I applied for credit card last February 14, 2018, until now I have not receive.I follow up ANB National Guard, they sent already.I called Aramex, they have not receive any shipment.The thing frustrates me, ANB deducted already 525 as annual fee which I have not receive my credit card.Please advice.

I am customer of Al-Rahji bank on two 03/03/2018 at 11:22am i have with tried to withdraw cash from ANB ATM machine at " Chamber of Commerce" King Khalid st, dammam near Ryaan Mosque. I with drawn 1000 SAR. It was taken some time and on the ATM screen it's came your traction time is out and my card returned back I did not get money, but the 1000 SAR is deducted from my account. I spoke with customer representative of Al-Rahji, they told me that it will take 24 hours and your money you will get back. but no one called me back. Please sir solve my problem soon. I have been using ANB since 4 years and I am I am enjoying the services of bank. But yesterday night when I go for deposit machine damages my money and when I try to take off my money from deposit machine, machine suck that money. Now I am waiting for bank response I submitted my request to bank by online.let's see

unable to receive anb credit card verification code.
I have problems paying my credit card on some online purchases because i cannot recieved a verification code. I called customer service last year even a year before or since the time i had this problem. The advised is to change my phone number, i cannot do that, my other contact details will be affected if i change my phone number. Hoping for your response or help regarding this matter. I'l send picture of what i recieved everytime i purchase using my anb credit card.

I have expiration date for credit card February 2018. When paying over phone it is not accepting the transcript giving message as wrong expiration date.
When calling customer service his reply that a new card is issued and the date on old card is nor valid any more and I have to wait for new card to use.
I did not receive the new card yet and I am out side KSA.

kindly note that slow and careless service from the ANB bank staff.
I request them to changed my Monthly payment due to I received my salary late on 7 of month and avoid the plenty.
on 27nov I provide them all the document as per the bank require unfortunately the bank staff lost my document and the pretending.
again on Dec-07 I submit all the document but till now there is no any action taken yet.
In this case I prefer to take my car I am not going to paid any plenty its all impact of bank staff careless work and lack of attention.

I recharge my mobile using my atm card thru sadad services last december 24, 2017 and my account is deducted with 50 SAR but still the prepaid sawa I recharge is not yet in my mobile number. I am facing one issue regarding car leasing to transfer my car on my name. I have already completed my dues and now I just need to transfer the car on my name. Procedure was completed back in Dec-2016 and after that I was shifted to Jeddah on work assignment. Now I want to complete the transfer and need to know the procedure to complete it. I went to Al Nasim branch Riyadh KSA, and they said I need to confirm from Iqariya branch as my procedure is already delayed. Now I have discussed my case with Iqariya customer complaint center and they told me that all of my documents are with Iqariya branch and they call me.

I bought the car on leasing from ANB in 2013 and paid all the money on 19 September 2017. But until today i.e 15.10.2017, I did not receive my Istimara.
They told me Istimara will come within 2 weeks but now almost 4 weeks have gone. Whenever, I visit Al Safa Jeddah branch, they don't tell me anything. Their behaviour is very bad as I am begging something from them. They say, come when you receive Maroor message. Secondly, no body is picking the phone call for complaint. I feel very sorry to say that due to ANB Customer Care, next time I will lease car from some other bank and not from ANB. Also I will not recommend ANB auto lease to any body else.
Today (15th Feb 2021) I tried this number [protected] (complaints) and I got a fellow who was really kind enough and supportive. He took my case very seriously I feel and made the request, while talking to him I got an SMS asking to wait for 10 days with the request number as well. It seems that I got the right guy to deal with this case at-least this time. Let me see what's next and will surely update it here again after 10 days.
Please advise the procedure to return the car to ANB. On what calculation they charge the price?
I had fully paid my car loan and the istimara was transferred for about 1 year and 2 months. Until this date I made so many follow up for my car second key but to no avail at ANB Auto Lease Naseem Branch (Naseem District Riyadh) the bank keep telling me it is still not available.

Exactly my situation. I am trying to renew my Ishtimara but they already took more than 4 weeks for a 2 day job. Every time I visit them, they are not even interested to respond. I left Saudi Arabia 2.5 years ago and my credit card debt was settled by my company from my final payout and my account was closed. Now I have been notified by the ANB lawyer that the amount was paid late and for 2.5 years interest has been accruing and I now owe many thousands of riyals. The amount paid by my employer was the exact amount outstanding and I had not used my credit card for several months beforehand. I don't know who is at fault for not paying immediately, or whether the payment was processed later, but in any case how can I be held responsible for that? Also why did no one contact me until now? The lawyer also advised me that I will be blacklisted from all gulf countries. All I am asking is to see the statement from that time but I have been told I have to pay 5000 riyals just to get a statement. Surely I'm not expected to pay without seeing proof of what was paid and what is owed? Please help!

I have discussed the consequence and the procedure of early settlement with the ANB employee in charge of my account, I was surprised and disappointed to see that the bank charged me for the early settlement charges (1499SR ) and the coming 13 Months of interest, after several attempts, only negative feedback was received knowing that the loan contract is clear and gives me the right to claim back the interest related to the non current year .

13 Sep. 2017, 7.20 to 7.25 am incident happend . i deposited my amount 10, 000 Saudi Riyals in ANB Machine but no received the deposit receipt there was appear error on machine after ATM card come outside. i anxiety after i enter card again but no showing deposit amount. Bank was opening 9.30am so i come again and make complaint to staff they said call now from atm phone. so i complaint from ATM phone that person write my complaint at my name Yousaf Naseem and said me after 24 hours i will receive deposit amount but after 24 hours again i call again at 14 sep. 2017 1.37 pm but no find any response i call again at 10.37 pm after ANB Representative said me call after 48 hours finished i call again 15 Sep.2017 1.33 pm but no response.
