Called ASAP AC and H when the unit they installed wasn?t cooling correctly. Came quickly, same day, did trouble shoot and fixed it. Was very courteous and friendly. Was even aware of my newborn sleeping and did everything he could to not make much noise.

ASAP Air Conditioning & Heating handled the replacement of our 20+ year old unit. They came out, took a look at everything and got us a quote same day and were able to install within the week. We used ASAP Air Conditioning and Heating to replace/upgrade our AC/HVAC system. After speaking to many companies they had a very reasonable price and the installation was done in about 48 hours from the time the showed up. I was very impressed with this company. So much so I referred a friend recently who had a similar experience.

I would like to give them a 0 if possible. ASAP sold me a whole new a/c unit in September and has a leak in the inside unit and coils are damaged and since May all I had is problems with freezing unit because of the leaking. All they would do was add Freon to get running again but never fix the real issues.Dont ever buy a/c unit from this company.

When it came time to replace my 21-year-old outdated heat pump, I was pleased to locate a local business (ASAP Air Conditioning & Heating) to do the job! John, the owner, promised a good quote when I was ready to replace and he held to his commitment. The two installers, Mike and Steve, were awesome! They were efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and worked well as a team. I learned when they were finished they were cousins! Total thumbs up for ASAP Air Conditioning & Heating!

EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AT THE QUOTED PRICE. THE INSTALLERS (THE CORONADO BROTHERS) INSTALLED THE top-notch 5 TON AC UNIT AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE. VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THERE WERE NO SURPRISES DURING THE INSTALLATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A NEW AC. Phenomenal experience! 10/25

The Smith Brothers with ASAP Air Conditioning installed a two-piece air conditioner at our house in Houston, Texas very fast, very good, and very friendly. A week later, the new air conditioner they installed works perfect and is keeping our house as cool as we can stand it. Hats off to ASAP and particularly the Smith Brothers for a great install. I highly recommend this outfit to take care of your air conditioning needs.

My AC went out in July during the 117 degree day. I expected the installation to take a week or two based on everyone's units breaking. They were sincerely sorry they could only get to me in two days. The installers were very nice and respectful and did a great job. I had them return to install a new digital thermostat and they were able to show up in a couple hours. Great service, great company, great pricing. It was great finding a company that does business the right way.

Outstanding turnaround time! Within 2 hours after my call, a technician from ASAP Air Conditioning & Heating knocked at my door and within 30 minutes, identified the problem. ASAP Air Conditioning & Heating, as always, your employees are great performers with excellent skills and work ethics. Sanda and another technician are great team players servicing your clients with a smile. Sure glad today was not the hottest day of the year in mid July. Just had my old rattling Air Conditioner with a new 3Ton Trane unit. Called ASAP Air Conditioning & Heating to get a price and prepared myself for an extended install date. Was happy to hear a good competitive price so when I asked when it could be installed, they said how about tomorrow around 8am! The install went perfectly and the A/C is now cool and no longer shaking the house! I opted to upgrade my thermostat so the tech even came back and installed that for me. I couldn't be happier with ASAP Air Conditioning & Heating and especially John, who was awesome answering any questions and making sure things were perfect.

I was very impressed by the company and the two young men who did the installation. The representative who did the quote was very knowledgeable and developed a positive relationship quickly. The Smith brothers, who did the installation, were exceptional. It was nice to see two young men have pride in their work and do it in a timely manner. They were very polite and gave an impression that the work was fun. It is not often that I have seen or heard a young man singing to his songs as he worked or striding down our walk way to the beat of his music. My wife and I enjoyed the time they took to install our air conditioner and heater.

The old R-22 unit that I was nursing along was in need of some parts. In my search for a local parts supplier, I found ASAP Air Conditioning & Heating. Since I am retired HVAC wholesale counter person, I had to chat up the counter staff. In our back and forth I told him of the issues and concerns that I had with my current unit. So, the staff being a good counter guy gives me an option of a new in stock unit with an attractive cost installed. I asked when they could install the unit and his reply was tomorrow. So, 24 hours later I was the proud owner of a new 14 seer heat pump. The only ding I have is should the installer had a metal brake with him the sheet metal work would be crisper, but to be fair I am a little OCD when it comes to sheet metal work and the hand metal work is good and does the job.
