Applebee's mankato minnesota applebee's manager linda

Me and my family of six walked into Apple Bee's like we do every sunday, only to be greeted by a staff member mean mugging us and look us up and down asking if we want to sit, then we were rudely seated at a table where we opened up our silverware only to be greated by dirty silverware all over ALL 6 of our sets . Our food was then brought to us after we got new silverware. Then we got our food and there was a piece of hair in it . We were obviously appalled and quietly pulled the maneger(Linda) aside . She rudly said (I don't see anything and don't know why you called me over) We then pulled out the piece of hair and showed her and she refused to see it or compensate our meal or give us a new one, Linda continously tried to tell us that there wasn't anything there when everybody around us clearly seen the hair and then continue to give us rude mean looks the rest of our duration of our visit. We weren't being disruptive, we didn't yell about it, post pictures of the incident, talk rude about staff, so we were vary confused on why we were given such terrible service. We hope this gets corrected so we can revisit our favorite establishment. - A very disappointed costemer.

Applebee's customer service

On Oct.12, 2018, my family and I went to Applebee's on 1005 NW 13th st. in Gainesville Florida. I walked in Applebee's with 10 (20) we ordered our meal and our total came up 81.71 my husband paid the bill. I asked the waitress for change for a 20, so I could leave a tip she took my 20 and gave me change and then came back later and said I didn't give her the 20.00. We went back and forth about the money. Eventual my husband gave her another 20. Service was okay but I don't appreciate being cheated out of my money.

Applebee's injury

I was visiting your Detroit location for a business conference 2 weeks ago. I purchased a chicken sandwich and broke part of my tooth. After reporting to your managers the next day, completing an injury report, calling to follow up on the report, I have gotten nothing but the run around, the attitude and just low customer service from Applebee's.

I was trying to work this out without getting legal involved but now I will have to take the next steps to resolve.

Applebee's your oriental chicken salad

You advertise a nice lovely bowl of Oriental Chicken Salad, but when it came to me, it was a small children's portion. This is obviously false advertising. It never used to be that way. I won't go back unless this is remedied.

One other thing, this summer while we were eating, there were many flies in this restaurant, that we found very unhealthy and unsanitary. I complained to the management, but they sort of shrugged it off.

Applebee's two for $20 promotion

I've been seeing your television commercial for the 2 for $20/two appetizers, two entrees and two desserts and decided to take my granddaughter there last night for dinner. The waitress corrected me and said it was one appetizer to split, two entrees and no desserts. I called the manager (TJ) after seeing the ad again this morning and also told me I must be seeing the ad wrong or, and are you ready for this (?) - that the commercial must be for another restaurant other than Applebees.

I don't see how you can run commercials promoting a product which you are not providing when people arrive for that product. Am I supposed to call in advance to check?

Applebee's bbq ribs

I spent $58.88 on 4 BBQ RIB MEALS today I've never been so disappointed in my meals from Applebee's but today was just terrible.the ribs were dry and burnt, I received sides that were not even the sides I ordered.I live 15 minutes away or I would have taken them back to them! I had family at my home that I haven't seen in 8 years and I ended up feeding them cold meat sandwiches...very disappointing! Just wanted to let you know how your store is being ran. It will be awhile before I come back🤬I wish I hadn't thrown them away so fast but I was so pissed I didn't think about taking pictures to send to you!

I purchased 4 meals coming to $58.88 I have never been so disappointed in Applebee's restaurants in my life, I was so mad I threw them all away. The ribs were all dry and scorched I drove 15 Minutes to treat my family that was visiting us in garrett...I just thought that you should know how your business was being ran, this is not the first time that this has happened but I was so mad that I threw them away and we got to eat cold meat sandwiches for supper. THANK YOU!

Applebee's waiter

My family had dinner at Applebee's in Tonawanda NY and the waiter was extremely rude... Whenever we asked for something or another drink he would act like it was a huge inconvenience and he never told us about the drink specials and we saw the sign on the table that said we get a free drink if he didn't mention the specials and when we asked him about it he said he had until the end of our dinner to mention it and told us he knows how to do his job and we had to ask for refills or anything we needed as he was walking by

Applebee's service

Was rudely taken care of last night by staff. Service was great until we was told after having three of the $1 zombie drinks that our server wasnt aloud to serve us anymore. When I spoke to the manager, she said there was a three drink policy, I myself have worked at this specific location myself and have NEVER heard of this. Multiple others had WAY more than three beverages and was still being waiting on. When speaking to the manager about this we was told it was because a hostess was upset and said that someone at our table was videoing her, which is completely FALSE. My friends & I frequently enjoy dining at this location, but will NOT come back again. We will spread the word of the absolute ridiculous treatment. This took place at the applebees located at 202 Kanawha Mall, Charleston, WV, 25304

Applebee's the food was cold the service was as well

My family and I went to the Waynesboro Va location and was greeted...we were seated. We had to wait for drink order it took 30 min before we got someone to take our drink order... We finally got drinks then water another 30 min to order our food. When the food came it was over cooked and cold...the chicken fingers my daughter ordered was over cooked..the fries were cooked in old oil they were burnt. I had the chicken and shrimp I though it was suppose to beon a hot plate sizzling as they brought it to the table...no it to was cold and the mushrooms and onions were grossly over cooked... I had a couple of drinks it was the best part of our meal the cheese stix were just awful. I then got the shock of the evening A 75.00$ bill for what cold food and poor service..I will never spend another dime in that place..I'm a insureance broker..I have meeting. daily and usally it's over lunch. I like the company model the friendly atmosphere the laid back vibe and so do my coworkers and clients. I was utterly disappointed in this last visit.

Applebee's environment complaint

Today my family and I went to applebees for a nice family lunch. As we approached the front door to walk in the actual restaurant, there was a door cover themed halloween, in which was horrible. It represent blood and hand prints. I was going to walk out but I figure maybe it was just on the door. As my family was seated and after ordering food, we looked around and felt very uncomfortable. There was very scary halloween themed decorations. There was nothing halloween theme for kids at all. In which, I thought applebee's was a family friendly environment. This restaurant looked liked like it could have passed for a haunted house. On one of the walls there was a bunch of scary bloody phsyco theme pictures. Men in mask, bloody nurses on the pictures. I brought in toddlers to enjoy a meal not to go to a haunted house. We will not be returning to this location. This was very uncalled for. If it wasn't for us ordering the food today, we would have walked out. If applebee's wanted to decorate for halloween, why not place kiddie pumpkins up? One one side of applebee's there were sticker hand prints on the windows with blood stating "help me". If customers are your number one priority, please do something about this. Not ever family, including mine wants to be around this garbage. Thank you for your time!

Applebee's additude

One week and a half ago I went to the Easley Applebee's Curb side we orderd 3 Bourbon street steaks one with red pots, the other two with fries and 2 kids meals.

When I got home 10 miles away from Applebee's fries were missing on one plate, one had no mushrooms on the other, so my wife called back and told them what had happened and they said can you come back and she said we live to far away, so the manager said on the next order we will give you a Free Bourbon Street and took my name down and said to remind them on the next time we order.

Tonight we ordered again same thing and I asked for the free meal they said my name wasn't in the book and said they would talk to the manager, when I arrived I went in and ask was the price reduced which was $65.00 and some change and she said no, so I asked to see the manager he came over and had a frown look on his face and ask what I needed and I explained what had happen and what we were told on the phone and that my name wasn't in the book and he said we stay busy and it might not have been wrote down. I told him I'm a public official and was wearing my badge and I stated I have no reason to lie, his commit was no one said you was lying with attitude but said he would look at the bill and see what he could do still frowned up. I stated its not right to tell a customer you will receive a free meal and then go back on your word. The waitress came out and asked for the full amount and I said what about the free meal and she said I'll have go talk to the manager again, she finally returned and stated $42.00 and some change which was fine but it still took another 10 minutes more to receive my food and she apologized for the wait and said we are busy.

The main problem is there should have been no attitude that bad business and if that is the take on customers we will give our business to Outback.

Applebee's service

I went to your restaurant in Bellevue, Nashville, TN store with my family of 11. I know that is a large party. It started off we got drinks and ordered appetizers. We then all ordered our meal. We waited forever and then only 6 of our party got there food. We waited and waited and the first 6 finished their meal and we called the manager. She gave us $60 in gift cards. Great so we thought it would be good from there. 3 more got their food. Of the the three was turkey avocado club with crispers. No avocado and no crispers. It was sent back. One meal was left to receive. The last two finished and we complained again. Finally got the last meal and two items were left off. Still no turkey club. They said it would be out soon. Everyone ate and the turkey sandwich never appeared. We finally said make it to go. The last meal finally received the corn but never bread. We got the turkey club to go and got out the door and it was the sandwich we sent back. Nothing was different. Even with the $60 gift cards we still spent over $100. Never have I received that bad of service anywhere and that's saying a lot.

Applebee's never got serviced

I went to the Apples Bees on JW Clay Blvd in Charlotte NC yesterday 9/24/18. I decided to take myself & 3 children to the restaurant due to us getting home late. We arrived to the establishment at 6:30 pm. It took about 20 mins for us to get our drinks & order put in. Around 7:40 pm, I asked for the manager & canceled my order due to the extremely long wait. The manger did not show any empathy. Due to the location of this AppleBees (main attraction area in Charlotte NC) this is extremely unacceptable. We left out hungry & disappointed...

Applebee's complaint

I went to the Applebee's on Morse Rd this past Saturday and it was the worst the appetizers was cold my main course was half done no flavor they gave me barbeque sauce for my cheese sticks shall I g on I asked for a refund did not receive I am very unhappy with my service, please address this issue this was one of the worst places I ate at in a long time

Applebee's allergic reaction; chicken wonton stir fry

Hi, I went out to eat with my friends tonight and we always go to Applebee's bc it's our go to place in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. I had a friend who order the same thing I did, the chicken wonton stir fry. While I was getting in the car to leave I slowly started to get itchy on my neck and then less then 5 minutes my whole face was itching, red and got puffy. My friend who was with me and had ordered the same thing as I did seemed fine. I'm pretty sure it was the shrimp and I know for a fact I'm not allergic to shrimp but I guess the chef didn't clean the shrimps very well properly. Won't be ordering from you guys for a while now unfortunately. Oh, and also I think the workers smoke a lot in the back and all the cups that were sent to our table smelled like cigarettes.

Applebee's food

On Thursday September 20, 2018 my son won Mr. 9th Grade and as always he decided he wants Applebees. We get there, order enjoying our appetizers then boom I look down at my plate and there's a whole dead roach. Got up went and ask for the manager. They told me he was coming and on the phone with his manager. I went back to my seat. He sent someone out to say he'd cover the bill. Not wanting to ruin my son's not night I said ok but still needed to speak with him. Hour passed by he never showed up. This was the Applebees on Cascade in Atlanta Ga!

We celebrate dinner at Applebee's in California Md last evening. It wAs The worst experience We have ever had in the restaurant chain first of all ordered two steaks the waitress couldn't tell which one was rare and which one with medium so once we started eating realized the steaks where switched I ordered mashed sweet potatoes got fries appetizers were late coming to the table ordered a hamburger plain came to the table with cheese restaurant crew saying happy birthday brought a Sundae which person was lactose intolerant and then charged us for the ice cream when he did not even order it had to almost beg for our checks so we could leave about for waitresses not including our original waitress brought the food out did not have a clue who got what and like I said had no way of telling rare from medium steak worst experience we have ever had at the time there was another Table complaining as well I think they could use new management the manager there actually whispers when she talks so you cannot hear her

Applebee's customer service

My husband and I went to Applebee's yesterday evening 9/11/18 in Auburn, CA. The waiter came over and asked for our drinks, I ordered a rootbeer as I'm pregnant and he ordered a tall beer. Next we ordered our meals. Meals came out, mine was ok, but I was able to eat it. My husband received a burger that was way under cooked to the point the meat looked raw. he had wiped some on a napkin which looked bloody. That is unacceptable. I let him know he should ask for a new one. The waiter came over and asked how everything was, my husband let him know his burger was bloody and asked if this is how they all come out and the waiter said yes, which I find hard to believe. The waiter asked what he'd like to do and he simply said he didn't want to do anything. The waiter walked away and then came back and asked again. So my husband let him know he'd like a new burger made with no pink. The waiter left his meal on the table and walked away. He then came back with a manager. The manager asked if he'd like them to cook the burger a little more and he said no I'd like a new one all together and the manager looked irritated about that. She said they'd take the current burger which he had cut in half and put it back on the grill, he said no I don't want that I'd simply like a new burger. She wasn't happy about that and walked away with his plate. At this point I finished my meal. We had a to go meal we had ordered but said not to cook until he received his meal and at this point we didn't want to wait longer once he got his meal so I let the waiter know to cancel the to go order. Finally we received the burger which looked much better and we said thank you. The waiter asked my husband if he'd like another drink he said sure I'll take a small beer this time. The waiter walked away and came back with a note pad and proceeded to ask my husband if he had drank in alcohol prior to arriving at applebees. Mind you at no point did he make a scene he simply requested a new burger. I have never even had any one ask this question before. So I say excuse me why are you asking and the waiter said he's doing his job and didn't want to get sued. This is ridiculous and at this point we are angry and feel discriminated against and harassed for even being asked this question. All we did was ask for a new burger so he could eat his meal. They didn't even allow him to eat his meal before they came over asking if he had consumed alcohol before arriving. At this point yes my husband was upset and asked for his bill so we could leave. Never did anyone apologize for his meal or even offer a to go box for the meal he had to wait a second time for. My husband was very frustrated and had the bar tender lady telling him to stop disrespecting the waiter and I let her know he disrespected us and we are just trying to pay our bill and leave. He had the bar tender, waiter, and manager harassing him. He didn't even get a chance to sign his receipt or get a copy of his bill before the manager was escorting him out of the restaurant. He let her know he would be disputing the charge as he didn't even get to eat his meal. She was very rude and let us know she heard that we'd be disputing the charge. I've never received such poor customer service at a restaurant before. Normally if someone is not satisfied with their meal they apologize and ask what they can do and they do whatever they can because they want their customer happy. After all that's why we go out to restaurants to enjoy a good meal. But all we got was discriminated against for asking for a new meal. Nobody should be treated in such a way. I have included a photo that my husband took of the bloody raw meat he picked at when he had cut his first burger in half.

Applebee's ordered online and had to wait over 45 minutes after I arrived to get my food

I ordered my food online for car to go pickup on Sept. 1, 2018. I arrived at 6 p.m. and my food was supposed to be ready at 6:07. There was one other car waiting for their order. An employee came out and asked for my name and order. She asked the other car the same thing. A few minutes later she came out with an order that didn't belong to either of us. Then a man came out and asked what we had ordered but didn't take the entire order. We waited some more and started talking to each other thru the windows of our cars. Again the girl came back out with the wrong orders the second time. By now it is 6:30 p.m. After waiting another 10 minutes the girl finally came out with the other car's order. She apologized for the wait and told the lady in the other car she would take her name and number then put it on the manager's list so she could get 50% off her next order. Finally at 6:50 the girl came out with my food. She apologized but offered me nothing. When I got home my food was cold and I knew it had been sitting for a while. The steak was medium well that was suppose to be medium rare. I don't expect to get a free meal out of this but I spent over $65 on this online order and am very disappointed with the service I received. I have contacted Applebees but they haven't gotten back to me and it has been 10 days since I complained. My case number is 2193873. No reponse from Applebees.
