My husband and I went to Applebee's in Fairfield Ca last night at 10:30 PM.By far I don't think that I have ever had such horrible service from any restaurants ever! Our waitress Monica was horrible. She took 10 minutes to bring us a glass of water. She returned to take our drink order another 10 minutes. 25 minutes later she asks "how's the drink?" We told her what drink? Finally returned with it. Took our order, 25 minutes later my food comes out, I told them that wasn't what I ordered, they insisted it was. They didn't have us any utensils, or napkins. I ate a few bites and the waitress comes to our table said that wasn't my food grabbed the plate and went to the next table and said that I ate their food. Which was very embarrassing since it was their fault! When I did receive my meal I didn't get the sweet pecan potatoes that I ordered, I told Monica that my order was wrong, she insisted that they don't have Pecan potatoes in the menu and her boss verified it! I had her bring me a menu and I pointed it out to her, she said no that's fries...at that point I lost it, I asked for our check and a manager! Which she never told her manager. The manager came out after we asked another server. He apologized, and computed our meals, but I told him its not the money, it's the horrible service, and the people sitting across from us started to complain also since they were waiting over 45minutes for their food.

I ate in late night last night. We ordered apps and entrees. I still have my reciept. It was close to closing and our waitress was horrible. She brought unsweetened tea twice and our whole meal we had no drink and when I did get a drink she said drink machines were down and she didn't know what she could do. Our meal took forever to arrive in an empty store. While she enjoyed a coworkworkes engagedment she neglected her guests.Our sides were cold and our steaks were two four ounce steaks instead of 8 oz. When we told her our meals were cold she huffed snatched our plates they heated our plates up scooped the mashed potatoes into a bowl one loaded with cheese that was not to have it on there. off the plate and they were still cold. Our steaks were cooked throughly not the way we ordered our appetizers were sopped with grease and hard. She proceeded to sit behind us staring rushing us out of the table in my opinion she acted as if I was inconveniencing her by the kitchen staff messing up our order there was no manager in sight and I was too frustrated to speak with one. I felt very direspected. I have pictures of the dirty plate. I paid 50$ for a meal that was wrong and I was forced to eat the only thing I had to eat for the day cold and not what I paid for. I'm very disappointed and I frequent this restaurant and I have never experienced such awful service. Any questions feel free to email me.

We ate at Applebee's in Cutler Bay Florida on 8-17-17. My husband was not enjoying his meal and when the waitress finally came by we told her that his meal did not taste good. Immediately she noticed that the kitchen had forgotten to put the sauce on his food. She never offered to replace the meal. We asked for the manager. The manager, "Quinton" came to the table and was very rude. He never apologized. He said that because my husband had eaten part of the meal (he was hungry), he said he would not do anything about it! We spent over $50 (ck# [protected]) on crappy food and then were treated rudely. Never again!
applebee gift card refused
I purchased a $25 Applebee's gift card at Walmart in Athens, AL. and gave away at a Xmas gathering. The young lady who got the gift card tried to use it last evening [protected]) at the Athens, Alabama store; however, the card was refused at the store. The manager on duty at the time said she thought the card might be a fake. It was an extremely embarrassing situation since the owner of the card did not have enough cash or another credit card to pay the $22 bill. She broke into tears and her very small daughter who was with her started saying, "Mama, it's alright". She said some nice gentleman paid the $22 bill.
I have called [protected] and verified the card is good with the full $25 value still on it. I will gladly give the card numbers to an Applebee manager to verify again. Just send me an email with the contact information. The manager on duty at the Athens store could have done a better job handling the situation.

They brought out 2 burger right 3rd they said we out of mozzarella

We come there 3-5 times a month to do girl's night after work
I just want to come and enjoy the food and girl's night with my co-workers.
The manager never came out the girl never ask if we could replace the one burger cause they ran out of mozzarella cheese. But the girl just went on and went to serve other's
This is the 2nd time this Applebee's messed up.
If they can't get it together we will find another place to have girl's night
I mean our bill runs $100-$200 Everytime we come.
John was manager first time which he was rude didn't come out and Philip same way. They just sit there talking not asking how people's food and service was going.

I walked into an Apple Bee's in Center City Philadelphia, PA . First of all we were not greeted nor acknowledged by the hostess. There was only two people in the waiting area and they were about to be seated. Second, the hostess again did not acknowledge us. Even though I know she saw us. She proceeded to talk to another couple to seat them. Even though we were there first. Then when I said, "sorry we were here first" the hostess rudely said "can I help you?" In such an annoyed tone. She even rolled her eyes at us. At that point me and my boyfriend just walked out. It was the most terrible service I have ever experienced in any restaurant.

On this day my date and I went into the restaurant in Vincennes, IN at 6:00 P.M. and was asked if we would like a table or a booth. We said booth because we really do not like to sit at a table in the middle of the room and booths are more comfortable for me. The hostess said that it was not a problem and we would be seated soon. Another hostess (Alexis) came up to us and asked us to follow her. She led us to the back room and sat us at a small table in the center of the room. She asked if this was okay and I asked her if she could please move us to a booth as there were many available. She rolled her eyes and said "I guess" in a very rude tone. As we were walking back to the waiting area, she looked at another employee and rolled her eyes yet again and made a nasty face at us. The employee laughed. When we got to the waiting area she tossed the menus down and sighed really loud. The other hostess asked what was wrong and she said "they want a booth" in another rude tone and rolled her eyes yet again. I don't understand why it was such a big deal to her as there were other booths available. She was VERY rude and acted like she hated having to do her job.

On the evening of 12-4-17 I went into Applebee's on 23rd St. in Panama City, Fl. The service was awful. I waited for a table for about 4mins. Took 3 diffent people to sit me and the restaurant wasn't even busy. The 3rd person sat me down at a table and took my order. Then he came back to check on me and told him he forgot the butter for my baked potatoe and he said he would get me some butter. I saw him doing other things besides getting my butter. Finally a girl came up and took forever and by that time my potato was cold. I went to the manager and he said she had to add the butter on my bill, but it took forever. I told the manager waited for butter and potato was cold. He bought me a Luke warm potato and all the other food was cold I ate the meal and left. Lost my business even if he did give me a free meal on my next visit. I want go back.

I recently visited applebees 12/2/2017 @ 8:15 PM. Location 12740 Southwest Fwy, Stafford, TX 77477. We were told the wait was 30 mins me and my husband didnt mind waiting. We were put on a waiting list. We watch the host call 5 people before us I asked to speak to the manager regarding the issue. The service there is very poor and I would never visit again. Due to the lack professionalism and when asked to see the list I seen we been skipped mutiple times. I will never visit this locatiom ever again

Wings were cooked but cold! Pizza was warm. The quality of taste was horrible! Very disappointed and dissatisfied! Delivery was prompt, but this may be the result of wings being cold. Trying to get delivery out quickly. This is the 2nd time I've been disgusted with Pizza Hut.

Dined in at the Applebee's off of Abercorn street here in Savannah, GA this past Friday (11/24/17) Me and my two other guests had not been seated more than 5 minutes before I felt something crawling on my right hand. I swung my hand & what do we see, a big roach crawling away to the other side of us. We asked for the manager, he came over, apologized & asked if we would like to move to a different table. That is all he offered. His name is Tim Thomas & I feel he should step down from his management position. Not handled well at all. I have video of it & plan to keep reposting it so that people are aware of this disgusting matter
half rack of ribs?
I don't know what you guys consider a half rack of ribs but never in my life was it for bones worth of meat. If that is the amount in a half rack fine but I don't like paying for burnt meat. It would be hard for me to trust your carryout Center anymore without having to open every box to make sure I have not been cheated. Nobody has time for that, we feel we should be getting what we ordered with some honesty and work ethic. We also ordered a kids chocolate milk not a kids mountain dew but that is minimal. The rest of food was good but ribs are a rip off for how much is spent and to have to eat them burnt or drive back to have them make them again is ridiculous. Thank you, hope you can fix this. When my husband and I sat down at the bar. The bartender did not greet us until he was done complaining to a server about how little money he made the night before. After making our drinks, he went to the end of the bar and unzipped his pants to tuck in his shirt( both hand in his pants) When my salad came, he never checked on it and I had to walk to the to get my own silverware ( the manager saw this, and did nothing ) The other manager was talking about her trip with many severs for 10 minuets wan the bartender still did not check on us. The bartender checked his phone 12 times within the hour we were there. We receiver or food ( which was the only good thing about our visit ) and the bartender did not check on us until I was on my last bite. Then he walked away for over 7 minuets. At this point I walked up to the manager to take the coupon off our tab. He never once said anything about me having to get up twice for service or silverware. We paid and walked out without anyone even noticing. This was the worst severe/management I have ever seen.
Did you tell the manager you spoke with about your experience? Despite it seeming like they did, they may not have noticed or assumed you had gotten up for other reasons. They can't resolve what they don't know about.

My name is DeShunda Boston, I recently visited Applebee's on 1517 E. Bert Kouns in Shreveport Louisiana. I ordered 2 sweet teas, Bahama Mama, mild bone-in and boneless wings, wonton tacos, battered fish and a grilled cheese kids meal. Upon ordering, the server brought out the teas but no alcoholic beverage. I mention the Bahama Mama and she says it'll be right out. As she brings out our apps, I notice 2 things, the coleslaw on the tacos wasn't fresh and the wings were the wrong flavor(Honey BBQ) I informed her we had the incorrect wings and about the slaw. So I ask if I could get the tacos minus slaw. When arriving with the wings and tacos remade, the wings weren't cooked all the way through, so I ask to speak with the manager. By this I'm I'm still waiting on drinks and alcoholic beverage, as well as the manager. With no success of the manager coming to our table, I asked if the server could cancel my ticket and give me the number to corporate, she says let her get the manager. I wait 15-20 minutes and no manager has come to the table. I was very upset at that moment, so I walked out and decided to take matters into my own hands. I love Applebee's, but this experience has made me Leary of eating at any of the stores and that's not a good feeling to have at all. Please tell me what can be done to rectify this situation. While visiting an apple bees in West Palm Beach Fl 1975 N Military Trail. I began to order my food and I noticed the sever Danielle (dirty blond/ redish hair) body language was very disturbing. She seemed bothered and aggravated. She never made eye contact with my party, she seemed aggravated by the questions we were asking about prices for drinks. After answering the questions with attitude, she ask us for ID, my sister and I gave her ID with the side cut off and they were invalid. I explained to her "when I purchased my valid DL the DMV allowed me to keep the invalid ID for proof of age". My sister gave her a valid ID and I ask for a manger. I ask for manager because I always come to Apple bees and used the ID. The manager Neil came and he was polite and nice, explained to me company police and that the DL was expired, I ask him to see the policy and he said he couldn't show it to me, so I took out my phone And went on the DMV website to show him my DLs were not expired. He then allowed us to drink and he was nice about everything, but the principal about this situation is the sever was rude and her body language showed that she was not happy to serve us. I would also like to know if this is policy about my DL being valid.

Thank you for being open on Thanksgiving Day to give people a chance to enjoy a wonderful meal. I wasn't very hungry and I requested a serving of your fantastic mac and cheese. Even though it was on the special menu back page it wasn't available. Had to settle for onion rings. Unfortunately, they were more "ring" than onion. Much too crusty and hard for me. So my fiancé and I walk in, and get greeted by no one. Why is there two employees looking at me, and not showing me to a seat. What would have been at least decient is for somebody to acknowledge me, and say somebody will be with you. Nope! After looking at these clowns look at me I walked right back out only takes 3 min of people watching you. And now I need 350 words for this BS! Smh

The other day which was 11/19/17 around 3pm my business associate and I met at Applebee's in Bessemer, Alabama. We were set promptly, we starting talking we realized that no one even came and took our drink orders or asked if we needed any service. The restaurant was almost near empty and there was a full staff. We press the button for service and the light lit up and we waited for service. One of the managers was hanging round the bar talking and laughing with his buddies, the servers were all gathered together hanging out like it was a high school hangout, it was some other staff standing against the walls near the restroom grouped up together just laughing and hanging out, no one even acknowledged that the help signal was going off or that we were just sitting with menus waiting to order our beverage and meal. After 43 minutes we got up and told the hostess that we were leaving and that the staff and the environment was very unprofessional. Her response was "my bad" We left and went to another restaurant nearby that gave us excellent service. I will never go there again.
