There is a security officer that is harassing me and is very aggressive and rude. I asked him a question and he became very rude and hasty like he is on a power trip. He is not a police officer but he is acting like he is. He is a tall skinny guy with glasses. He gave me a violation and there is a sign that says 20 minute parking. I door dash and there was clearly a sign in my window That said Delivery in progress. He also said I was in a fire lane there is no fire lane where I was. If he does this one more time I will be filling a police report for harrassment.

Yesterday I was on my job site, a credit Union. I was doing my job when all of a sudden my supervisor comes storming in. I have asked her about my uniform shirts and she has them sitting by her desk for a long time not even telling me about them. This has been a month. Here's the part to run as fast as you can from this horrible company. She brings in my uniform shirts while I'm on duty in to me. She then wants to check my guard license and so we head back to a back room. She then looks at it and tells me she doesn't want me on the site because it expired a month ago. She embarrassed me in front of the client. She tells me to pack up everything I bought with me and just leave. I finally get home and call Allied universal manager and tell him what had happened. To my total shock, I find out it has been expired for a whole month. I've been working on a expired license and this manager and his stupid supervisor has not said anything about it since they put on this site. I called this manager and told him what happened and all he could say was that everyone makes mistakes. He seemed like he was making excuses for this stupid supervisors and himself for not saying anything about my license. He's got photos of it but never to told me to get renewed. Please stay as far as you can from this company. Looking for another job right now!

pay discrepancy
I am complaining abt another pay discrepancy. This continues to happen time and time again. It is getting very frustrating, and most of the time the pay ia usually short, therefore I'm really thinking it's being done on purpose. We write our time on a timesheet, plus we call it in, as well as for myself, I keep a personal note of all hours work. There is absolutely NO reason for this to continue to happen. I am definitely looking for employment else where because this is absolutely ridiculous!
This needs to stop. Payroll should not continue to be wrong.

Greg johns my director does not do his job at all, I have called several times during the day to inform him on issues going on in the site with another employee and he will not respond. Hes given me a final warning, while another employee thats at my site gets away with everything she does. Ive informed him and many people on this employs attitude to customers time after time and nothing changes. This employee will go back after me when i get done with my shift and watch the cameras with every move I make. It is wrong for another employee to treat another employee like their there boss and ive brought this up several times and still nothing has been done.

My name is Victor, i was discriminated for a job opening security for Costa Salud health centers Rincon Puerto Rico because a supervisor who knew me and does not like ne call the manager to cancel my job interview under false excuses. I used to work there for another company, and i apply for this position, the manager says its ok but then the supervisor says no and made the false excuse.

The security guard was rude, ugly acting, foul attitude & had a nasty demeanor. It was highly unprofessional & beyond inappropriate. She needs to be fired (terminated) &/or terminated (fired). This happened today at 4:15p. I witnessed her laughing at herself like she was under the influence of drugs &/or alcohol. This was at the walnut grove career center in memphis, tn.

I am complaining about service
The security g guard in question works out of the Shattuck HospitalJamaica Plain, Ma. This facility is the jurisdiction of the Sheriffs Department (Suffolk County). I attend a methadone clinic in the back of the basement in the bottom of the hospital. We have had the same guard every day I know for the 6 yrs. that I have attended. He was stationed in the back upper lot. There was an altercation in the lobby of the clinic which he held me back while the girl screamed in my face and proceeded to scratch the cornea of my eye and my face. (yes, I have photos). According to the programs rule book "if anyone puts there hands on another client you will be immediately escorted off the the property." Didn't happen, I almost went to the police to file assault on a handicap person. Later as things escalated I believe the race card may have been played. I told the security guard tension was high with this person. She had told people she would get me. Also she was a known drug dealer. Both of which I told the guard. He was now working inside doing clinician work. He was no longer out side. Drug deals were going on, bullying, and said girl pushed me on the stair case. Being handicap I use the railing that my knee got jammed in, dislodging my knee cap. Yes I have pictures, ex-rays at my surgeons. When I informed our guard, he said "you have no witnesses." It would not have happened if he was out side instead of doing his job. It is on camera, but I only told the director after the doctor told me the news. She told me it wasn't on tape. She never knew the date, The date was my doctor's appt. She should of asked, it happened August 9th. I believe the race card was played again .My fair hearing was for me I was asked to leave witch I did. I was in total compliance with the program. Was Dexter, the guard, in compliance, doing clinical work. I need another surgery. I am obtaining legal assistance.
fired for no reason
So I apply with the company, they offer me a position for grave yard shift. I go and get my tb test, blood work done, a n-95 etc. next day after all that they ask me to go to train with the supervisor at the site so I can start this weekend. I work for allied universal. In noel mo I work from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am on October 7th I was working and my relief never showed up so at 12:07 i called Aimee Johnson and she told me I had to stay until 4:00 am I have been battling pneumonia for a month so at 12:45 i texted Aimee and told her I was going home because I was sick I was terminated for abandment of post. Why didn't she get a hold of me sooner she shows favorable towards certain employees she is the reason you cannot keep help. I was fired wrongly because I am not one of her pets. i was at the South Bay Galleria mall yesterday, waiting on my family to get out of the movie theatre. I was waiting in the seating area by the Amc theatre by myself, As i am outside waiting, around 11pm a guard approaches me to ask me what i was doing . I politely let him know that i had people who were in the movie theatre whom i was waiting on. He still kept harassing me standing near me, until he asks me if i had a car i could go sit in, i proceeded to tell him no and if there were a problem with me waiting at in the theatre area. He responds saying yes that i had to clear the area. I was completely by myself causing no harm to anyone just waiting on the movie to finish. I told him that i would leave after trying to make the phone call out telling me family that i was being kicked out while waiting . In my other ear he is rushing me, telling me that i'm trespassing causing problems, so we proceed to go back and forth, he then calls another security guard to make it seem as if i was a criminal . while escorting me out the mall he was making slick comments under his breathe laughing with the other security . i honestly feel that i was targeted due to my sexual preference or my ethnicity . The security was a Caucasian Male name Lieutenant S. Wertheim, Badge Number 174184 working with Allied Universal . i feel that he must take serious consequences for his improper behavior, as well as for harassing me and kicking me out the mall while they were still open . if i do not get in contact with someone in higher authority i will be taking this cause into a more serious matter .
I am filing a complaint against a person from allied universal
Samuel Zamora an Employer from Allied Universal is who I am making a Complaint against due to the fact he was Threatening me with physical force while at the time of myself almost coming out of my Shift at 6am and talked with such profanity over a dispute with another employee name Jordan Rodriguez.
Samuel Zamora attempted to threat and put his hands on me and talked such profanity apart of which he involved saying very rude comments about my mother who happens to have Ovarian cancer.
As a professional I made a choice not to act on my instincts and not take matters into my own hands which could of led to physical harm toward this person which therefore I am filing a complaint to hoping this matter will be resolved.

I was driving home yesterday on Interstate 40 West from Greensboro NC to Winston-Salem NC at approximately 2:15 pm and I came upon one of your cars driving erratically. It was a white older gentleman and he about rammed into the side of my car. It looked like he was messing with his cell phone. Don't know if he was looking for directions, messaging or what but that's what I saw. I slowed down and followed behind him and he was all over the road. I took a picture of the back of his car so maybe whoever was driving could be identified by the license plate. The tag number is CHE-8159. Thank you for your attention to this matter. You'd probably make a lot of noise and cry like a baby.
time coming up short
Run far away from this company. My shift starts at 545 am to 215 pm but they put me at a post that doesn't open until 730. So from 545 to 729, I'm not getting paid. Somebody is stealing or embezzling money from the company. We don't clock ourselves. The site manager does and she put whatever time she wants. I've never been with a company that you can't clock yourself in and out.
I am complaining about the manager
He leaves early and he is always fixing his car right in front of the office. I've seen him speaking in a bad manner to his coworkers. This is a rude man, and he doesn't deserve a job like this. He needs to be able to deal with people and first of all as being a manager he should respect his coworkers so they can respect him as well. This is unacceptable.

I arranged to work a short shift today as I had a family thing come up. They said I'd be relieved at 5 pm. It's 6:46 now. I was told by my boss that his boss told him to keep my relief where he was for a couple hours more. Now I'm very late and my boss said he'd find someone to relieve me, but he hasn't. I'm vey upset because this was arranged for in advance and there shouldn't have been this problem. My boss is George Robinson. He's not answering his phone.
I've worked for Allied for 3 years this time (7 the last time.) and I'm always on time. I am disappointed that my boss has screwed this up and I'll be late for my family thing and may even miss dinner.

Good Evening,
I am highly dissatisfied with your companies leadership at the Oxford Valley Mall site. A supervisor at your Oxford Valley Mall site sent pictures of his genitals to several employees and other clients at the mall. The women involved went forward and told management of the situation and one of them went as far as pressing charges with the local police department. After briefly being told not to come to work the supervisor was allowed to return to work because they could not prove it was him. One of the women that received the images received them on Facebook messenger with his name attached. This person chose not to come forward but when the women all compared messages they were identical, picture and all. In an attempt to remain employed with the company one of the women simply asked to.not be put on the schedule when this supervisor was working. Week after week this employee was still put on the schedule with the supervisor. This situation shows a lack of respect and care for employees. These women were so uncomfortable working with this supervisor at that point that they have both resigned from thier positions. It is a shame to pretty much force valued employees to have to take such action when there are ways a company that cares for it's employees can handle a situation. This issue needs to be resolved as soon as possinle before something worse ends up happening. If this situation is not resolved the employees involved will take legal actions against the supervisor.
