Dear Brian,
I, George G. Thompson, an employee for the past 5 years. Without any complaints against me during this time. I have a complaint against Kelly McFarland. At the time of the incident it was reported verbally to my supervisor. At the time I believe that was enough to bring the incident to a close, but it apparently was NOT.
When nothing happened and I never heard anything but a text NOT to talk to McFarland from Brian Yager. I did complain to the Security Person Liberty Lavinski which was not proper.
On March 16th I was called into the Allied office thinking that the management was going to interview me about the verbal complaint I had made to Brian Yager. When there I was told that McFarland had made a written complaint of Harassment on me, and they wanted to interview me about that. I was then told that I could make a written report on McFarland.
I being a retired police officer with 49 years of service, 31 years as a Police Chief find this very unusual. In my view this is a classic example of elderly abuse by McFarland on Dee Thompson and an effort on McFarlands part to cover up her miss deeds by making a complaint on me. The unprofessional conduct I have observed McFarland do:
1. When speaking of Dee Thompson she would roll her eyes and act like Dee was stupid.
2. State numerous time to me that Liberty Lavinski is a [censored].
3. The incident with Dee Thompson.
4. When I come to work McFarland is suppose to check my temperature, when I am there she turns away making a foolish gesture and has a civilian employee take my temperature and he gives me the okay to go ahead, and her acting disgusted.
My question is if management placed a married coupe at one post, knowing the are man and wife who's fast is it, I have asked to be reassigned.
I have reviewed this and it is Abuse of the Elderly, in my professional opinion its not right to threaten an elderly person trying to do a good job.

My reasoning for writing this formal complaint is the nature of how on 02/17/2021 Ms. Ruiz kicked me out of session for class D course. Please view recording of class if possible. Please see attached for text message thread between Instructor and I.
I received a notification to be unmuted by instructor of the course. To my knowledge i was only unmute because of the request sent by the instructor. I then get kicked off with the reasoning being i was unmute. My Question is why request me to be unmute? instructor told me she try to tell me through the class that everyone could hear me but i had my audio all the way up and didn't hear nothing from the course. I heard Ms. Ruiz earlier in the course call out a few names so i did find it strange i didn't hear anything for my incident. You can see in the recording of the class i had no other media present and besides my fiance being in the room with me in the back i had no other distractions and only conversation i was having with my fiance was why i was requested to be unmuted.

Eddie Flournoy, post commander at Red Bull (Santa Monica, CA)
First of all, I'm gonna be anonymous about this. I used to be posted at Red Bull in Santa Monica for like about 3 years and up until recently. The reason I forced my way out of Red Bull is because of the sites post commander which is Eddie Flournoy. This man is the most disrespectful supervisor I have ever met. Since he arrived at Red Bull in March of 2019, all he has done is terrorize almost the whole security team. He has no people skills to begin with, and the reason he gets away with his non stop harassments of guards is because the client (Red Bull) has turned a blind eye to all this. So far, 8 of the most experienced guards and the better performing ones have left for the same reason. HIs abuse towards guards has gotten worse as time goes by and yet the branch office has not done anything about it. I have spoken to the operations manager Abby and client relations manager Didier Muhuga about Eddie but nothing has not been done. Other guards have done the same but Abby and Didier always come up with the "We cant afford to let everyone transfer", and "Try to work things out with him". Before I left Red Bull, I managed to obtained camera footage of Eddie Flournoy on multiple occasions abandoning post or not show up at all, and force the prior shift to cover him. There is also footage I have of him of multiple COVID-19 violations like talking to guards without a mask. This man likes to terrorize everyone at work about job performance, yet he has issues of his own. Maybe his behavior stems from his multiple DUIs he has on record?. Who knows but the fact is, he is unfit to be a supervisor. At the end of the day, I blame Abby and Didier for not doing anything about it.
Desired outcome: Please investigate matter
And this one, Mr. Flournoy is in uniform violation. Eddie would always hassle us for uniform violations yet, he was the one violating his own policies all the time. Typical tyrant!.

Latreaviette Stewart Complaint
Good Morning, one of your officers Latreaviette Stewart has been harassing and threatening me non stop. She is using social media to do so. @boujiebadd is her twitter handler. I am not sure what location she is at, I know it's a hospital but as a law abiding citizen, I do not feel safe knowing I can walk into any of your companies locations and see her. She is not following the code of conduct as a someone who is supposed to protect and serve. This has been ongoing for years now and as much as I don't respond, she does not stop harassing, stalking and threatening me and others via third party which is social media. I will be filing a stay away order immediately. As far as Allied Universal, your company doesn't need someone who doesn't follow the security guard ethics as an employee. Thank you for your time.

Ms Blake is a ops Manger working out of Jacksonville Fl office. She is rude and condescending when speaking to guards. Thats if a guard can get her on the phone. She changes guards schedules and shifts without warning. She messes up pay checks and sometimes it takes months to get them fixed. She practices discrimination against the guards when hiring and scheduling. She cuts guards hours to give them to other guards just because she can. Her actions are unprofessional she can be vindictive and arrogent.say a guard calls out and she needs a replacement and a guard cant work on their days off. she can become irate. the Job title ha gone to her head and there is not one you can go to in the jacksonville office about the issue to much of the buddy buddy system.

Hello my name is Velma Booker employee number 773908 I'm working in the Rockford Illinois branch, I've been hired on as a full time officer and was placed at the ups site here in Rockford full time as a supervisor. I was having a lot of problems with another site supervisor that worked for aus also I had been writing reports and reaching out to the boss over us about it nothing was ever done the work environment at ups became a hostile environment to work at so I eventually had to have my supervisors pull me from the site so I'm a flex guard going to different sites but every since I've been flexing my Rockford branch has not been giving me a set schedule or even giving me 40 hrs I'm lucky to even get 20 hrs just last week I've only worked one day this week two days and this has been going on for about a month now and I'm feeling like I may have to file for unemployment to receive a pay that I knw I deserve I have 2 small children that I have to care for so this is unacceptable for me I've reached out to Kaleb about getting me a set schedule or a full weeks schedule and I'm constantly hearing we're working on it Velma! I love being with the company but I'm starting to feel like my company is punishing me for problems that was already there! I just would like a full professional schedule from my branch I had to file for unemployment but I have not certified it because I feel like I shouldn't have to do that when I'm a full time officer.. hopefully we could get this matter resolve as soon as possible.
Racist toward hispanic race
This is the email of my situation at the work site. West lake. Before I was sent home I was accused of saying a racist remark which I did not do i'm of hispanic and african heritage. If anything the supervisor aug 10th told me I would be sent to another site in chicago for people like me? This security guard refused to let me and my child through to catch our train unit LAPD was called and they escorted me and my child to our train. The officer told this woman to give me her name she refused all she said was she can give her guard number which is BRAVO2?
