Around May 15 2023, I went into a contract where they said I would receive betweet 12-15 leads a month if I pay $500 monthly. I didnt get my first lead till weeks later and some didnt have anything to do with the type of work we do. I was not happy with the outcome, on July 24, I reached out to my advisor and demanded to cancel my ad. He never responded to my request. Instead, I had to reach out to someone else a second time. Finally, a month later my ad was cancelled and the advisor said I had to pay 35% of the remaining months plus $500 past due for the month of Aug. Needless to say I was not happy that they were asking me to pay for Aug when I had requested to cancel in July.
It is now Nov 29, An advisor reached out to me earlier this month to settle, but I was driving and couldnt go over the balance with him. He then mentioned the account would go to collections at the end of the month. I've been reaching out to him since early last week to go over the balance and payoff my account, but he has not responded to any of my messages or calls. I reached out to customer service and they said the account was just sent out to a collections agency. I asked to speak to a supervisor about my credit being affected because of negligence of their employee not doing their job in a timely manner and they said they didnt have any and that I couldn't submit a complaint. He ended up hanging up on me. I am not happy at all. This customer service experience has been by far the worse I've come across.
