Ardene Holdings review: Discrimination by manager at ardenes belleville ontario mall

Hello my grandmother and my mother and myself went into ardenes in the mall in Belleville ontario to do some Christmas shopping on the 1st of Dec 2023 . My grandma made a report to ardenes a few months ago about a similar situation from this ardenes and nothing was done about it this time i have recorded. The manager seems to have a stereotype / discrimination against my mother (first occurrence was about aboriginal status along with accusations that my mother stole something when she didnt have anything at all just assunptions from the manager, security even verified that the manager was wrong). Today My mother was looking at some boots and as I was looking at pants the manager said to another worker that that looks like the lady who is banned from here with the face tattoo and wig. (My mother lost her hair to cancer ) she continued to watch my mother like she was a crimnal and since I heard who they were speaking of I said that's my mother you know. The manager continued to be very rude about it as we already made a report once which nothing ended up happening as the discriminatory manager is still working there . I have taken a video of this recent episode because I'f nothing is done to fix this occurrence, since this manager should not be working there with her ignorant customer service and discrimination, I will post public and blacklist ardenes in Belleville if that manager is working there after this as that is not right for this treatment to occur. It's been reported before by my grandmother and it's sickening how nothing gets done unless recordings are made. you want the video you will have to email me because it won't let me upload here I added a picture of the manager.
