they will put their maximum designation of the location of your goods. That never matters, by the way since as soon as your goods are loaded onto the truck, they are clear to point out in the contract in very tiny print, that the price you will pay could be several times more greater than the amount originally specified. It was virtually double.
The third thing you need to know about ALLEGIANCE MOVERS, is that when you personally have moved a short distance or perhaps even cross country as I did, and you are attempting to understand the status of your goods, there is virtually absolutely totally thoroughly overwhelmingly incontrovertibly no way to reach them. No matter what number you are given for ALLEGIANCE MOVERS it all leads to a woman or woman, likely somewhere in a dark bedroom in Florida, who are obviously somehow peripherally connected to the owner or owners of the company. They attempt to fend off your questions with standard statements, for example "I will check on that tomorrow and find out for you what the situation is" or perhaps I am not a mover so I can't answer that specifically" or perhaps even offering a personal assessment of the solution which is usually similar to logic from a standup comic " well even though they told you 10 days it is going to be4 to 6 weeks because they're moving your goods 2900 miles and there are legal limits as to how far they can drive and how long they can work. A person of simple intelligence can calculate that driving 2900 miles over 30 days is 96 miles a day, at 60 miles an hour is about 1-½ hours per day of work. My personal theory is that legally, they are likely allowed to work more than 1-½ hours a day. My favorite when inquiring about one of many delays in receipt of my furniture "oh, the truck broke down." Just more intentional willful deliberate knowing lies from ALLEGIANCE MOVERS.
The fourth thing you need to know about ALLEGIANCE MOVERS is that If you are at all concerned about your move because perhaps you've sold your place and someone else is moving in, Is that they will change the pick up of your furniture date several times before they get there. The date my furniture was picked up was changed four times in the final week it was due to be picked up; and it was picked up on the final day possible by three young men, who seem to do a reasonable wrapping job of the valuable pieces of the furniture; but moved lackadaisically among other things. I had almost $3300 in cash in a bank envelope stashed in a briefcase in a back bedroom, the last place to be packed, and was, at the insistent request, asked to check out the truck being loaded. I found a few hours later that one of the three young men head filtered through every pocket in my briefcase and relieved me of the envelope of cash.
As for delivering my furniture to North Carolina from Oregon, it is now 29 days since my furniture was initially loaded onto a truck in Lake Oswego, Oregon to be driven - I assumed - to Fuquay-Varina North Carolina - and I have yet to receive any furniture, only many varied reasons why I do not have my furniture. I was told yesterday, that - contrary to the many imaginative lies told me regarding the location of my furniture across the country by the deceitful ladies of ALLEGIANCE - that my furniture was "just loaded onto a truck from a warehouse in Oregon, and they guarantee I would have it in 4-5 working business days. I should read my contract which states that they have 30 buisiness days to deliver my furniture." I do not believe this lie either from the several ladies in the ALLEGIANCE office. I am uncertain who I should notify when my furniture does not show up as the deceitful ladies of ALLEGIANCE MOVERS have promised.
All I am now certain about: EVERYTHING MY WIFE AND I HAVE ACCUMULATED IN OUR 80 YEAR LIVES HAS BEEN STOLEN BY ALLEGIANCE MOVING AND STORAGE COMPANY.
The final thing you need to know about ALLEGIANCE MOVERS is that without exception; every person I spoke with or dealt with from that company was a liar, a fraud and/or a thief. I sincerely hope that you will do yourself a great favor in considering any short move or any cross- country move, such as mine; and, AVOID ALLEGIANCE MOVING AND STORAGE COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Scam
Spoke to John Capella for over an hour. We went room by room giving scam artist John Capella the entire inventory to get an accurate moving estimate. They claim to be a partner with Wounded Warriors which is another lie. Had to constantly call Allegiance to be assured they had a crew of packers showing up on our upcoming move. On the day of our move the...

If I could give them a minus zero I would. I hired Allegiance Moving and Storage LLC. to move me from NC to RI. I had two and a half room of furniture. I thought I was hiring a professional moving company only to find out that they are a broker who told me an Allegiance truck would be at my house to pick up my furniture, but that was all a lie. Two guy...

I contracted with Allegiance on April 21st, 2021 for a move from northern Wisconsin to Florida on June 3rd or 4th. All was agreed by both parties. As the date was getting closer, I was not hearing anything from my rep Sean or anyone else. I finally was able to connect with Sean the Friday prior to my move and he confirmed that the move would take place on June 2nd.
Again, not hearing anything the morning of June 2nd, I made numerous calls and finally reached a customer service rep about noon that day. Keep in mind, closing on my Wisconsin home was set for June 4th. The service rep proceeded to tell me that the movers had a truck malfunction and would not be arriving that day or the next. She then requested that I need to be flexible in my dates, possibly into the next week. I told her I needed to be out of the house no later than the 3rd, but she stayed with her statement of "you need to be flexible". I then asked for her supervisor and she said no one was available. I then asked to speak with the owner, and she said he wasn't available. This went on for about 5 minutes and all she kept saying was "I'm sorry, nothing we can do, you need to be flexible".
Finally, she connected me with a supposed supervisor by the name of Michael. He reiterated the exact same statement, giving me no alternatives. I told him I wasn't a moving company and that I contracted with them weeks prior, that he needs to locate a nother company to get me out of my home. His response was that I live near Canada. Don't you think before they approved my move date, they would have recognized that I'm pretty far north? Bottom line, he stated I need to either fine another company or be flexible and offered my deposit back. Who can find another company the day of moving? At no time in this conversation did I ever use foul language, but was extremely agitated. I asked for the owner which he also said, not available. He then proceeded to hang up on me.
Being faced with a huge dilemma, I contracted with U-Haul and myself and my brother spent the next 8 hours loading the furniture. Bottom line, I exited the home on-time, met the closing deadline and drove my belongs to Florida. My brother drove my vehicle while I drove the 26 foot truck. It cost me about $4, 000 for the U-Haul and $545 for my brothers motels, fuel and meals.
This organization is listed in the top 10 among movers. Not in my eyes. Word of mouth spreads and I have told everyone I know about Allegiance and their lack of customer service, professionalism and honoring a contract.
To top it all off, the following Monday, I received a call from a customer service rep asking if again, I could be flexible with my move date. I said no, that I have moved and want my deposit back. I did receive my full deposit, but DO NOT recommend Allegiance as a reputable moving company.
If the owner or a supervisor, who has customer service training, actually reads this, it would be appreciated to have my brother expense of driving down ($545) refunded to me.

Furniture not delivered as per contract, calls not returned
Allegiance referred me to United Pro Moving for my June 14th move from Rochester NY to Charlotte NC. As they were loading, Pro Moving told me it could take up to a month for my furniture to arrive. I was given the option of purchasing expedited service for $1, 000 which would guarantee delivery by Monday June 21st. I took this option. On Monday June 21st I started calling both Allegiance and Pro Moving to find out status of my move. Neither company has returned my multiple messages, and today June 23rd I have no idea where my stuff is.
Desired outcome: Deliver my belongings and refund the $1,000 "expedition" charge.
Pack and move
Do not hire these scammers! They are brokers and have nothing to to with the actual packing and move. $3000 depost for a quoted $8000 move. The crew they sent was a man with two small children pulling a horse trialer. He video's my home, calls someone after sending the video. A woman calls me to ask how I am going to pay. Then proceeds to tell me my move...

Allegiance Moving and Storage was a bad move for us from the beginning. We needed to schedule a mover fairly quickly. We hadn't had much experience with movers in the past, but needed to move to another state. We contracted with them to move our heavy items. We listed the items that we needed to be moved and the guy gave us a sq. footage quote based on...

In mid-October, I contacted Matt Thompson of Allegiance Moving and Storage in Florida. Matt was very solicitious and he gave me his personal cell phone number, telling me to contact him directly if I ever needed anything. We spent two and one half hours inventorying all my furniture and belongings. He quoted a moving price of $8, 555.00 and told me I would...
Read full review of Allegiance Moving and StorageNo communication from this company
Other than booking our original move, we have received zero communication from Allegiance. We made several calls to the company regarding an estimated time of delivery of our belongings. If we didn't get an answering machine we ridiculed for asking when we could expect our delivery, being told "it wasn't like delivering pizza." We called often to see when we would be getting our belongings and were told on several occasions that it would be "5-10 days." Each week went by and we never received a call letting us know we weren't getting our belongings within that period. I finally called and September 8 and asked for a manager. The person who answered the phone said she was the manager. She then told me that we would get our belongings 5-7 more days. I was then told that I should call the moving company myself if I had an issues, that she was just told by the moving company and that is all that is Allegiance's involvement. (We had also been in contact with US Movers who supposedly had our delivery. Today, September 21 we received a call from Vision Moving and Storage stating they would be over in an hour. We were never notified that they were coming and therefore were unprepared for this deliver as we have a large aggressive dog. We made arrangements with this company ourselves. Not once did Allegiance contact us during this entire time.
