Angies List review: Home repair/handyman

Scheduled in advance some home repairs and when the day came, weather did not allow the repairs to be done. We rescheduled and two days later, the "pro" (using that term losely) could not come out because the weather was going to be a problem for part of the job (painting). So we rescheduled again for the next day. As I was rushing back to my place after changing MY schedule, some other person called saying he was going to my house to look over the job although he would not be able to actually perform the tasks needed. The other "pro" had canceled in the middle of the night and no one, including Angi staff, had let me know this important information.

Needless to say, Angi is the most unprofessional, disorganized, and inefficient bunch of goofballs that ever opened a business. The amount of time that they scheduled for me was not even appropriate for the tasks that I needed done. Presumably, they were going to let that time lapse and then charge me a lot more money to finish it.

I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid using this company as I feel they are not honest and do not use actual professionals.
