Ordered curbside chicken Alfredo. Received a text order would be ready at 750pm. I was at the restaurant at 755pm. Called to let them know I was there. Was told he ( worker) will be right out. Took my family to try out the all you can eat boneless wings when we first came in the restaurant there was no one there to greet us we stood at the door for about 10 minutes so we decided to sit ourselves in a section a female dirty waitress comes over and States we have to wait at front for someone to help us so then we got up from that table 5 minutes later host comes to front and leads us to a table and states that the waitress is running behind and he will be with us the waitress did not acknowledge us and then came to the table 10 minutes later to order our drinks he brought one drink out at a time the beer was flat and my wife and daughter strength tasted tangy 10 minutes after that they brought my daughter's food out which her strips were hard and her mozzarella sticks were old we then waited 45 minutes for our first order of boneless wings by this time my wife had became ill and stepped outside so then when the waitress brings food I immediately tell him that if we can take our food to go because my wife is sick he did not disagree and gave us containers we then try to order another order of the boneless wings because they were so small we figured if we just order another order we could take it to go again the waitress did not deny us of taking the food then a another person comes over acting as if he is management and if he is he was rude as hell and unprofessional he began shouting that we cannot take the food with us because it is all you can eat never did the waitress date that this was a problem I told him it is not an issue my wife did not feel good so we were going to take the food to go he said we could not leave the building I then went off and stated that I will only be paying for what we ate he began to shout more and I told him to go on about his business he left and the waitress came back and said management says that we have to pay I told him to bring the manager over there because I was not paying for anything but the dissatisfied food that my daughter ate and the old spinach dip appetizer that they brought out that we tasted and was disgusting this restaurant is not a family-oriented restaurant and nor was the food tasteful the cheese that was on top of the spinach dip was old as if it was burnt it also had a big chunk of artichoke inside of it we will never visit this restaurant again and we'll make sure that we get the word out I have never been treated this way at a restaurant so not only did the lazy waitress lose a tip but the restaurant itself lost great customers I hope that you replace the staff that is in there especially the management that represents represents himself as professional I would like to be contacted back about the situation because we received unworthy service. Furthermore as a executive chef and a general manager of a fast food restaurant with more than 20 years experience we know when food is fresh and satisfiable to customers that was not it!

I am a pregnant employee for Applebee's. Now I understand that there is not much I can do with being a pregnant person working and my team does look out for me. But where my problem comes in at is that I got sick to the point where I was having a hard time breathing I was having body aches and I did not have an appetite before I called in to let my boss know that I was sick and didn't want to be responsible for anyone else becoming ill. However when I called my manager instead of saying that I could take off he asked me to come to work until lunch time. The closer it gots to lunch time that's when his word play switched. It went from oh you can stay until lunch time to now you can stay until after lunch time. Which led me to get upset and leave because of the simple fact I did call to let it be known that I was not feeling well and it seemed like that did not matter even though and the employee handbook it tells you that if you are sick you should not come to work. So I got wrote up for basically having common sense and leaving once I realized that my boss basically was trying to make me work my whole shift even with knowing I was not feeling well

On June 3, 2023 my Husband and I went to Applebees in Laredo Texas . He ordered sirloin steak , I ordered Quesidilla Burger. He immediated said when cutting that it could not be beef but lizard meat , texture was like styrofoam , it was tough and tasted funny. he ate only a few bites , I ate all of mine. After a few minutes he started feeling bad and it was down hill after that. I got sick that night and it lasted for a couple of days , my husband only got worse as days passed. On June 29 , 2023 I had to rush him to VA hospital in Houston Texas , his blood Pressure was falling fast and was almost to the point of dying when they rushed him to Emergency room and started working on him after 5 days in hospital they told us it was a food related bacteria, his pancreas was severely inflamed , his gall bladder , intestines and colon included and a big blood clot by his colon. It was Sepsis . I have never seen a man so sick and survive just by going to my favorite restaurant . Hope you check out this place in Laredo , my husband and I are not the only ones getting sick there.

Arrived at Applebees in Battle Creek, Michigan. We were told 10-15 minute wait. So far it has been 50 minutes and still waiting for a table. Please do better and just be honest! We would have just gone to another restaurant! People are asking about their tables and are now being told an hour. We didn’t go anywhere else as now we have invested all our time!

Well, taking my wife and daughter out to dinner and expecting what I was accustomed to from Applebee’s. When I frequented the restaurant 15 years ago I was truly disappointed what they placed in front of me was a disgrace! I ordered the bourbon street steak. This thing did not even resemble a steak! if there’s a place on here for me to upload a picture, I would definitely do that. This thing had no mushrooms and onions anywhere nothing sizzling about it the steak itself was dry and had an awful taste as I did try to choke down two bites. If this is the staple of Applebee’s, perhaps Applebee’s should look into another type of business because this food wasn’t fit for people to consume! Once upon a time, I love the Applebee’s. Disappointing Experience at Applebee's in Loveland, CO for Father's Day Dinner
I went to Applebee's in Loveland, CO for an early Father's Day dinner on June 18th. I was really excited to try their Chicken Alfredo, but when it arrived at the table, it looked like it had been sitting under a heating lamp for a while. The noodles were not cooked all the way, and the chicken was cold. I was really disappointed, so I sent it back to the kitchen.
After a few minutes, they brought the same plate back to me, but this time they added some Alfredo sauce to make it look fresh. Unfortunately, it was still not very good. The dish was only luke warm, and I didn't enjoy it at all. To make matters worse, I started feeling sick after eating it, and I spent Father's Day at home feeling unwell.
My partner ordered the shrimp, but it was also not up to par. The shrimp was soggy and almost inedible, and it looked like it had been sitting under a warmer for too long. Overall, the standards at this location were sub par at best, and I won't be returning anytime soon. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to a nice meal with my family, but unfortunately, the food just wasn't up to par.
Disappointing Experience at Applebee's in Osage Beach, MO - Misleading Menu and Poor Quality Food
Me and my family went to Applebee's in Osage Beach, MO yesterday, February 9, 2023. I've been to a lot of Applebee's before, but this one was the worst. The waitress was not nice and lied to me about the "all you can eat riblet plate". I asked her if the riblets had bones in them and she said "just slivers"...but the bones were as big as a quarter! The meat was hard to chew, the french fries were cold, and the cole slaw was too dry. My husband ordered the shrimp and it was not good either. When the waitress brought us the check, I showed her the size of the "sliver" and she said "well it's not the size of a regular rib bone". We will never go back there again! I'm so happy that there are other Applebee's to choose from.

I recently had an experience at Applebee's that left me feeling pretty upset. I decided to place an order online through their website, and according to the app, it was supposed to be ready in just 30 minutes. I was really looking forward to my meal, so I headed over to the restaurant after almost an hour had passed.
When I got there, I was disappointed to find out that my order wasn't ready yet. The staff told me it would just be another two minutes, so I decided to wait a little longer. But after another half hour had gone by, I started to get frustrated. Other customers who had come in after me were being attended to, but my order seemed to be going nowhere.
I kept asking the staff about my order, but all they could give me were lies and excuses. At one point, they told me they were bagging it up, but I waited another 15 minutes and still nothing came out. Finally, after an hour and a half of waiting, my order was canceled altogether.
I tried speaking to the managers about what had happened, but they were no help at all. In fact, they were downright rude to me. I couldn't understand why I was being treated so poorly, and it felt like a case of discrimination to me. I can't think of any other explanation for the inhumane treatment I received.
Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at Applebee's. I had been looking forward to a nice meal, but instead I was left feeling frustrated and upset. I hope that in the future, the staff at this restaurant will treat all of their customers with the respect and kindness they deserve.
Disappointing Experience at Applebees: Poor Service and Allergy Mishap
I ain't been to Applebees in a hot minute, but let me tell you, this last time was straight up the worst. The lady at the front was giving us all kinds of attitude, like she didn't even want us there. We had to sit there for a whole half hour before anyone even came to take our drink order. And then, get this, we waited a whole hour before they even asked us what we wanted to eat. Like, what kind of service is that?
But it gets worse, y'all. I told them I had allergies and not to put no sauce on my salad, but they went ahead and did it anyway. So I had to send it back and wait even longer. And when they finally brought me another one, it had chicken on it with even more sauce. Like, do they not listen to their customers at all? We had to complain again just to get another salad, and this time it had croutons on it. I mean, come on now.
And it wasn't just us having a bad time. We saw other people complaining about their food and the workers and how long everything was taking. It was a hot mess, y'all. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and just go to Wendy's or something. Applebees ain't worth it.
Terrible Service and Dirty Conditions at Applebee's - A Disappointing Experience
Me and my hubby went to Applebee's for a good ol' supper. But let me tell you, the place was a mess! It was so dirty, we should have just left right then and there. But we decided to give it a chance and ordered an appetizer. We waited for 45 minutes and still no appetizer! Can you believe it? Then they brought our food and I asked a waitress (who wasn't even ours) about the appetizer. She said she would check into it, but we never heard back from her.
Our so-called WAITRESS lied to the manager and said we changed our minds about the appetizer! Can you believe the nerve of her? We did NOT change our minds! Then she gave us the wrong ticket and had to take it back and bring it to the right table. And get this, she swore up and down that she brought us the right ticket!
This was the first time I ever left a restaurant without leaving a tip. And let me tell you, I will NEVER go back there again! I wouldn't advise anyone to go there if you want proper service and a waitress that won't lie just to save her own skin.
This all happened on July 18, 2022 at 8:45pm. I am so mad right now. How can a restaurant be run like this? It's just not right.
Disappointing Curb Side Service at Applebee's in Greensboro, NC
So, there's this Applebee's on Wendover Ave in Greensboro, NC. We decided to try their curb side service and boy, were we disappointed. Our order was completely wrong, not once but twice! We were so frustrated that we had to complain to the district manager. To make up for their mistakes, they gave us a gift card. We thought, "Okay, let's give them another chance." But guess what? They messed up our order again! This time, I had to wait for 30 minutes in the parking area and when I finally got my order, my dry rub ribs had no vegetable or sauce. I mean, come on! I ordered ribs because I thought it was impossible to mess that up.
We were so fed up that we had to go back to the restaurant. My wife went inside and the hostess rolled her eyes at her. Can you believe that? The cook needs to be fired, the store manager needs to be fired, and the hostess needs to be fired too. This is more than just unacceptable.
If they send us another gift card, we're just going to give it to a homeless person. We're not going to give them a fourth chance. It's just not worth it.
