Beware of Poor Customer Service: An Honest Review of Art of Where
I gotta say, Art of Where has definitely tested my patience. I mean, don't get me wrong, their products are pretty sweet. But when it comes to customer service? Not so great. I've been waiting for well over a week just to get a freakin' email response. And don't even get me started on their phone line - good luck trying to get through to anyone there.
It feels like they're just playing games at this point. Once they have your money in their hands, they don't really seem to care about anything else. I mean, if my customer left a bad review because of Art of Where's mistakes, they wouldn't even bat an eye. They'd probably just continue sleeping on my emails for weeks on end.
Honestly, it's a shame. If they could just tighten up their customer service game a bit, they'd be golden. But until then, I don't know if I can really recommend them to anyone.
