I took my car to Anderson's and Sons more than 10 times for different problems. They said they fixed it, but the same problem happened again a few days later. My kids missed school because we were stranded, and I missed work too. I asked if we could get a mediator, but they said they would fix the car. They fixed it a week ago, but today it won't start again.

Later, we found out that the car had been severely damaged before and was worth only $1,000, but we paid $11,500 for it. The airbag has never been deployed, which is a safety issue. Another car dealer told us about this.

In the 2 months we've had it, the cadulic cover broke, the alternater stopped working, the front end is falling apart, the air conditioning stopped working, and yesterday the motor blew up. It's going to take at least a month to fix it and we won't have a car, but they still want their payments every 2 weeks. We asked for a loaner or to switch to another car, but they said no. Me and my wife have had 3 vehicles through Anderson's and Sons. We had a 1999 car, but the motor blew up. Then, I had to put another down payment on another vehicle, a Chevy Suburban. The lifter went out, and they said they fixed it, but not even a month later, it happened again. Now, we have a Chevy Traverse, and it's been in the shop 3 times in the last 2 months. It won't charge the battery right, and they won't fix it right. This is the only vehicle my family has to get to doctor appointments, but it's not reliable. This has to be corrected. I have probably put around $8,000 into vehicles in the last 8 months with this place, and they will not refund or try to make things right. It's not fair to people to have to be taken advantage of by businesses like this.

After two months, they finally found a used seat to replace it. But the "new seat" had big patches of sun damage and scratches all over it. My husband and I complained, but they said they didn't have time to change it back. When we got home, we found out they had cut into our car's carpet to install the seat, which lowered the car's value. We've been trying to talk to the owner, but the staff won't let us. They tell us to talk to the service department, but they can't do anything about it. They also installed a new door handle that doesn't work. When we called, they said the next appointment was a month away. They won't work with us at all. The first picture shows the damage, and the last picture shows the used seat they gave us with scratches and sun damage.

They said they would resend it and that it was usable driver insurance. But, I still didn't get it in December 2022, so I called again and asked for proof and pay statements. They don't have a website to pay on, so I had to call to pay. I told them I lost my job and needed proof of insurance to safely commute to my new workplace, but they denied me and hung up on me. In January 2023, I got pulled over and told the officer I had insurance through Anderson's and Sons. But, they denied proof of insurance and started ignoring my calls. I got a traffic violation for no insurance and now they're charging me $700 for services I didn't receive. This whole situation might make me lose my CDL license. Other people have had these problems too.
