I completed my contract at work with last working day 29 July 2018. A week after my credit card was discontinued despite me being registered with them as wife of a citizen (there should be greater flexibility within the automated system).
At the time I was out on vacation and the matter could not be rectified. Trying to get hold of ANB, talk to a representative was problematic as the number provided on back of credit card had limited options - eventually had to select "lost card" despite it not being the concern, follow that menu to talk to a person.
Back in Saudi went to the Kashma'alan branch, Riyadh - sat in the "affluent" section with no attention given to me and other customers (the manager had staff in his office at the time) until I went to the "regular" queue requesting to be served there. Was seen by a representative ("affluent section"), who due to not being able to contact a colleague who deals with the credit card (it was 16:30 at the time) would have called me back the next day. The call did not come, I called him with no response.
Went to ANB Al Hassan Ibn Ali Street, Riyadh. Staff's English is very limited. Had to open new Credit Card Account. A week later had not received the card - through my husband contacted the bank who indicated that something was filled in incorrectly and they would rectify it. Since then it took a week (Aramex issue - potentially exacerbated by faulty/ambiguous information provided by the bank) to get the credit card.
Adding a beneficiary to my account today was another challenge. The App has a number #[protected] to be called to activate the new account. Message on the phone is Arabic only and call then terminates. Again through my husband, found the message stated that the call cannot go through. Why provide incorrect numbers?
Now to try and change my daily transfer limits. The App does not have the option.
Please look at the "customer end" of the telephone, App and direct contact service at ANB.

I have applied for car lease transfer through "Arab National Bank"(AnB), I have submitted all the documents, signed the contracts and submitted Down payment on 24-07-2018.
Since then I have been continuously following up on the status of lease transfer and delivery of the vehicle, further I have also launched a complaint number [protected], Date 9th August 2018
and now the bank has asked to make new application as they made a mistake on my previous application, futhermore they are asking to pay additional down payment of SAR 2, 385
Why should i pay additional money as i already submitted down payment before and the mistake is done by the bank not me.

Dear Anb teams,
Why is it so hard to renew my credit card as it near the expiration date. I have been calling for million times and your staff transfer my called one to another and ended up nothing. I suggest that it much more easier if we can renew and received the atm or credit card in the nearest Anb branch.More efficient and less hassle.

I am a former staff nurse in King Faisal Medical Complex in Taif Saudi Arabia. I worked there for 5 years. I am now here in the Philippines since August 2017, I resigned already and got my Police clearance exit from Jeddah.
My problem is that, I received money in my ANB account and I want to transfer it here in the Philippines in my savings account. I already talked to the customer service of ANB and send me some instructions to all the documents I needed to submit. I already submitted all of it, but still there was no feedback and still didn't receive my money. I don't know anymore what seems to be the problem since nobody is replying to my emails. I am complaining about withdrawals money but the money have not received but already deducted from my account anb
On 18/6/2018 around 1am I withdraw money in Alinma Bank machine in the location of AL OTAYER TOWER 3 MAKKA (Terminal ID: 6005 and ATM no: 0P0201NL02056005) I didn't get the money and the resit. I have been trying to update Iqama in ANB Bank and unable to do so since last ten days. I visted ANB Riyadh Rabwa Branch and they mentioned they no longer do Iqama update and ask me to do it online myself. I tried for 3 days and it continuously gives error saying in Absher activation Mobile not recognized.
I called Customer care and they mentioned that Iqama update only can happen at Branch and not online, I again went to ANB Riyadh Rabwa branch and the Service executive again argues that it will happen automatic but I mentioned to him that I spoke with Customer care and they mentioned it has be done manually. He mentioned that they don't know about it and unwillingly took my Customer number from my ATM card and mentioned that he will do it but he didn't till now.
Again I have to visit them to update; this time may be i will visit different branch but it will be the same story as i have tried my luck previously also when my ATM card was expiring and they made me rotate from branch to branch mentioning Card dispensing machine problem.
Hence I can easily say presently and as always ANB is the worst Bank in terms of service.

this is a joke... we with draw money at the atm of ANB, even got a sms stating the money was paid out... but atm reply -"transaction has been cancelled "
so when we phoned in to the complains. we were told to wait 48 hours !
this is extremity unprofessional !
the money was supposed to be back in my account immediately but now I have to wait 48 HOURS... and if not then I have to phone again and then only will they investigate !
In what "year" do the bank lives? Its all on as electronic system ! quick to take but days to fix !

about my anb atm
my ATM was freeze since 29-04-2018 when i try to get my money on this date the ATM machine did not dispense money it registered invalid transaction, the next day i go to the bank in yanbu main branch to update my document, when the updated was done i ask the staff if i get my money from my ATM he replied try it tommorow, the next day i try to get my money again but the ATM are still the same when i take my money the process was still invalid transaction, the next day i go to the other anb branch here in ROYAL commision, to make the story short 4 times i go there but nothing happen still unabale to get my money..

Later we resubmitted twice the request for clearance, but no response, no clearance we're issued.

On Feb 14th 2018, I paid in Bank thru teller my Car Registration amounting 367.50 sr for renewal. When I returned to leasing they told me just wait for 2 weeks and someone will call me for the releasing. Unfortunately, Today April 23rd I came back to car leasing office and they ask me to pay another amount which is higher than usual paymet (472.50 sr) for my car registration? And I asked what happen to the previous payment I did, they simply said "maybe" it went to tarif? No one informed me this kind of transaction and if my previous payment to anywhere the least they can do is to call the leaser. So frustrating. I wish to speak to management of car lease of ANB for clarification of this complaint of mine.

i requested to bank to transfer my lease to another person in month of march and every day me and another person who is going to take my car regularly visiting bank to sign contract every time we are getting response that you will get call from riyadh office than only you can sign contract

The above quote is written in the ANB website under the "About Use". But unfortunately it is not exist, reality is opposite.
This bank is not transparent, you can't trust on them.
After some months of opening the account got credit card, It was surprise for me because I did not apply. When I talk to bank they said you keep it without any charges until you activate it. But after some months I received SMS for annual charges. I generate the complaint of this type of fraud, but nothing happened except closing the credit card.
I went to bank and explain them their mistake, it was very surprising when they said why you signed on the application? You must read first, how? It is in Arabic and I trust on you because I am requesting for account open then why you put this application during signature? Do you like to cheat with customer? Is it your trust level? He said "This is bank not supper market to give trust".
So now I am paying of that cheat/fraud, of that card which I never applied nor activate. I have planned to close my account as soon as possible, Because they are not trust-able and they are not super market :-D
