Titan ramps sent me an email on 7/21 saying that the product I wanted was in stock but after I ordered it I was informed that it was backordered and due to ship out on 8/11. But they had already charged my credit card for the entire transaction so I decided to wait but after 8/11 came and no shipment was sent I was told it would be sent out on the 14th and then the 16th after which I told them to cancel the order and give me a refund but now they are delaying the refund the same way.

Great products and customer service. Easy ordering process, and quick follow through. I highly recommend Titan!

All my Titan stuff came in good boxes, surprisingly fast, with good instructions and in great shape. They're all good quality. Titan helped me make a gym at home that I really like!

I bought most of my stuff from Titan and I'm really happy with what I got. I still have all the gear and it's working fine. I'll keep getting my fitness equipment from Titan.

I bought stuff from Titan Ramps a few times and it was great. Their products are excellent and they deliver on time. The website is easy to use and they have good prices and customer service. I'll definitely buy from them again.

I've been ordering from Titan Ramps since the start of the pandemic and I've collected a big home gym assortment from them. The quality of their equipment is always top-notch and their customer service is excellent. On the few occasions I've had a problem and needed to contact them (which happened only once), they responded promptly, handled it professionally, and made sure I was completely satisfied.

I bought a rack dumbbell holders and the pulley system for the rack. The metal is thick and good, and most of the welds look good too. I used to weld trailer frames, so I know what I'm talking about. The fitness products I got are really good for the price. Just be careful when ordering because they process your order really quickly, and it's almost impossible to change or upgrade your order. They pull your order really fast. But the products are great so far.

From my experience, they have replaced at least one piece of equipment that arrived out of shape (out of alignment / not made properly). Recently I had a loading pipe delivered from them that had minimal rust on the inside. I didn't even bother to email them about it. I just didn't want to deal with it and I was not sure it would ever affect the functionality of it. Other than that, most of what I purchased has been in good shape. Bringing up the loading pipe is getting me a little upset. ?. I just thought of emailing them about it.

On May 30, 2022, I ordered some items from Titan Ramps. However, I later decided to cancel my order. Unfortunately, the company still shipped the items to me. Now, they are trying to charge me $250 for the return shipping fee. It's frustrating because they had more than enough time to cancel the shipment. I canceled my order 36 hours before they sent it out from their warehouse.

I bought a ramp from Titan Ramps for my wife to use at home. They messed up the order. Instead of sending a ramp, they sent two handrails. The ramp is the most important part of the order. All they care about is getting one of the rails back, instead of sending the ramp. This is the worst customer service ever. They don't seem to care about fixing their mistake. I don't want a refund, I just want my ramp. I will never do business with this company again and I suggest others go somewhere else too.

I ordered a motorcycle carrier on June 2. When it arrived on June 15th, parts were missing. I sent Titan pictures and a video of the incomplete delivery and discussed it over the phone. They arranged a return pickup and mentioned a refund would follow the return. I contacted the courier due to a tracking issue. On June 24, I followed up with Titan, who needed to speak with the courier. Three weeks have passed without receiving the complete item or a refund.

I bought a fan bike from Titan Ramps and one of the pedals, along with the crank that the pedal screws into, is messed up and wasn't cut properly. The pedal won't attach to the bike, so it's completely useless. The crank is already attached to the bike and would need special tools and instructions to replace. You could try getting new threads cut into the pedal and crank, but that's not something you can do with regular tools if you're just a regular homeowner. I've been talking to Titan Ramps about this, but all they're willing to do is send me a new pedal and crank. But here's the thing, the crank doesn't come with the tools or instructions to install or replace it. They've now told me that they won't replace or refund anything because they sent me the parts. And these parts are useless to me without the time, knowledge, tools, and instructions to replace them.

Pls see receipt and correspondence. Product was never delivered to me, and no follow up from company. Order was during covid, and *** said they can only speak with company that sent the product. At time i tried many times to reach Titan and had zero success, after hours i chalked up as a fraudulent company and not worth my time to recover the amount. I recently came across the receipt and contacted Titan, at first i was treated well with apologies, but then the communication stopped. I got 1 last empty i am working on it email while i was the phone asking to speak to the point of contact. many more attempts they were not respectful and have been fraudulent by stealing my money with no attempts to repay. NOTE MY CREDIT CARD AT TIME OF PURCHASE IS NO LONGER IN USE AND I HAVE INFORMED TITAN. Refund must go to a new card! I NEED THE REFUND COST OF WHAT IT WILL COST TO REPLACE TODAY $ FROM A SUITABLE COMPETITOR AND COMMENSATION FOR MY TIME AND THIS ENTENTIONAL THEFT (THEY WERE NOTIFIED AND HAVE AVOIDED ME).

Order and ticket on 8/2022, I bought a rack, lever arms, spotter arms, and a bumper plate weight set from TitanFitness. Unfortunately, the shipment was missing parts and had damage on the lever arms. The rack also had quality issues. I'm disappointed due to unresolved concerns and poor communication with Titan Fitness management. I'd like the damaged lever arms replaced quickly, a discount on the rack for the damages, and an apology for the effort spent trying to resolve this. I've had some communication from product support but lack resolution details. The order total was $2,088.74 including taxes. The costs for the items, excluding taxes, are: Adjustable Lever Arms $343.16 and the Rack $736.28.

I bought a barbell from Titan Ramps in May. The bar started falling apart, which could cause serious injury or even death. I used it correctly and didn't put too much weight on it. When I asked others for help, they said they had never seen a barbell do this before. After contacting Titan Fitness multiple times, they finally agreed to replace the bar. But the second bar they sent me started falling apart in the same way, and now they won't admit there's a problem or help me find a solution. They just keep talking about their warranty, which only covers the remaining time on the original warranty. I understand that, but I think they should still fix such a big manufacturing defect before someone gets hurt. Their customer service is terrible. I asked to speak to a manager, but they haven't contacted me after 48 business hours. They don't even sell this barbell anymore, but they won't take it back. They just keep talking about the warranty. The pictures show the original problem and the new bar falling apart. The first bar started separating after a few months of normal use.
